What about if the SUBJECT IS BETTER & SMARTER THAN THE EXPERIMENTER? Then you are in big trouble. You can be sued for such experiment. You could lose your job. You could end up in jail. Most of all if they have "hidden power" you and your family and those involve will receive God's wrath as punishment. Punishment involve tornado, hurricane, earthquake, floods that last over a month until the flood waters turn black and stinky. Bugs everywhere like swarm of locust, cockroaches, maggots,  insects, etc. Famine and drought. Incurable diseases and of course CANCER! Ha! You think Moses had returned. 

For those who are just observers and eyewitness, of course there are secret observers and eyewitness + and hidden cameras... there you get really in trouble. 

What you get from all these vile and evil wickedness? Is it the END TIMES when some humans are going crazy? Inflicting harm and injury to the innocents to bully the "subject?"

CANCER

 The last time I've been to Nanaimo was mid December 2023 then I went there again yesterday. I was surprised of the new building being built in a vacant lot somewhere in Nanaimo Regional Hospital. The project is about  a new building planned and designed as a hospital for cancer patients. Instead of patients going to Vancouver or any other cancer facility outside of the island, there you will have it in Nanaimo. Of course that building will cost millions of dollars. Why not? THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA IS SO RICH. I mean Canada is like the Zurich. I mean if they can donate hundred millions of dollars to other countries they might at least invest in their own country where its own people are served better. 

It's not always the funding is through Government funds, sometimes anonymous donors donate funds and charitable institutions can help the process.

Here's my question... why are they too many CANCER VICTIMS in CANADA? What's going on?

Canada is not the site of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Canada is not Chernobyl or Fukushima. Canada is not Nevada where those theoretical physicist and scientists had tested the Atomic Bombs!(Re: Oppenheimer & Einstein)

It is mind boggling alright that Canada is becoming a country  affected and afflicted with cancer.

CANADA seems to be the cleanest, sanitized and well organized country in the world and yet thousands of people with cancer from as young as babies, youth and old people. 

The Bureau of Statistics should make a survey on those cancer patients based on their ethnicity or countries where they originally came from. Where they live and what kind of food they eat or what they drink most often.  We all have to figure out the cause and effect and somehow eradicate the "original source" or else our humanity will have a nose dive and GONE & maybe the robots will rule the world.

 Yesterday was such a situation I was unable to defend myself because I don't like to humiliate another human in a room where other people can hear what I have to say and it will be so bad. However that woman is so unprofessional blurting it out to all her co-workers a "situation" she could handle it properly. When I told the story to my husband he was mad and said, "maybe its from her!" I was thinking about that too. I SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT MAYBE IT'S FROM HER and it has fallen on my blouse. That's right, it was her hands all over my chest! Her hands, from her hands! duh! 

JP said she had it too before, she said GOT IT FROM WORK. At the workplace from co-workers. 

Well, that woman said, her daughter had it. That's the answer! SHE HAD IT & got it from the daughter. Because I don't have that. FGS!

I used ballpen to draw this image above. I always use ballpens for drawings because I am not  used to using pencil that's why. (+Colored pencils for coloring). In the Philippines using pencil was only for Nursery, Kindergarten,  and first half-year of school Grade One and then we used ballpens for the rest of the curriculum Elementary, High School to College. For the Engineers & Architecture students they are advised to use Staedler & Rotring or any tech pens. For examination, pencil Mongol HB2 is required because test papers are checked by machines. Machine cannot read/detect other kind of pencil nor if you used HB1. It's the "lead" in it or graphite. Strange?

Or just plain business? Maybe, maybe not. That machine could also be used in the Election process, who knows. Tabulator machine that checks "counting." Maybe maybe not!

ONLY GOD KNOWS.

Usually it has something to do with connections, who you are affiliated with, how popular is your FAMILY in high society, connections with whoever works in the highest seat of power, relations or relatives of the  politicians, showbiz personality, etc, etc. Who will use you for political favors and who you can use to upgrade your pedestal or upgrade your status in life. 

FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT. Do you have friends with benefitÉ (that happens when I press the question mark).  What BENEFIT can you get with your FRIENDS What is E in Chinese character I have to fix it thr. the ENGLISH LANGUAGE button. ???????? Ok that works now. lol

Are you asking me the mark of the beast Ha ha ha ha. Anyway makes me laugh Sunday morning that Raven and Echo were here before their master even was awake. They were asked to go outside to do their business, they did their business and come back here at our home instead at their master.  You wont believe what happened to Raven. She has a new haircut. No more maltese-looking beard anymore. Lorne said it will grow back. 

I HAVE A VERY LONG STORY ABOUT WORK EXPERIENCE but do not know if the space is enough. I was on OJT On the Job Training at the CAS in Philippines, inside the military camp. Wait a minute, do not know if I have to tell you about it because I think there was a secret ops inside the camp and he was there (high ranking officer) OMG maybe I should not post it here, sorry.  Some other time maybe it is not the right time to write it. It is nothing about malicious. It is about high tech in the year before the year  90's. It seemed to me that the officer had a time warp.

BEGGING IS NOT AN OPTION

 Everyday is a new beginning so let us look forward for such a lovely day. Shauna the RN asked me what I will draw yesterday. Without thinking, I answered "Ophelia before she drowned herself." Shauna was surprised and said, "Oh that is so dark!" and we both laughed. 

The image photo of the drawing? That could wait. I could draw faster than I could shoot with my old camera. Thank goodness it's weekends already. I could concentrate on my cooking. Yesterday I told myself I will cook beef meatballs, however husband had cooked salisbury steak last night with gravy and mushrooms. So forget about beef today. Maybe I should cook guinisang munggo but I don't have ampalaya (bittermelon). Maybe have to use an alternative: broccoli, spinach or celery and carrots. Why not?

I forgot to watch FIRE COUNTRY (Max Thieriot). Too tired and sleepy on MWF nights. How about BIG BROTHER? Do you still watch it? Kamu was evicted by houseguests. I think everyone thinks he is a threat to their game except for Lala. Taylor even booted him off. Don't really know where their loyalty is because everyone backstabs each other. The game with OTEV is done. What could be next? Actually the threat to their game is Dee because she is a SURVIVOR winner. Mallory the silent-type who works for NASA is  a great contender. You know that with BIG BROTHER nobody is sure to be a winner until the very end and its because THE JURY chooses who they want to win whether the one who should win had gained POV & HOH so that's really not a factor in winning BIG BROTHER. It should be replaced with BB CLUELESS show. 

Happened to watch the NATION'S DUMBEST show on TVwhatever that is where showbiz personalities go back to school scenario and the host of the show has games, trivia questions and other fun activities they have don't know whether they don't really know the answer or what or buying time to be in for the next episodes of the show. ICE T the rapper/actor was sent home because he won in the last trivia questions. At least! Imagine him playing the role of a smart officer in LAW & ORDER Crime Unit TV Series. That's what it is folks. Some questionnaires were too old for those young ones to even know about it. 

IN AMAZING RACE there are tasks that are so detailed oriented. Memory has something to do about it. If you cannot remember where you'd traveled and the tasks you performed for the long duration of travel around the world then it's over. But at least you have another partner that can help. Hey two heads are better than one.  

IN POLITICS: Whatever happened to the TRADE DEAL BETWEEN CANADA & USA. Is it worth it? Canada's been dealing with it since the Trudeau Era. Tariff for Tarrif is the only solution. You cannot bow down to Trump all the time. European countries and Asian countries ignored Trump already so Canadians should do the same. My opinion. Canada can stand on its own.  PM Carney it is really up to you if you still want to deal with Trump's ego. Ford wont stand bowing down with Trump. The rest of the Premiers already been to other countries to deal and forge partnership. So why now? Canada can do business with Europe, Asia and Mexico.

 

So what now? Its better to have SURPLUS OF GOODS. Just the Gordie Howe Bridge agreement was already a laughing stock don't add another caving in and stop begging for Trump... his ego would explode because of greed, too much already. There's no use BEGGING. 

 

 

OPHELIA

 Husband and I noticed that our daughter wakes up at 5 am every morning and turns on her TV. It's a good thing though at least she watches early morning news rather than watching cartoons. ME? I can watch and read  the NEWS through the internet. What is new anyway?

Oh, Taylor Swift's FATE OF OPHELIA is trending almost everywhere getting billions of views around the world. Her fans going gaga over her song, I like it too, must admit.

I know that kind of feeling. lol

THURSDAY RANTS

 

Why Tik Toks & Reels on Facebook are addicting? To fnd out you must try it for yourself the content of those reels. Is it entertaining? Is it a mystery, suspense or a thriller? Is it AI generated creatures such as dogs and cats dancing to your surprise? Or the suspense drama AI generated tele-novella? What could be? Too many creative content creators on Facebook. You'll forget that time is running, your clock's ticking forgetting that time passing by without you knowing. That's what it is... that's why you have those people hooked to their cellphones scrolling the page screen of their devices while waiting for something maybe out of boredom or got nothing to do. 

You've got nothing to do you are not at work. Folks that's the reason why. If you have something to do you wont be looking and staring at your computer, cellphones and laptops. But then most workers at the office own computers provided by employers & everyone here in Canada owns computers, laptops, iPads, Tablets. 

I usually wake up early morning to start my household chores. However we live in the townhouse and we have tenants on the right and left side of the house. 4 to 7 am is too early to do the dishwashing, laundry and vacuum carpet because those appliances are noisy. Time wasted eh?

It is during early morning when there is peace and quiet you can write blogs and do something creative. Once in a while there are disruptions of course. 

Watching the latest NEWS: Trump paused for the tariff agreement however, NEWS Networks had already newscasted that they agreed on 25% instead of 50% tariffs on Canadian goods. However turned out different tariffs on some other products and conditions that American alcohol must be put on display back to market shelves. They also mentioned of the Keystone pipeline, lumber, etc.  While waiting for the clock to turn 8 am before the two puppies arrive to be pampered. They are like kids almost spoiled but not rotten. lol. using my husband's lap as their royalty couch. What they give in return? Warm hugs and kisses! Echo drinks milk and will have dental treats. Raven will play with dental treats first  tossing them around whether he can catch it doesn't matter she's having fun that way. Raven welcomed me yesterday after coming home from the clinic and she had that long cigar-like treat on her mouth as if smoking a Cuban cigar! It was hilarious. I tried to snap a photo of her with that "treat" on her mouth but she runs away so fast and yeah, my camera is not Canon but SONY so it is not that fast enough for shooting. I missed my Canon powershot.  

We have a spring-like weather temperature today at 14 Celsius only. Spring-AUTUMN SEASON. Season here in Canada varies greatly: WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER, SPRING, AUTUMN. Sometimes, Summer seems  longer because of those wicked wildfires. That almost everybody has allergy and cough. Some people still asked why are you coughing? Darn it! The sky, the air is toxic!! Duh. FGS. 

The kind of weather temp. I really like is coming soon. It wont be long when the trees in the forest will show their spectacular colors. Awesome foliage!  I used to take pictures of them by the hundreds but my camera sometimes malfunction due to old age (see even machines can malfunction not only robots & humans) that sometimes better paint or draw them

Time to prepare for dinner. Steamed rice and pork/shrimps/veg chop suey.

UNBELIEVABLE GARBAGE!

 Darn what a day! Watching the NEWS last night was a grim reaper's fright mare. As we all know that typhoon season in the Philippines has returned its fury and the result? FLOODS. Metro Manila was submerged in filthy water laden with garbage! What the hell just happened? Rivers and canals have garbage all over the place. The flood was knee deep and in other parts of the city, the flood waters were over 5 ft. high. Incredible. I never seen something like that when I was in the Philippines. The flood never rise up to the knee it was just puddles for some kids to kick in their boots. I think it has something to do with the amount of garbage that get stuck from the drainage or where the stream of water should flow to the river. That's one thing that Metro Manila should need, a weekly collection of garbage. 

In Canada, there's big bin of garbage being collected in every block or if you live in a townhouse a disposal metal container and a recycling bin are provided for tenants. The garbage and recycling products are then collected every week. It's a great business for waste management company. Mind you, the collectors of garbage here are "engineers!"

What happened to the collected garbage? Those garbage are then sort out, the rest are then dumped in the dumpsite. In other countries they have a "processing unit" where they used garbage as fertilizer, batteries and source of energy and electricity. Russia and North Korea make use of those garbage as source of nuclear power. 

UNBELIEVABLE? You should read Marie Curie's autobiography. How she discovered plutonium and uranium because of garbage.

WHO ARE THE REAL ROBOTS THEN?

Now what happened at Facebook? That Facebook is getting stupid now too. It doesn't accept my account password. I know my password but why it changed its password? NO WONDER TOO MANY FROM MY FRIENDS DO NOT USE THEIR FACEBOOK ANYMORE! AI META was also a culprit to it. The last time I checked my facebook account was when my old friend made comment on my account that she missed my drawing and I noticed her name reinvented. She had  profile's photo and photos I knew it was her but her name was "baliktad or reverse. as Zul "  So maybe I should not reprimand Zul because she is Facebook's robot or something? Well if Facebook is now run by Robots then who are those "people in those accounts? they are not real anymore?"

 Maybe its time NOT TO USE FACEBOOK ANYMORE. So, what now? Maybe it's goodbye Facebook eh? Goodbye Mark Zuckerberg! Goodbye old friends from Facebook.

Maybe time to concentrate on Google Blogger.

Oh well. Let's go back to reality. It's now 19 degrees Celsius at the island of Vancouver. And for those hackers beware! I know you love hacking my blogs. I found that out last week that my account is being hacked from Courtenay, BC. Imagine? That is so weird. By the way, don't have cellphone to use  or computer that I logged in Courtenay BC...  FYI.

What to hack here anyway? I don't do evil? I mean I AM law abiding human here and if my blog had hurt your feelings because I am being honest...then that's not my fault and I cannot create earthquake here in BC.

You have to be at the fault line to have tremors and earthquake or at the off coast of Vancouver island to feel it. 

 Oh, are you hacking now because of the "drawings" for the OLYMPIC THEME? Ha ha ha! Too early you know it's only 2026. 2028 is two years from now. Of course it would be "HOLLYWOOD funfare , science fiction nostalgia, showbiz, spectacular ultra modernization and for the old ancient logo of how the Roman Empire had its mark for the New World?

Looks like a Mummy's hand? LOL. OMG! That's what happened when my hand got sprained. It's not a CTS. I was using my right hand too much that's why. 

I'm okay now, no more sprain. I had hand exercises and I didn't take any pain medication. 

Despite of sprained hand, still was able to do housework. Housework is my exercises eh. I was able to prepare and deep fried samosas. Cooked my family's meals.

Panfried porkloins, gaylan with oysters sauce, pork/squash tomato soup 

 Vegetable salad + cream of mushroom soup, nectarines, pork chops, buttertarts

Turn tilapia into fishballs, darn not round so this is renamed as fish crackers instead with chili garlic sauce.

HATE CRIME

 Hi there, good morning people! I woke up too early today because I slept too early that's why. Last night hubby and I watched JOHN WICK 2. Actually had watched it before, years ago. Keanu Reeves had grown so fast I think can't barely recognized him anymore,I mean compared from his handsome, clean cut movie the MATRIX. Finished watching it at 9pm wherein he was tagged incommunicado by the hotel owner. Wow! That was so cruel! It turned out that hotel owner was -------------! Opsi don't want to reveal the secret so that you'll be surprised at JOHN WICK 4. Got to watch the Ballerina sometime don't know when.

A while ago, happened to watch a comedian I think he's from Taiwan. You know that there's a gap between China & Taiwan right? If China invades Taiwan and foreign intervention happened and the Americans helped with the supposedly war between the two can they recognize who are Chinese from Taiwanese?  Indeed that would be complicated for them. It would be same fate with Vietnam war against the North Vietnamese (Vietcongs). Reason why Americans don't send their troops in Ukraine. Can  you distinguish who are Ukrainians and who are Russians?  No difference. They both speak the same language. 

How about the Israelites from Palestinians? Is there huge difference between the two? Palestinians according to an article I read , they were Israelites "cousins" actually through bloodlines same thing with those Jordanians and Syrians. Their bloody wars been centuries ancient older than the Jordan river, much older than the pyramid of Giza. It's more like the Cain & Abel bloody encounters. 

Hate and violence almost non-stop in different parts of the world no matter how civilized they are. I don't know why. Tell me why. 

Just here in Canada, although not as violent as those war torn countries, hate seems the cause of some situations and cases here that is tagged as "Racism or just pure discrimination if you are Non-White." HATE IS A CRIME NOW IN BC & IN CANADA. Remember that.

COPENHAGEN: The Best Place To Retire?

I was browsing through the internet and spotted on this article about "the best place to move and retire and then the stunning photo image. Yes it is true that Copenhagen is beautiful. Europe seems to be the best place for tourists to travel because of its panoramic views and delightful cuisines. Copenhagen tops among the list to move in as it stated in the article. It's almost like Netherlands. Copenhagen is in Denmark actually. 

Did you know Greenland is part of Denmark? The land which Trump would like to invade and conquer. If Greenland has free healthcare and probably Copenhagen is. People are friendly and in this city transportation is not really a problem because most of the streets are narrow that you can just walk or bike around town and shop at  department stores and supermarkets which are easy accessible. Lots of boats, sail boats and ships passing along their river and canals. Their canals are bigger than most. Our canal in the Philippines is somewhat downgraded or downsized, lol. 

In Canada, Newfounland & Labrador have the same kind of vibrant  colored houses just that the boats are mostly used for fishing and lobster trapping. I mean those fishermen go to the deepest ocean for lobster trapping. In Copenhagen they used their boats as "shelter." They live in it. That's okay though. Millionaires and billionaires live in their yachts and travel around the world for leisure and comfort. 

For us ordinary humans we just live to survive. Dream dreams. As what it says in the book that we are all just transient in this world and you only get to live to at least hundreds if you are so lucky or below 100's. Nobody gets to live over 125 nor over 115 years of age. How come Adam & Eve able to live for 900 years? That special apple must be something enchanted. That's why too many atheists in our generation unable to believe the past and simply because it is unbelievable. It takes a humongous faith to believe something that is without proof.

AM I? WHO AM I?

 First of all I AM NOT ALIEN IN CANADA. I believe that SETI is the first organization that SEARCH FOR ALIENS. LOL. 

 

I am a Permanent Resident of Canada since 1992. I was married to a Canadian White and we have three lovely, adorable, smart children born in Canada,. Why I haven't been a Canadian Citizen for 34 years in Canada? Well, because "the word renounce is such a bad thing." You have to renounce Filipino citizenship" as in it doesn't sound right. Its more like renouncing your place of birth. Renouncing your pledge of allegiance as in renouncing your faith. 

I CANNOT RENOUNCE MY CITIZENSHIP OR ELSE PHILIPPINES WILL VANISH IN THE WORLD MAP. Do you understand?  

Who you acknowledge when you renounce your faith? Or when you pledge an allegiance with? You know what I mean? Some people knew English but cannot understand and comprehend it.

I always have perfect score in English subject way back when I was a student. I knew English more than anybody else.  Heh! yabang! Sorry not mean to be so proud about it. 

I AM A PERMANENT RESIDENT IN CANADA. Hey how many times when my BLOGS were heard. I complained for Canadians when it comes to increase minimum wage. I voiced their opinions through BLOGS. I am always being heard. The ANTI SMOKING IN PUBLIC was heard too. My opinion on RETALIATORY TARIFF was heard by former PM JUSTIN TRUDEAU and still is must be implemented. We need respect from other countries in the world that WE WILL OPPOSE ILLEGAL UNLAWFUL TARIFFS ACT OF TRUMP. TARIFFS ARE ILLEGAL & DUMB. IT IS EVIL. The world deserve humans with humans rights. Anybody violating HUMAN RIGHTS HAS NO PLACE ON EARTH. CANADA IS A PEACEKEEPER & PACIFIERS therefore we should continue with that aim and goal. 

I was a law-abiding citizen of both countries Canada & Philippines. I am more of a writer than a talker. Why not? I love writing and that's my forte. When I was in the Philippines, way back in University in FEU, some students asked me where I'm from. I was surprised. They questioned me in English. They thought I'm foreigner from the US or Canada because of how I speak in class or probably because I used to have perfect scores in English but they didn't ask me why I have perfect scores in Pilipino subject. I was asked by my Pilipino subject professor if I was the "Truth." Which of course caused loud laughter inside the class room of 50 students. "Are you the truth and nothing but the truth so help me God?" He asked me. 

My God if I AM THE TRUTH would I be the WAY, THE TRUTH & THE LIFE?

It's just ME. Me as a human who loves humanity as a whole with human rights and whoever violated my rights will receive the wrath of God. 😇🙏

 I noticed that some of the frequent bloggers or blog writer do not post more often now its because of OLD AGE and some of them are so sick to even blog. Only few are frequent blog writers this year and you wished they will blog more often than not.

Most blog writers are retired teachers, educators, artists or artisans, homemakers, photographers,reporters, researchers, gardeners, astronomers, economists, environmentalists, hobbyists, film makers, novelist, ghost writers, but maybe few of them are really "ghosts."

INTERNET is the best place for spirits and ghosts to roam around. ANGELS & HALOS probably are frequent visitors. Hey not kidding about it. ANGELS ARE REAL and so as the demons. 

What about ALIENS? Wow! Who knows right?

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

 WORLD ELEPHANT DAY tomorrow. I had a brand new elephant drawing but for whatever reason it didn't upload today. It seems that my camera and computer are doing the function of rejecting an image which is very strange.  Elephant is one of my favorite animals and I have at least one marble, one 3 ceramic porcelain, one hard plastic and one brass copper made elephant. I have more than a dozen elephant sketches. 

Elephants are the king of the jungle, well together with Tarzan. Ha ha ha! You think the lions are the kings of the jungle? 

Recently watched an old movie entitled THE LAST SPARK OF HOPE. Science fiction movie wherein the only cast of character is lone woman named Eva and a robot named Arthur. OMG! What happened when the woman forgot her password and the robot wont let her in the camp. SAD... VERY SAD ENDING BECAUSE ROBOT HAS NO HEART, NO FEELINGS, NO EMPATHY. It is made of steel, it has intelligence based on its memory and programs created to protect Eva.

Well that reminds me of the "robot at  BC ACCESS."   lol

Opsi ,not funny. They should create robots with feelings and empathy. They should create robots with knowledge based on wisdom and logic.

 

Hubby Lorne saw my latest artwork and he said there are no sea lions in tropical country. Oh, I don't know it's just that my mind is out of nowhere sometimes, doing the time traveling. Who knows those seals were taken  by waves during the storm.

I was thinking of another animal to create a balance of equilibrium flora and fauna and sparks of seals in the scenery for no particular reason.

Games are not in my mind though. I don't know why some people think it has something to do with games and sports. Answer is BIG NO. I am not into games or sports. The hell with it.

There are more important things in life, its about HEALTH, nothing else. Can you just imagine here in the Blogworld wherein almost all of us are sick of something.  Those people having to suffer with cancer. As if this country had been a drop zone of atomic bombs. Why? Why too many people with cancer? Is that FALLOUT from other countries and those micro-debris are being carried by winds and water? Never been reported but recently babies and children having cancer? The government should be alarmed by this crisis almost like pandemic. How those healthy people suddenly had cancer? It's so weird already.

Is there a secret de facto about genocide and elimination of race that we don't know about? Look at those wildfires, uncontrollable, unstoppable. Year after year. Are you not alarmed? Some people are not alarmed because nobody dies. Oh, just one, an old woman in her 80's. Even if nobody dies, your property, your homes are getting destroyed, almost like being in a war zone. No difference if its consumed by wildfires. Those suspicious wildfires should be called WAR ZONE or ETHNIC CLEANSING. Look it's obvious year after year of devastation almost like freaking WAR. You are not robots are you?

You have feelings as humans. You know when it is not right. There is nothing like wildfires for almost ten years.

WEIRD OR WHAT?

 I was surprised this morning while I was browsing through FACEBOOK when I saw a picture of  the Philippine First Lady Liza Marcos together with the sons of popular TV actress Kris Aquino. Wow! That is sort of revelation. Mukhang bati na ang Marcos & Aquino family & clan. It turned out that they were related actually as in FL Liza Marcos is an aunt to Kris Aquino's children. 

Reminds me of my cousin who is married to the nephew of former Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Then my brother worked as PSG for  the Palace way back long time ago and my family was a loyalist to the Marcos family. I mean there are too many Marcos Loyalists way back in the 60's up to now. From KBL Party up to the present with Pres,. Marcos Sr. to the Junior Marcos who is currently the President of the Philippines. Our neighbors worked for the Marcos family until his demised. Look no further but the whole Fort Bonifacio was loyal to the Marcos Family until now. No question asked, it's just a matter of respect and honor to whom we pledged allegiance with based on security and maybe blood connection or family clan connections. 

Sometimes we are just not willing to divulge something about connections because we love to find employment wherein we got that job because we don't have connection. Sometimes that's impossible in Philippines. You must have connection if not you wont have a job. I tried that though. LOL. Isn't that funny? When I was in that company for about 6 months already, my supervisor was shocked to find out that I was related to my cousin who was his favourite doctor/specialist at the Department of Health. He scolded me why I didn't let him know. Why? Would it change the course of time? I have talents and I am a hardworking medical representative for their company. I mean anybody should be employed based on person's ability, intelligence, education and qualifications. Not just being related to whoever is in power. You know what I mean?

CANADA IS NASTY?

 IS CANADA REALLY NASTY? According to Pres. Trump Canada is nasty and has nasty leadership. The rocky relationship between Canada and the US had been going on since Trump vs Trudeau allegation of disloyalty and backstabbing that infuriates the POTUS. Then rough edges continues with PM Carney that the tariffs has returned to 50% tariff. That according to Trump, US has to deal with tariffs too from Canada. 

NASTY OR NOT? Canada seems to be very polite and like to say sorry even if its not their fault. They should not. If its not their fault sorry should not be given or uttered. But I think they tried to pacify things. They are somewhat the "pacifier."

UPDATE 8/9/2026: Suddenly a "pacifier was dropped outside our premises!" WOW! Our neighbor noticed that too. It was there since _____ maybe after the suspect read my blog. That can't be coincidence. The same thing that our vehicle been vandalized by unknown entity. Uhm, Canadians... * ***************

Truth is there are group of people who are nasty here in Canada. There are few who are nasty and racist! ONLY FEW. NOT ALL OF THEM. To think that they were born out of from immigrants from other countries. Those families and clan who were here since the 18th Century they were good people. My husband's family or ancestors were here in Canada since 1850. Those Indigenous who were here since this country was recognized as Canada or Kanata were good people. The nasty or nastiest were those ------------! Never mind. You can find that out for yourself. Maybe they are NAZI.

ANOTHER DAY OF BLOGGING

 It cooled down a bit last night which is a miracle. I forgot what upsets me yesterday when Raven & Echo came to give me a big hug and feed Raven with spaghetti while Echo was adamant to eat I think she had dinner already before I arrived. Before I went to the clinic, Raven was upset too because her dad wants to give her a haircut. She has fluffy soft curly manageable hair but her fur is getting curled up like a wool  down her legs so it must be cut off or at least trimmed however Raven doesn't like haircut so she ran away and stayed at our home. She stayed and sit on my recliner. I found it comforting that she likes my company instead of being always beside my husband. 

 

I'm looking forward to dog sitting them again (Raven & Echo). My plan to give Echo a bath could wait. Hubby hasn't bought the dog shampoo and my right hand is hurting. I had a sprain because of repetitive using my hand for drawings. I had drawn so many hundreds already and I'm on my 7th Sketch Book. Each sketch book has 80 pages. My nurse Sasha told me to stop my repetitive habit of using my hands, and try something else. Later on, she saw me back to drawing on my sketch book, told her that I'm using my left hand instead. It's slow but if my right hand is in pain better use my left hand. 

Then the reliever nurse came to assist her after her sched. was finished. Emily knew what happened to my hand and said "bummer!" Her darn expression. I reminded her that's what happened to her hand too before because her work is repetitive. LOL. Happy now? It takes somebody to experience what ails you to have that empathy. 

In Canada too many people with disability especially because of the kind of job they have and because of too much pressure and tension plus the change of climate from hot to cold  the kind of environment and when winter comes, the snowy land could make you slip on the icy ground and if you are not careful you'll have a fall. Too many people who had hip replacement and knee replacements here. Thousands who are already bionic with titanium steel on their legs.

 I signed in to my blog. I had a quick visit with other blogs. One blog has LIVE TRAFFIC FEEDS. I was shocked because instead of having my location, it register's another blog location. WHY? I never change my location. That is so WEIRD.

What does it mean? Did somebody hacked my computer and use another location? Is that possible? Who are the hackers? I would like to post the hackers location but the city where those hackers live is located in another city close to where we live. I don't know who they are I wish I know  them and report them to Blogger & Google. 

What they want from  my blogs? It is a FREE BLOG that anybody can read.

It's so hot today so better to cool down. Wishing it's already winter.

 Woke up too early today and once again brainstorming on a new plot and what to blog. At about 7:39 am went back to sleep and woke up past 8:35 am to watch News on TV. Mr. Trump is once again in the News blurting out "Decapitation." Yeah, what he meant by that? Are we back to Medieval Period now?

Is there decapitation in the House of Dragons? Decapitation is an old method of execution during at the time of King Henry VIII when he ordered his wives beheaded. Long story though. Horrific story, a British History. The Japanese Imperial Army had that same decapitation process for prisoners of war during World War II. Decapitation is no longer a practice in our time because "lethal injection for people on death row" is more acceptable in a civilized Christian world. I don't know for sure what "decapitation" means for Mr. Trump  for Iran. 

FREEDOM OF SPEECH is part of the HUMAN RIGHTS. If other countries in the world do not practice  it as right then  File for Human Rights Violation for UNITED NATIONS (Geneva ACT). Because once freedom of speech is suppressed and ban then we wont have NEWS ON INTERNET, RADIO & TV. Your country has become Communist.

Wildfires still looming and raging in BC. When will those wildfires end? It is very boring already!Sometimes redundancy is such so boring that you don't want to believe anymore. Just like the war in Ukraine vs Russia. people don't care anymore about wars. They don't care how many people die anymore. Why they cannot stop the wars causing death? That's where the hate crime & violence,massacre and genocide. They the people don't want to watch news on TV,  majority of the people around the world THEY DO NOT CARE ANYMORE & they don't believe anymore. THEY HAVE NO CARE AT ALL. So please tell it to the Marines.

IT'S ABOUT THE RACE

 The 3rd of August is always been the busiest day  for my family. We love to celebrate birthdays of course however if the birthday celebrant is not at home and living far away from the family, we still celebrate it no matter what and we cooked special foods, however his favorite pancit palabok is not in the menu because we can't find palabok sauce. Husband tried to search for it at Save On Foods because that's where I saw it on online ad but not available. I tried twice at Walmart, wala din. Before palabok sauce in packages were available at Superstore but they only carry pork sinigang in packs. Darn it! 

Anyway, I always cook pancit bihon mixed with Farkay noodles (with pork & shrimps & veggies). Then we have vegetable salad with dill dressing, lumpia (springrolls), blueberry/zucchini cake, deep fried tilapia and baked/broiled chicken. Of course we have steamed rice because my daughter loves rice. I was thinking of making  sushi (California rolls) but as I said my Son the birthday celebrant is busy at work and living in the mainland. Husband texted him on his cellphone to greet him and I texted him too. He texted back that he and his friends will go golfing after work. 

So that's it. At least my Son is doing Ok and  having more fun after work instead of working too much. As you probably know that young people here in Canada start working at age 16 or 18 then once they started working they never stop and work on 2 to 3 jobs just because the standard of living here is quite stratospheric high. Japan has the same kind of attitude when it comes to work.

Living at the island of Vancouver for the past 26 years and 34 years in Canada you think life would be that easy. Maybe if I am a "White person" everything would be easier and a privilege. Non-Whites still are not seen as part of the norm here unless if you insist or force yourself to mingle with the crowd.  It is not  easy living here as what you think it is no matter what  your status, rank, gender, or what your occupation because it is the racial discrimination as in you are "Asian" and you are not White. Then somebody blurted out, that's not true! Baloney! Please don't be in denial. Backstabbers are not only in Big Brother show & Survivor. Europeans are not being questioned where they came from. They always have privilege because they are White skinned so everyone thought they are Canadians. You can feel discrimination simply because they can spot your race whether you are Filipino, Chinese, Japanese or Mexican whatever. Even if you are  black well they are the ones being discriminated the most everywhere.  White people have distinct aura of discrimination because you can see their facial expression, they frowned at you or just being unfriendly. I know it shows how uneducated they are LOL. OMG! It shows!! Look at what they are doing with the Natives or the Indigenous such as First Nations, Metis & Inuits. Always there are wildfires in their community. Oh well I don't need to be suspicious. If they are not suspicious why should I be? Darn suspicious mind! You know what? I DON'T CARE! If they don't like giving me the BC Card. I will hold on to my CARE CARD. I might turn your BC Card into hmm...😇😂💨

Somebody said BC means Bring Cash not British Columbia. Duh!

NOTE: Hey, did you notice that since CARE CARD was replaced with BC CARD too many unfortunate events happened in Canada most especially in Alberta & BC. Alberta had flash floods that had Alberta submerged in flood waters for two months. BC had so many wildfires from Fort Mc Murray to until now as in every year there are hundreds of wildfires everywhere at Springtime & Summer months. Are those coincidences? Flash floods also been a recurring calamity in BC. Calamities and disaster non-existent in the 90's and early 2000's only after year 2012. 

Did you know Alberta was once an "ancient ocean?" It was not a land. It was an ocean, a large body of water!

How I wish we can still go for boating but with the price of gasoline who wants to go? Our boat loads $500 worth of gas way back year 2012 2019 per 2 outings.  Gas was affordable before. Maybe this year it would cost $750 loads of gas  (2 outboards) depends on where to go in Browns Bay boating and fishing and back home, Gold River or farther away from Discover Passage or Quadra Island. The cheapest is fly fishing at the river or use kayak or canoe. Most of all it is cheaper to buy salmons and crabs at the supermarket. It is more cheaper to buy tilapia and milkfish, sana may galunggong dito. Missed ko na ang galunggong! Ha! At least nagtatagalog na ako ngayon kasi dinidelete ni Ai ang blog ko pag nagtagalog ako noon. Ha ha ha!

There are things that we have to optimized, there are options due to high cost of living. Going to downtown area takes only $10 by taxi and $10 back home by taxi. To drive with a vehicle which is too costly with pricey gas? Better to economize. CANADIANS are very frugal. They hold on to their money tightly. Kuripot sila. Hindi sila waldas ng waldas ng hard earned money. Hindi Pinas ang Canada na pulos show off ng show off. Pag maluho ka dito at parang millionaire or billionaire ka sa kaluhuan mo may radar dito ang RCMP. They check on your income tax. Kaya yung mga mansions ang mga bahay dito nireraid yan baka kasi mga drug cartels yan.

 It is true that an EV is more economically to drive nowadays because it doesn't cost much according to owners of EV especially if they charge their EV's in their own garage. Our neighbor has a Mustang and his EV Charging is less than $100's/month at Springtime and $200/month in Winter season. 

When my husband was working (before retirement) and using his Dodge Ram 4x4 truck he pays about $400+/month for gas. That was before year 2022. The price of gas now is $200 full tank ($2 per liter). Sometimes its up and down because of the war in Iran. It is a roller coaster thrill ride ever since. I know Trump is playing with the economy of the world like he is manhandling it wrong. Too much playing the cost of everything. CRAZY!

There was once a cartoon I used to watch with my children long time ago....it was Babar. So these elephants remind me of them.

I have too many things to do today such as: giving Raven a bath. Echo has to wait for her special shampoo which husband would buy next run to Superstore. Had pepperoni pizza for lunch and I baked a zucchini, blueberry/carrot cake today. I will be very busy before dinner cooking for more foods to serve my family.

WHO KNOWS? WHO KNEW?

 My darling daughter is already watching the latest NEWS on TV and me blogging to my heart's desire at very early. What's new? What's new? Hey it is Sunday today and are we to attend the Church on Sunday morning? Hmm.... know what? I was very religious when I was very young that's why my husband likes me. My family was a religious family. I had all my children baptized in Roman Catholic faith. I have statues of the Holy Family (Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph & Baby Jesus and I have collection of Angels. I had read the HOLY BIBLE: The Old Testament & New Testament when I was younger. I watched The Ten Commandments & The Greatest Story Ever Told about JESUS. 

However lately don't attend the Church anymore. I have an altar in my home and I pray to God directly. My prayers are always been heard except for one thing this is because I believed that someone is targeting me for something (it's a mystery so don't bother. I am doing my own investigation). It happened after watching that stupid horror movie: THE DEVIL'S CONSPIRACY.

You think that's baloney? Just was when I was admitted in the hospital in Nanaimo  Year 2023. when one of the nurses suddenly blurted, " Verna, you are no longer a target!"  What the F? What she meant by that? Just because I was on dialysis now that I WAS NO LONGER A TARGET!

Whether she just had a slipped of a tongue made me cringe and nervous but I laughed at what she said not to feel the tension or my blood pressure will go up ballistic to 250 again and I would be exorcised. My dear lola is not with me anymore and she never appears in my dreams anymore.

Who knows who are the devils and devils advocates in our lifetime.

JUST WANNA HAVE FUN!?

 I couldn't believe its already August 2026. It seems that days are passing by so fast and so quick like a hurricane. It wont be long until Halloween, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas! And winter and snow...

Hark the herald Angel sing, glory to the newborn King!))) OMG! I'm already singing Christmas song. Pardon my longing for Christmas it's because it is the most spectacular Day of the year other than of course everyone's birthday. 

It's only Saturday the first day of August 2026. Too many celebrants for the month of August. It's a long weekend and so many families will go for holidays, go camping, attend parties, celebrate a family get together because their kids will go back to school and university first week of September. 

Parents don't panic! I know August is the month when school supplies are out already in department  stores and supermarkets. There will be a great SALE of school supplies.
