Easy to make, just mix and blend all the ingredients in a big stainless bowl. Pour all the mixed ingredients in a greased baking pan or bakeware and place inside the oven for 1 hour at 405 C until meatloaf is totally baked. Serve hot.

Don't tell me it's out of stock or just that the publishing company probably has omitted delivery of books by WS's? Whatever.
Naptime is my only consolation after work at home. But for two weeks of workers doing the plumbing at the very foundation, basement of the building, the preparation of the concrete base for the front yard porch (patio) and the noises...my afternoon nap has been disturbed and the disturbance had me screaming sometimes but not to the point of over reacting as they have to do that important work anyway. The contractor/workers did an amazing job. Better than having a muddy front yard. Actually the backyard is double muddier, wishing they can put concerete or cemented that area too. However, I heard that the contractor will put bermuda grass at the backyard instead of cement.
Note: The plumbing service and the digging of the front yard happened since December of 2020 (That's what I heard). I think the trouble was the weather is really balmy cold during December and maybe their plumbing service becomes unbearable and because they had the concrete dug out as it is hard to do the work on two levels of a building. A townhouse is a building.
My family moved here at this Townhouse on March 5, 2021 and so far, our lives are better. The hydro bill has arrived with the billing $139.22 Wow! That fast? And it's less. Thank God! At least we don't have to pay gas. There 's no fireplace here. I'm waiting anxiously for the internet/tv billing so that when the bill is less $275/month then I can subscribe to Netflix. That's the only "channel" where I can watch South Korean movies or OMNI channel can return to broadcasting and telecasting Chinese and Korean movies with subtitles.
I tried to start reading a novel by Tom Clancy but with too much detailed information on the conflicts of war (THE SUM OF ALL FEARS) decided better to watch the movie with the same title.
Here, I recommend that everyone watch SONGBIRD the latest movie of DEMI MOORE (the talented actress, versatile actress and lead character for movies such as : GI JANE, GHOST, CHARLIE's ANGELS, FEW GOOD MEN). The pandemic of coronavirus is not over yet and if its not controlled properly then SONGBIRD becomes the norm. And you think songbird is about a bird. It is a movie with storyline relating to the covid pandemic in California. Can you just imagine if the government is run by non-deserving group of humans who are violators of the human rights and responsible for the spread of the infection? It is evil at its worst. and they should own pitchforks and go to hell. SONGBIRD's not the right title for this movie. lol. Glad that I searched it over first in the internet or watch the trailer first.
To tell you frankly and honestly, every hospital in the city, in every country should have DIAGNOSTIC TEAM, the elite, well experienced team that diagnosed every human patient being admitted in hospitals or clinics so that every individual is not diagnosed as "Covid-infected." There are hundreds to thousands of ailments or diseases if the doctors are not highly skilled have second opinion. The pandemic of lies should never happened in the first place due to PANIC and rumor-mongering that happened in China. Their Wuhan infection is probably just a result of pneumonia combined with teargas and maybe combination of cancer. That maybe those who died were already been suffering from pre-existing diagnosis. Rumors spread like wildfire and they thought the fast spreading covid news has something to do with the Olympic games. Could be that's the codified word given to the participating nations. FASTER, HIGHER, STRONGER & IT'S GONE.

How many languages can you speak and write fluently? You are a linguist if you can communicate in at least 5 different languages and comprehend of such languages fluently without errors, without mistake. You are not fluent in any language if somehow you have problems with being bilingual. Not too many people can speak and write a certain language fluently, smoothly and lucidly even if it's their mother tongue or the language spoken by their own tribe. Nobody's perfect!
I can speak and write two languages: Filipino (Pilipino - Tagalog) and in English. I had perfect scores in writing and speaking Tagalog (Pilipino) when I was a student. However, when you add another language to the original language spoken at home it would be a struggle because it becomes Taglish. However, I didn't struggle speaking and writing in English when I was a student, as a matter of fact my tests in English subjects always end up in perfect scores or below 99% but not lower than 90%. Not bragging though. It is much better to communicate in English than in Tagalog. My Tagalog is much too deep.
Now what happened this morning about certain item that I photographed end up in my photo file and somehow it was hacked. How that happened? I don't know for certain and maybe I am clueless or lots of clues but cannot verify for sure because for whatever reason I think at this point in time when suddenly the "hackers" are acting up again. At this time of the year, I'm just about ready to plant tubers of dahlia, sunflower seeds, and too early for dragon tongue seeds (beans), and too early for tomatoes and swisschards.
I have a plan of planting ampalaya seeds (bittermelon) and pumpkin seeds. However, no more gardening this year.
I don't know what could be the best option from gardening as in what could replace it from my "spare time" of using my time wisely.
Maybe concentrate on cleaning, mopping and scrubbing the tiles of the floor and its hardy grout. lol.
I've been scrubbing it so hard as if I'm one of those curling players and I screamed "hard! hard!" and then the Vileda handle of the mop suddenly snapped. Ops! It's broken. One handle broken. Husband has replaced the handle and hoping and praying it wont break anymore. My hands and arms have enough strength to break anything. That could be the result of Chinese 3 hour soup.
You wont believe how delicious this extra special dessert is. Unique, very unique cassava-blueberry cake.
Then time to cook our supper. Roasting a whole chicken is easy. Just clean the whole chicken and sprinkle it with spices: salt, ground pepper, ground oregano, add water 1 1/2 cup on iron frying pan and place the whole chicken on the pan, place it in the oven on 405 C. for 1 hour and half. The sauce from the pan can be used as gravy.
Side dish: Steamed potatoes, fried tuna, sweet-scented jazmine rice, pork and bokchoy soup.
Because the ceramic tiles are extra ordinary and the pattern is somewhat a pain for my vision that have to scrub the tiles so many times.
It is not my type of floor tiles. The colors of brown, beige and black on ceramic tiles looked like its dirty all the time. I've been scrubbing it with the "big blue formula" since the first day we moved in but I think that's the true real colors of the tiles.
I haven't try the chlorine yet to bleach the floors yet maybe bleaching the floors will result to favorable outcome. That's my biggest project next.

My back is so sore, had a backache from all the moving, lifting and carrying boxes from downstairs to upstairs of the house. Ha! Late reaction? I don't really like stairs and would rather have that bungalow (rancher) type of house but nothing's available when hubby was in search 3 weeks ago. It was just somewhat a hair splitting moment of awe. Anyway, we are good tenants, the best tenants ever that we received the security deposit back and the return of one month's rent for that surprise notice.
By the way, my pinky toe that got hurt and was swollen from being smashed in one of those sturdy boxes has healed as if nothing had happened. Wow! In just 2 days, it was healed and no sign of cut. ? What a miracle. I first thought at the time, have to pull the toe nail out. That was amazing. It's good to know I have no diabetes then.
I hope this is the last moving from one house to another to another place, street and what could ever happen next... don't know.
Thinking, thinking is just wasting time. lol. Re-SCANNERS the movie is not a favorable movie to watch.

However if the newcomers do not resemble your race then it becomes racism at its most conflicting struggles everyone would have to adapt with. There will be color code to take. There will be traffic congestion. There will be competition in employment and in educational attainment. It will be very competitive and the government of every nation will have to endure such conflict and it would always be about RACE. And you think thousands and millions of people had died. Wow! I always want to see that movie years ago because the trailer was such a thriller. Then it was offered as FREE MOVIE on TV. I enjoyed this movie actually, HAPPY DEATH DAY! It is similar to the movie GROUNDHOG DAY but HDD is somewhat a screamer just like SCREAM the movie of Neve. The lead actress in the movie Happy Death Day has resemblance with Britney Spears. I told myself, hey Britney can also act eh?
I always want to write scary stories. It is quite challenging but you know me sometimes what I'm thinking becomes real and surreal. So sometimes don't like to think anymore. Let just watch the continuation of THE WALKING DEAD tomorrow. Last Sunday's episode dwells on another twisted episode with new character on how Daryl (Norman) had acquired his pet dog. What happened to Maggie's return was cut short with that episode. Only 4 episodes left to the finale as flashbacks come and go like making the viewers react and get pissed off.

So much baloney! Never ever believe anybody even if they are proclaiming to be your friends. Like saying, "Better move to our house over there because we don't like the Chinese dentist. They don't look after the yard, never water the berries." (They don't like the Chinese first tenant and they want us to move there in Aspen). What the hell. I am over fatigue, simply moving out process is very exhausting and expensive too. OMG! I broke my fingernails and smashed my right pinky toe. It was painful for two days because it had been swollen and my toe nail would probably be pulled out. Yuck. Shocking.
Our internet is slow. How could that be? It should be faster because we ordered for more GB bundle and to think that I haven't use my computer for many days now my internet connection is haywire? That is too much to handle right? That gives me headache.
The only consolation is the new house we moved in too is bigger in space. The master bedroom is much bigger in size but the closet is small. I have to use the closet in the second bedroom too or purchase a clothes rack. We have 4 big boxes of linens (beddings, shams, bed covers). Two big boxes of towels. At least there is a 3 tier cabinet in the bathroom for towels. 1 1/2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms. Smaller yard without garage. But it's okay.
Finally sort out thousands of clothes, some thrown away, other clothes will be given away because they are not worn out nor been used because they are smaller in size. Outgrown sized clothes. The shoes? I don't throw away my shoes. lol. I have 4 pairs of brand new shoes haven't been used yet. One pair of shoes I bought fit me when bought them but don't know why the size is too small now and wont fit. How that happened?
Hubby threw so many furniture in the landfill such as the : sofa (heavy long couch), recliner, 2 bedside tables, computer desk, swivel chair, etc. and paid $38 for the fee. Why? Yup, you have to pay at the dumpsite.
They wont fit in the bedroom and the living room so those furniture are gone.
Downsizing is a must sometimes.
My sister and brother-in-law came to help and in return we gave them some stuff: 2 pyrex glass (bakeware), my ceramic planter, my blueberry plant in a large vase, my lilac plant, hydrangea, 2 boxes of big sized jars for canning, bags of fertilizer, etc.
Hey, the good thing about being in this new place is outside, too many people from all walks of life WALK. I mean there are "people." There are people walking without the need to walk their dogs. That is something normal!! I mean it really. It feels like Philippines where humans have to do the walking or else you will lose the ability to walk. We live closer to the downtown area. Unlike before when we have to drive through the downtown area for more than 15-20 minutes now it is probably 5 minutes only. Closer to many important amenities is a good thing. I think we you get older you must live closer to the hospital, to the Church, to the market and to the place of employment. Still is having a vehicle, a very important basic need to get to one place to another.
Now it feels normal. We should have done this before instead of being in a secluded place closer to the farm when we are not actually farmers. darn it. Never ever live in country side (rural area) if you like seeing hundreds to thousands of people or else you'll feel alienated. Unless of course you like to concentrate on writing a book (re- The Shining version) then the rural life not the urban life is great for you.
Now the problem is where to store hubby's work tools, tractor and boat. ?
While we are still resting and relaxing, thinking of where to store those big boxes (containers) ?? Suddenly Victorious show featured their episode on "Wanko's" were the cast was trapped inside the big box store. Ha ha! Sure, it's mind boggling crazy funny.
I'm over fatigue today and in the past several days because I was employed in the "stevedoring" company owned by a "White Guy." Nope,he is not Guy X. Aahahahaha, you wished eh?! LOL.
I think had lose 10 - 15 lbs. The waistline of that jogging pants that I used to wear has loosened up. Wow! That's incredible. I'm no longer obese. I was overweight, weighing 150 lbs is really too much and the loading and unloading of boxes helped me lose weight.
Ha! Thanks to the "one who evicted us" from the house. lol. We paid our rent on time, as in bank deposit direct to the house owner's account. After all the hard labor at the yard: cultivation, pruning, weeding, watering, gardening, cutting grass, beautification project, shoveling snow at winter, planting beautiful florals (dahlias, sunflowers, hydrangea, lilacs), buying berries and planting it on the side of the fence. We kept the yard clean and in order. We kept the house clean and in order. Hubby installed so many updates on the house, fixing holes, bifold doors, sewer, bath tub clogs, paint walls, changed light fixtures, changed drapery, installed drapery rods (the house don't have curtain rods) just blinds. Anything that needs fixing in the house, husband installed and fixed them. The sliding door's lock was replaced with new one. So many of those upgrades and updates were then installed and replaced. That's how we live I think. We fixed what was broken. I cleaned the house and have to clean the house we are to move in when the cleaners should be the ones to do it. WEIRD right? That's the reason why we were evicted?
The answer is NO. According to the older brother named A, we are evicted because the younger brother W wants to sell the house. Too much properties already and he is cancer stricken and he wants to orderly reorganize his finances. So selling the house could help him with his financial woes. Really?! Yeah, he bought 2 huge mansions and a yacht worth 100,000+ last year so he wants to sell the old house we are vacating (note: already vacated and cleaned that house).
What the hell? Do we have volcano here in BC?
Do you know how hard to find a house for rent here at the island? Everyone's too greedy already. Millions of Canadians will go homeless because of how they built houses here that are affordable only for millionaires. Who are the millionaires? What made you a millionaire? In times of the pandemic? Why not investigate those "pandemic teams" on how much they earned from their promotions of vaccines? Are they still employed by the Government or Pharmaceutical companies?
Are those people super greedy spreading too much hoax news and too much porky's revenge? If a television news station are large spreader of lies they can be held accountable and be subjected to the TRUTH COMMISSION and should be put to jail as war criminals. if you want to remake old history let us do the same thing of investigation and let "those pandemic criminals" be accounted for their malpractice of causing "another holocaust."
Look, there is no major industry in this small city, why humans are flooding in this city? What's going on? Nothing's really worth seeing here. I mean the view on Quadra island they are after? The view on the Discovery passage? Yeah, that could be. There's no pulp mill, not much of a fishing community anymore. Not much employment, too many unemployed. I am not trying to drive away "those people" businesses closed and shut down, losing the original habitat then that is not beneficial for the original community. It's not racism sort of... it is SURVIVAL.

Two days ago, as if there was nothing to broadcast news aside from the vaccine promotion, vaccination and the many cases of infection due to the pandemic then suddenly they are after the "ban of Dr. Seuss books." Yup, the children's books. Stereotyping is the culprit of such conflict with Dr. Seuss's comic books. I read those books to my children long time ago. I don't find the books offensive.
I am Asian and I don't have any objection of what was written on every page of such books. There is nothing wrong with "stereotyping." You can study that subject in schools even in University re- Sociology class. If you are an English-speaking reader or English is the medium of communication in your country, don't think the books and stories are offensive. Why certain race is being significantly marginalized or stereotyped? That's so normal so live with it. NORMAL.
Here is the subject that nobody finds offensive. Books that are written to normalize the gay and lesbians way of life. That is okay to have two gays living in and have kids. Lesbians living together and it is okay for them to have kids and raise them like normal family. The marriage of gays and lesbians as if that's the normal family. Why nobody opposed such weird coupling. Sodom and Gomorrah. Oh, maybe...probably the earth is actually HELL. Maybe earth is the planet called INFERNO. That's why.
Shocking dismay when we woke up this morning and find out that the garage was unlocked. Wow! What happened? We haven't check the boxes if the pricey crystal ware still in complete set. The freezer, the fridge and dishwasher are visible + the dozens of fishing rods are still there inside. The pairs of shoes and boots there. Some work tools and few cases of Hunts tomato sauce and beans on the shelves. The gallons of paint not stolen nor the boxes of Christmas decor. Boxes of clothes that wont fit me anymore nor my kids. I think, nothing was stolen unless if we sort things out one by one.
The frozen salmons, smoked salmons, turkey, chickens, pork, beef are in the freezer. Nobody had stolen the packages of berries and frozen veggies. Ha ha.
There are stuff that we don't need and some of them will be thrown away such as computer desk, swivel chair, several old books, old shoes and old coats. Why not give them away? Some people want brand new!! Old stuff are not accepted anymore in donation bins.
For now, have to retire and relax. I'm too tired right now.
