December 30, 2022 & The Next Days To Come

 Today is the death anniversary of Philippine's National Hero Dr. JOSE P. RIZAL. Every year his birth and death anniversary being celebrated for the sake of all Filipinos who were inspired of his martyrdom, heroism and intelligence. Every Filipino is very proud of his legacy, accomplishments and his life works and writings still a basic fundamental subject in many schools and universities in Philippines. 

In Canada, where the UNKNOWN SOLDIER - THE HERO is also being celebrated every year during Veterans Day and Memorial/Remembrance Day. Nobody knows the "Unknown Soldier" who he is, where he is from and what he really did but the unknown soldier was immortalized in that special tombstone in Canada together with the War Veterans from World War I & II and succeeding wars after.

What's the difference? 

Christmas is being celebrated time and time again, every year. JESUS CHRIST the SON OF GOD was born and the Savior, the Redeemer is the "Lamb Of God" that take away the sins of the world.

Today is the 30th of December 2022 and only a day to behold and it's already NEW YEAR 2023.

Will you jump and dive to the cold waters of the beach near you for Polar Bear Swim?

Will you jump at the strike of 12 midnight to start the fireworks so that you can grow few inches to be taller than your friends?

Will you wear polka dots clothes to make sure that you'll have abundance of everything from money, food, clothing and all material things?

Do you have New Years resolution, make a list.

Will you make loud noises so that your New Year's the best, loudest, outrageous, happy and one of a kind?

Will you gather round the table and have delicious, feast of foods as if having more food on the table to welcome the New Year is much better than the foods at Christmas? Some families cooked more food in abundance for the New Year rather than for Christmas.

Will you put money and coins in your clothes pocket so that it could mean prosperity for the whole year? Weird right?

There are many superstitious beliefs regarding the welcoming of New Year, however, you have to be cautious in using fireworks, firecrackers and other blasters to welcome New Year. If you don't know how to use firecrackers, leave it to the veterans and  better just settle for mini-sparklers. 

LIFE GOES ON. Whether you like it or not YEAR 2023 will come sooner than later.

Truth Or Fiction?

 The snowstorm was over many days ago and flood is the next worse situation to tackle with in low lying areas within Canada. Well, it is not as bad as the flood from year 2021 and flood in Abbotsford to Fraser Valley when those farmlands and dairylands all of a sudden became an ocean. Mind-boggling event of the century never seen like that before. Devastation event that caused billions of dollars in damages and it took months to rebuild roads and bridges and casualty of homes destroyed, few people died of drowning and taken away by rapid fast current of flood water from the mountains to the highways. 

The flood this time of the year (December 2022) is more like mild and tame. 

Prophets of doom or weather scientists trying to predict or had future forecast of 2023 being the hottest year!? Really, why? It's that global warming again or the inconvenient truth that they predicted from long time ago? Yeah, peeps blame the "global warming." Please try something else, something new.

What's causing the global warming? The dormant and dead extinct volcanoes getting active once again? Just months ago when the largest volcano in Hawaii started spewing of its lava. Too much garbage to burn. Did it explodes just like Mount Pinatubo? NO. Not really.

Have you seen the movie 2012? What's the cause of the earthquake and end of the world scenario in the movie? Answer: They created massive, gigantic vessels or ships underground. All the amount of steel and other metals in the creation of such giant seacrafts or ships had an effect of thermodynamic effect with mother nature. You know how long to melt and mould metals (bars of steels) how glass are created? The hot and cold temperature can cause the breaking of weather, breaking barriers, breaking the land and water, the continental drift, the plates and could have tectonic and other waves of the P & S to cause massive earthquake as high as magnitude 10. Include the fracking business.

What is fracking? It is a systemic business of "breaking layers & boundary."

Hey, COVID resurgence has returned to steal your hard earned money again. If they only just probably look for the true real reason why water in so many parts of the world are no longer safe it's because of the many reasons that obviously people wonder about it but they don't care because they are alcoholic. They drink only wine not water.

 I had just read from another website:

" A poor person has no friends."

Wow! How many times in the past wherein had read so many quotes or quotation about such thing about poverty. 

Poor people are friends of the poor people. They must form a club or join a club. The Government always work for them and they are always benefited from its works. There is no government if there are no poor people. Don't you think so? They receive welfare, and they live in low income buildings paid for by the Ministry. In the US they are given sort of free food stamps from the Food Bank. Politicians benefit from majority of poor people and their enemy? The wealthy humans. Yup. You don't know? Darn it, you are very poor! Poor people don't have to pay taxes! They are actually the reason why the government works and the wealthy people have to rely on their sources of income and their medical and dental benefits are coming from the workplace that keep them afloat. The kind of government for the wealthy is in the form of "Corporation." What happened to the middle-income families? You know those who are in neither poor or neither rich/wealthy? People in the "middle class" are left behind from the benefits that they should receive in kind.

IN Canada, whether you are rich or poor, every family receives an income supplement: Child tax benefits, GST/PST refund or the Carbon tax refund. Why not? Because whether you are poor or rich, everyone pays taxes (gst/pst). According to an Economist in Canada, Canada made billions of dollars from all the GST + PST in all those goods and services in just a month. OMG! Well, quite true. Maybe it's in trillion dollars actually! In British Columbia, MSP are free for all British Columbians: citizens and permanent residents. If its not free then they should find their own guinea pigs in other countries.

Would you believe how many new houses, condominiums and vehicles here that you have to pay taxes for every transaction? An old car, second hand car that you bought you have to pay tax? If your taxes cannot help anybody for those government officials to do their work then something is wrong.

Thinking about those products, goods and services in Philippines without taxes imposed. ? OMG!! That's why a courageous journalist once said, in Philippines, you'll never know the wealthiest of them all. The use of cash on every day transaction and without tax on every product and services? Hmm...you wonder why... nvm. LOL. There's probably hidden taxes but those taxes are then use to utilize for government function. Whatever the "functions are." It pays to be an investigator as there is balance of power and the CHECK & BALANCE Committee rather TRUTH COMMISSION to all what is being done for the works of government.

Just recently, a richy man lived in a very high-society condominium for the elites somewhere in Ontario. The man was complaining about something regarding the management and maintenance of such piece or corner of the ritzy condo however, his complaints were not properly heard and he got mean, berserk turned hatred into rage. He killed those members of the board for that condo sparing the president of the board. It is not because the man cannot afford to live in an expensive condo but rich, wealthy people always want the best of everything if they are paying and using every cent of their hard earned money. They are the worst when it comes to finance that they cannot afford to lose, not even a cent.

In the Holy Bible, Jesus Christ was born poor, in the manger where farm animals rested and lived before and after pasture. Who would have thought He is the Son of God?

Once there was a King who went on experimental journey out of his kingdom and found out what's life beyond out there while he disguised himself as a poor beggar. He was the King of Jordan.

There are people disguised themselves as poor and some of them help other poor people while some of them posed as fraudsters and scammed other people of their hard earned money.

There are poor people pretending to be rich. Then out of the blue their secret was out and they did what they can to hide, vanish in thin air or suicide is the ultimate escape.

SUICIDE IS NOT AN ESCAPE. Never been the goal nor the best option.

The wars and pandemic had set the record straight...everybody is POOR. Countries in the world went bankrupt including its very own population of people. It would take time for all those countries to rebuild its strength. You are not alone in this suffering. You are not alone in this struggle of being in poverty. You don't have to disguise yourself being richy rich or that super nova that provides super light, the sun will shine because the sun is made up of gas. GAS! If you have gas you can power all that have been in outage. Without gas, you wont be here in this world. Anyway, whoever is poor in finance are never poor in spirit and maybe their minds are more than powerful than who do you think you are!

It's CHRISTMAS DAY. The SON OF GOD was born in the poorest place on Earth and what it defines you and the true meaning of such miracle is ...do you really want to know?

JESUS CHRIST was born to save you, the whole Earth and mankind from all the sins. Why would an infant do that? Well, it was just the beginning. Because time is the essence and the first  7 DAYS are crucial to that Holy Message. Do you know what time is right now? SEVEN DAYS could be seven centuries or seven of 500 years. ONLY GOD KNOWS when is the end of the very end. Nobody knows.

That's what it is a NEVER ENDING STORY...

Nights Are Longer

 The nights are longer since the Winter Solstice and 8 AM feels like 8 PM in Vancouver island. Still dark sky out but the snow is visible on the ground. The works of city workers must go on shoveling snow and plowing snow.

Flights are cancelled in Vancouver main airport and BC Ferry cancelled their sailings. So if I were you better check the schedule of those flights and sailings first before you head out to travel. It is unsafe to travel because of the snowstorm and the slippery icy snow on roads and highways. 

There's possibility of rainfall tomorrow or on Sunday. Well hope so... maybe.

We don't really know what Mother Nature has to offer.

Truth Be Told

 Do you really like headaches in the morning? Please watch NEWS ON TV!

I first thought there are too many causing headaches such as the sudden drop of weather temperature but watching television news that are very redundant can cause massive headaches sort of migraine. The on and on, redundancy of the same news  over and over again is the cause of such pain.

I don't know how those news reporters could even live to its pressure of giving out news or reading news from teleprompter and smile and be happy despite of the tragedy of tragic, unhappy news they are reading from the script. They probably have the strength of robots without feelings.

So assume that what they are reporting is not that really serious whatsoever. It's just news. To think that there are too many hoard news.

I should not be alarmed or take those news as seriously as in they are not even serious nor sad or are the news real or not? Hard to tell nowadays. The true news are what you can see with your own eyes.

The war in Ukraine vs Russia continues. Pres. Putin wont change according to a diplomat. So true! The man has a legacy to protect. He was once a KGB agent which is similar to CIA and he is a Catholic and loyalist Russian. How can you defeat the man who is likened to James Bond? The friend of Pres. Bush and former G7 Leaders. Zelenskyy ends up the villain through all these mess. Who is Zelenskyy anyway? The aspiring starlet actor? lol. You should end up the war before the whole earth stops spinning.

Now if we are experiencing arctic blast frozen state? Is the nuclear reactor in the Arctic region in function? If the answer is no then go read your World History and watch Dr. Zhivago movie and learn from it dudes. In that movie infidelity became a stupid romantic story. In that old movie, teachers became activists and started the revolution together with their young students and they all suffered and died. It mentioned the death of millions of Russians and massacre of the Royal family - Czar's. The cold war era caused the death of soldiers without shoes and clothing for the winter and frost bites had their legs and arms  amputated if they survived the cold front.

Take care of your eyes. Take good care of your vision. WHY? Sometimes, you are being fooled and brainwashed by the people who are trying to steal every cent in your pocket, every money in your wallet and what is left for you after? Technology is getting modern and upgraded until you can no longer see your own "self." Your id, ego and superego will vanish and who will still believe you? Think of God and Jesus Christ. Ban On Plastics. Why?

 Once again, news about plastics of all kinds are banned or you can no longer use plastic bags, plastic spoons, forks, cutlery, plastic knives, plastic cups, straws and plastic plates in Canada. This is not the first time that using plastic has been banned. Why? Simply because it is not biodegradable. It takes longer period of time to dispose of such plastic materials according to those "scientists." Really?

Have you tried burning those plastics? Try it. Try burning a cellophane. After its burned, can you see any remnants? Any ashes from plastic cellophane?

For once, people started following orders, implementation of not using plastic garbage bags and they throw garbage in the bin without plastic bags... all the rats and rodents of all kinds started coming out in the open. Millions of rats and rodents out!!!!!!!! OMG! What the hell. Now what? What they did with all the rats? All rats jamming out and what pandemic they have to create this time? Bubonic plague?

Maybe they will use those rats and other rodents for laboratory experiments. Hope it wont be part of those burritos and ground meat for spaghetti and hamburgers. Yuck! You guys are crazy!

My God! Before you follow order that is questionable better ask where the order comes from and who ordered such implementation and why. Be brave. Be courageous enough to question and they'd better have honest, smart answer otherwise they could be liable for causing and starting an epidemic in certain demographic area. 

Better be answerable in ENGLISH. Plain English and stop being a crook.

Extremely Cold & Loud

 Minus 5!!! Negative 5 Celsius outside, at the island. The snow hasn't melted yet and maybe there'll be another snowfall in the next days eh? 

Metro Vancouver had experienced another heavy snowfall yesterday and too many victims already as if there's no denying the fact that it happened most of the time in that area during Winter season. Drivers had to leave their vehicles stranded on the roads and highways. No matter how many precautionary measures were given and informed those people, they will still have to travel and have their vehicles towed away. There are good samaritans who could help tow away stranded cars along the roads or those who had stuck on the ditch but frequently is you'll have to pay the company that make business out of pulling trucks, cars and SUV's away from the roads, streets and highways. 

There is always a way on how those people get their business happen like instantly because of how bad the roads are. Sometimes, veteran drivers are not spared nor having snow tires can prevent any accident when you see paramedics and their vehicles being in a wreck and accident that too is a cause for concern.

If there is SNOWSTORM automatically, it should be... Ministry of Public Works & Highways + Ministry of Education should CANCEL or SUSPEND SCHOOLS in Elementary, High School & Colleges (University). There is no way that accidents are not preventable. Unless you want accidents to happen because it's their "business to make more money when there are accidents." Not a laughing matter, definitely not.

That's the reason why MENTAL HEALTH of humans are being studied and research are non-stop on those humans who are suicidal.

SLOW DOWN. You are not in the race with satan.

Just Try To Be Human & Be Normal

 WATCHING TV is the cheapest form of entertainment. Supposedly is. For the richy rich and those super wealthy who can travel round the world and have their kids have fun in Disneyworld, expensive amusement parks, dine in five star high class restaurants as if financial woes not problems as if money flows like honey. Wow! That's the life of those in mega. Wonder what business they are into. Drug cartel maybe? Nah, just business of selling ----- products that you think could not make into million or billion $$$$ profit. It is from the expanding high yield yeast. lol.

You know, if you know accounting, if you know about Mathematics like the basic addition and subtraction there's no such thing as being millionaires or billionaires in a glance. Nothing sort of like that in true, real situation unless if its just a cover-up for something other than selling the product that is crucially very in demand and not very suspicious.

In Canada, you wont be able to tell who is the super wealthy unless if only they showed their income tax report. And some hackers are very curious that they also hacked the CRA Agency so many times. You could be very wealthy in terms of debts and next thing you know you are to climb Mount Everest and experience vertical limits and go on suicidal in another "planet."

I think to believe that I am happy just being me. talking to myself most of the time, with my blogs. If I have questions I answered them in the blogpost/blogformat. If you have questions in another website and I happened to read it wont hesitate to reply or answer you with your inquiry. 

Then watching TV is my solitude. Recently two movies I watched: THE DOUBLE starring Jesse Eisenberg. Story of an awkward character drone named Simon who was replaced by energetic, flambuoyant playboy James in the place of work. Nobody even knows in his workplace the similarities between James & Simon as if Simon doesn't exist. First thought the movie has something to do with blind people or people whose eye-sights and or visions are corrupted because they live and work in the dark and worst of condition as if they were in Siberia sort of too remote from civilization. Or they were "the outcasts and suicides happened almost everyday."

Next is BRINGING OUT THE DEAD movie is the story about paramedic Frank Pierce ( portrayal by veteran actor Nicholas Cage) who had enough of his almost 24/7 job wherein he can no longer sleep and rest that made him to the brink of insanity but not quite because he has to save lives. He must save the lives of too many victims of drugs, alcohol and suicidal tendency never stop for those who died and was revived. How paramedics seriously do their jobs and take the patients to the E.R. and how health care workers treat them with care and how other patients are neglected. Protect & Serve happened more often than not.

In our changing world wherein, high speed tech is so surreal and some of you only find happiness with people you associate with through online and that's how sad our world is. No wonder why some people are acting weird or suicidal. Melancholia or depression sometimes hide from the obvious. Those who were fired by Elon should therefore move in Google, Facebook & Yahoo. Build another twitter format website FREE FOR THE AVERAGE MINDS. Because a website for elitist geniuses could mean exploration and explosion. You don't like mega heads explosion eh? Cerebral hemorrhage was so common in the Year 1919 to 1950 and that could have revival. Build a platform that is NORMAL FOR HUMANS WITH TRUE HEARTS & MINDS.

Fascism Is Just Around The Corner

 The Spanish Influenza was never mentioned in my grandmother's story of World War II. However, latest but old stories of such pandemic started showing because of COVID-19 in the Year 2020. That covid breaking news was sort of just flu which usually been normal occurrence every year simply because how many billions of birds, ducks and wild animals out there? How many process of fracking that leads to contamination of drinking water?

There is some form of secrecy in this COVID-19 wherein the population of humans actually went up so high. I mean, when there is a pandemic, population should go down. Baliktad di ba? The human population in bigger cities have doubled more than in rural areas. The proof about millions of death? Nobody had ever shown any photos of them in newspapers or tabloids or any news on TV. The hospital is not that really busy but they always said that hospitals are full of patients. Actually there are humans who are taking advantage of using the brand newly built hospitals for their own hotels. Timing! It is sort of timing that too many stories and too many television shows and series using hospitals and clinics for their shows. I mean what for? For the drama? Which ones are real? Are they allowed in the restricted area in hospital drug/pharmacy and blood  supply? You have to be very suspicious. 

Did you know that WAR is the cause of wealthy, richy group of unhappy, not contented humans? Beware of unhappy, wealthy humans. However, the cause of WW I was the jealousy of two idiots turned rage into more complicated war and that's the reason why Europe went bankrupt. To rebuild its strength, Hitler made a promise to European nations and thus NAZISM was born. Although Hitler was a Nazi leader, he hailed from affluent Austrian family who believed in God, he and his family & clans were Christians. It's hard to believe that but that was written fairly in WORLD HISTORY. In other words RESPECT RELIGION.Do not wage war with very devoted, religious people because they will sacrifice themselves for its ultimate ends.

With the sudden influx of refugees and new immigrants in a pandemic? What is so wrong about it?

Did you ever watch the old movie about those wild animals from Africa and then were transported to the already mild and tamed animals in the London zoo, sometime in the 18th Century? Outbreak happened like it was planet of the apes and the outbreak had reached and infected human population.That was the first strike. However, it seemed that those scientists never ever learned from such mistakes because they looked at people, humans as their guinea pigs. 

If  I  were you better have facemasks to cover your mouths and noses because if this country is being used by those NEO NAZI for experiments so that they can create new vaccines "again" as if they are hopeless to win the Nobel Prize for Science. What they don't know, they are not the only intelligent humans on planet earth. Luma na yang method nyo. Buking na kayo! Pulos kayo kickback-kickbuck. Shame on you!!!!!!!Who knows? Maybe they want everybody to suffer. They have to be in a lockdown again and they wont be able to work and wait for the allotment. I know, I know feels like WORLD WAR II revival. So you want all health care workers to bear the brunt and worked so hard as if so that they have enough money to have their yearly vacation of choice and have mansions and sports cars? What else those people need? Using pandemic as stepping stones so that they can have all the luxuries? Wow!You should be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe you are different from other corrupt individuals, maybe...let us hope so that you wont be crying all the time for every operation. You had this ad on TV about a kid being used for 17 operations. SEVENTEEN! For God sake!!!!!!! Are you creating Frankensteins?

FLU or influenza wont go away until all those birds, ducks, geese, swans and all the shitty poop are eradicated. Knowing humans have bums so what can you do but wash and clean your hands thoroughly every time after using the toilets. Use hand sanitizers. Look after yourself  and if you are sick STAY AT HOME!

Yup, for me STAYING AT HOME is the safest, best way not to get infected with other form of illness. Cough and colds nothing! OTC drugs can cure it, TYLENOL caplets the best for cough, cold and flu.

Covid (Pneumonia/Bronchitis) is not. You need respirator, oxygen tank and ventilator for COVID. Covid could be resulted from ASBESTOS inhalation or those victims of the nuclear waste in Ukraine which made them, some of them as "radioactive." COVID that word used to rename the flu is simply very suspicious. Stupid Covid. THat's how some idiots changed influenza to flu then to COVID because for every change of name or terminology another kickback and another source of income for politicians and health care workers. FOR GOD SAKE! Trying hard, you are not the only people in the world. You are not as important as everybody else. Do not look up so high as if you'll be on pedestal, hmm maybe you group of people are the ones spreading the germs and virus like as in the BackDraft movie. Are you not paranoid or suspicious of your politicians and co-workers in the hospitals as the cause of such outbreak and spread of virus? You cannot be 100% healthy or strong enough, even if you belong to Fascist movement.

The outbreak of COVID had those politicians wanting so many refugees in, for God sake! What's this arrogance of stupidity? MAZE RUNNER. Yup that answers the very question of why. Every refugee has body parts and meant for transplant. Then TRANSPLANT the television series was born.

For every question, for every suspicion out there, the smart moves, thorough scientific research and documentaries they all are answered in many movies filmed and produced. It's just need the brightest minds to unravel whether they are fiction or not.

Under The Weather

 I've been singing that pop song COUGH SYRUP over and over again since I watched the singer singing it on the VOICE show.  Then by surprise, sudden snowfall and the land was covered with blanket of snow. It melted two days ago and then it snowed again yesterday. The hot and cold temperature could end up people being sick and I got sick with such sudden drop. It's not that I am not strong enough but the truth is the last time I've been sick was year 2016, cough and colds (runny nose) with Tylenol capsules, hot broth of chicken soup and drinking ginger ale I was sick only for 3 days. Then maybe because somebody is sick of flu not really flu if its only cough and colds then got me being sick too. It is ok, at least not COVID. COVID is more than a flu and it's more than pneumonia/bronchitis combination and it's not even a flu. It is just cough and colds due to the weather temp. of hot and cold.

Actually first thought, I have asthma. lol. Asthmatic in the family inherited from grandma and a brother who passed away because of chronic asthma. OMG! No, I don't like having asthma. I used to believe that asthma is caused by hairy, furry animals such as dogs and cats. Well, my grandma used to tell us about it over and over again. When its being said more than hundred times (X) got to believe it especially if its your dear grandma who knows what best for her grand kids. For a grandma who knew Latin prayer, vobiscum, novus ordo seclorum, requiescat en pace, respondez sil voit plat... all those latin versions spoken by the Vicar of Christ. Sorry, don't know Hebrew, ask a Rabbi for Hebrew version.

It was yesterday when I happened to watch JOJO RABBIT the movie about a smart 10 year old boy who was a "boy scout" being trained as a NAZI soldier in Germany and having fantasy about Hitler who was communicating with him through the ordeal of fighting the enemies > JEWS > they never knew all along. Jojo's mother played by a talented actress Scarlett Johansson whose fate been tested and had tragic end. It was shocking. In this movie, there is that confusion of who are NAZI, who are the JEWS and who are the true real enemies. ? It's happening in Ukraine where Ukrainians also  are confused on who they are. Ukrainians are Russians. Originally is. Ukraine is a part of USSR or Mother Russia. There are so many Russians living in Ukraine! They are killing themselves.

If you are not Chinese, not Egyptian, then you are a Jew. Remember there were 3 main original ancient races from long, long time ago. Through these original races: Asians were originally descendants of the ancient Chinese. The Arabs, Middle Eastern people, Africans, were descendants from Egyptian bloodlines. The Jews or Israelites  are now those people in Israel,  Europe, America (South and North) , Russia.

 Are you so concerned about your grammar as if you are a grammar teacher looking for errors? I read Joan Pilz book about grammar and there's nobody in this world with perfect grammar whatsoever. Know why? It depends on comprehension and subject must be presented with predicate, otherwise it's a lost cause. The most important thing in message relay is "comprehension."

Can you understand? Do you understand?

Not many people can understand the English language better unless you are born naturally American or Canadian or British and the English language is spoken in your own homes by your parents. Or you are highly educated. Some people are fluent in different languages and these linguists become interpreters.

If your kids are sent to ESL Class or English as a Second language maybe not because you are dull but because the school is a French Immersion School (Ecole French) and most or majority of students are French and other kids who are talking a different language (Chinese: Mandarin or Cantonese or Fookien- What's the difference? )(They are Chinese but they have hundred different dialects) (Filipinos have hundreds of dialects)  maybe those foreign kids also speak Tagalog because they are Filipinos or indigenous. And you wonder why some people's English is a bit crooked as in Mississippi. French is the language that can get your tongue twisted. Ha ha ha! Tongue twisters. It is for this reason that the universal language is English so that we can understand each other or else you can always build the Tower of Babel.

TOWER OF BABEL. Have you seen one? The Tower of Babel in the Holy Bible is actually  very different from TOB in our time. The TOWER of today is computers. It seems that too many can appreciate the magnetic cores simply because its magnetic and sometimes it is binary. If you can build or create a unique Babel would it reach the sky?

My kids are biracial, naturally born here in Canada (Filipino and Canadian White). JUS SANGUINI. JUS SOLI.

If we have to look at the Atlas map, the original old map without crack what could be is it jus soli or jus sanguini?  JUS JUSTice should prevail or that could be originally been termed as JUS as "Jews." I am the Filipina and my husband is a White Canadian whose parents were in Canada for such a very, very long time. My husband's grandparents hailed from Norway (grandma) and Kansas, USA (granddad), husband's mother was born in Washington, USA and husband's father was born in Powell River, BC. Their family been here in CANADA since 1850's. His parents owned a huge tract of logging camp in Canada with hundreds of loggers working for them, until they sold it and bought a resort somewhere in BC. Long story though. Sister-in-law had an old video taped of the logging, sailing and all those stuff from memories of long time ago. Almost like a movie, you breathe to know if you are alive.

Are you guys alive?

The pandemic had it in the news that millions of people died. However, the population of humans had doubled and reached billions on planet earth. The population of Canadians had millions of people added from its former original population surveyed before Year 2020. So, you mean those dead people are alive? My God! Are we in the Lazarus Project?

 

Season Of Snow

 The pile of snow had been 2 ft outside at the front yard and husband and neighbor took turns shoveling them out of the way, everyday since the first snowfall, on Tuesday last week.  Then this morning noticed that parts of the snow had melted, but the snow still is visible on the ground about 10 inches at the most. The snow on top of the trees had fallen and melted, the snow on the roads are slushy and slippery for vehicles to tread on. Sure is, industrial salt is much needed on the grounds.

At least we have to be thankful that we don't experience the polar vortex in our place, in our community unlike other cities and provinces in Canada. At least we don't have -50 degrees of frigid zone as compared to arctic regions and in the North Pole. 

There are covered blanket of snow on most roof tops in the neighborhood. On top of those bushes and shrubs are white as snow and not melted yet. It's weird that the snow on trees melted so quickly.

Cold outside, cozy and warm inside the house and what you get from such drop and sudden change of temperature? Headache is the first sign of such drop.

Eko

 We have a very special guest in our home yesterday. She's that funky, charming, sweet as a cupcake, no matter how little, naughty she is.

Only 6 1/2 months old and her curiosity is simply amazing.

She's like a toddler always attention-getter and she's that strange...sometimes.

I used "she" not "it" because a special pet is considered to be extraordinary life form and it is the "baby girl" for the neighbor who owns her.

We like her as she is the joy that makes us happy in our old age. We feel old around her because of her restless movements, running around  everywhere inside the four corners of the house.

 My husband and I actually  love Eko, the cute puppy, a yorkshire terrier.

Always into something...

Very jumpy, so fired-up and very adventurous.

Eko loves sitting on my husband's legs while they watch TV shows and sports. When it comes to food, she likes Cesar Double Delights: Filet Mignon & Grilled Chicken flavour treats.

 Her fur's color changes from brown to white as it depends on the focus of light. Lighting can always do justice for every photography.

 However, she likes being spoon-fed with human food and forked-fed of spaghetti and yeah, she's a bit of spoilt because she likes being pampered. You have to treat her like a human being, like a toddler. I think most beloved pets seemed to like and cherish that kind of special, extraordinary attention and care and when you give them that special care they tend to act as humans.

They love walking right on the shore, on the beach. Eko is such a friendly pup watching everyone that walks on the walkway at the park. She stops at every opportunity to keep an eye on those humans with dogs on the leash, trying to smell them. lol. So weird as in being nosy or something.

Sure is, dogs are as curious as cats and more intelligent? Hmm...with Freddie the cat? Remember the cat known as Fred? Our neighbor's pet cat named Fred? I was babysitting that cat for 2 years and he is that smart too. Eko is just too young compared to Fred or Freddie so age is the difference that leads to whoever is smarter and besides Fred is a cat and Eko is a puppy.

IF

 ZERO degrees weather temperature today, probably negative in other parts of BC. It is really colder this year than last year's. However, it is good to know that it is not considered the "polar vortex level."

It is better to keep yourself warm in your own home and stop galavanting outside. It is Saturday and there's no way that you have to walk or go to schools on Saturday. The workers who are to work in the office, hospitals, department stores, pub and restaurants, and other business establishments have to suffer on this awful, cold, balmy weather. I remember when I was working at the restaurant, work depends whether the owner or the employer wants to close the restaurant for the bad snow outside or stay open. To stay open is more applicable because there are many delivery orders. It's not good for the delivery men because they have to drive through the slippery snowy or icy snow roads and streets.Too much hazards. 

Hospitals and clinics don't close whether the weather is bad or there is wildfire, more so its open when there is a pandemic. Actually hospitals especially the E.R. is the one that is 24/hour open just like the 7-Eleven outlets. Department stores, especially the supermarkets are open 12 hours per day, everyday actually. Airports can close down or shutdown when flights are cancelled during the snowstorms. The Churches should be opened everyday, 24/7 but it seems like they were tested during the pandemic. So unlikely during the wars of WWI & WWII and the Spanish Flu pandemic. Anyway, reasons we don't know or still unknown for now.

What's really the cause of pandemic of 2020, 2021? Is it related to the past? History repeats itself like "groundhog day?" and "lazarus effect?" once numbers are repeated like YEAR 1818, 1919,  2020?

IS IT EVIL? 

That there is a possibility that Year 3030 could have the same deep impact?

Have you watch the movie of Nicholas Cage > KNOWING? Watch the trailer and it will show you the "numbers of years" and your eyes, your vision will focus on that year and it will flash right before your eyes as if magnetic. 

Maybe the EARTH is sort of a giant magnanimous mechanical machine like an ATOM with protons, electrons, neutrons that lock in and lock out when certain numbers are pushed or pulled in. Or that's a secret button that locked in. Earth is a humongous button of atoms. 

A Supreme Being unknown  to us could push the "button" EARTH AS ONE OF THOSE BUTTONS then you get what you give and learn from it. Well ONLY IF.

STOP Wasting Time

 Random blogging is my forte. Yeah being a clutch-writer! Right on the spot without thinking whether you'll like what I will write or post because you know me... with my proverbial 3 dots...lol SIGH and sigh again.

I happened to read some bonafide writers and for whatever it is their writing seems like "very professional" in nature as if, they had almost had in competition with prolific writers but you know there is always the benefit of the doubt. You can write legibly and professionalism becomes the norm when it comes to "selling something." However, the salestalk in our generation is not always pulling the legs of clients. Sometimes you get more sales by showing what you are selling. It's the product that matters and what kind and quality of the product you are selling. Maybe sales talk is good when you are product detailing in the class room and you have so much time to uplift and upgrade. Wasting time is not applicable anymore especially on online sales. Know why? Too much competition.

I am not a sucker or sucking up for something. I want something that tells me directly what it is. No time to listen or read flowery words. Maybe because we are bombarded with so much advertisements, the commercials that we have to suffer watching on TV. Would you believe that 15-16 minutes of advertisements for every show or series? What the hell is that? You wished you could fast-forward all those shows and delete all those ads and get to the matter quickly.

Advertisers and marketing consultants are just the flavour of the icing? Yes, sure. Maybe long time ago. We are paying too much internet and hydro bills and every minute counts. High inflation is no longer a laughing matter and if there is a laughing stock that too could have stolen your portfolio.

Hmm, I'd like to think of what E. Musk had emailed (allegedly leaked on social media) to his staff ( I am not one of his staff - thank God!) List of all what he needs to know and his staff to remember. I couldn't help laugh at what's in his list. You wanna know? STOP PULLING THE LEGS OF YOUR CEO. 

So true! If you are one of the best, of the best... you really don't have to suck up or pull their legs if they have any. Ha ha! OMG! If you don't like what's happening in your company, raise your leg. WTF! No, just kidding. 

I remember way back when advertising and marketing strategy is a form of serious mending and trending but because the CEO long time ago are 10X older than you are. 

NOW --- The new generation of CEO's are younger than you are! And they like exclamation points. They like something that surprise them. Of course something that is unpredictable. Something like TWD.

Hot & Spicy Curry

 Oh, right on classes are suspended on most schools and universities in BC. GOOD! Better be safe than sorry. Slippery slopes, slippery downhill.

WINTER SEASON. Games and sports being played aside from hockey: Skiing, Super G, Slalom, Snowboarding, Skating, Speed-skating, Skeleton, Toboganning, Triathlon, Figure Skating.

Because it is really balmy cold that having hot and spicy chicken curry with hot steamed rice is a must.

You know I just saw groves of coconut trees and there 'ya go time to have meal with coconut milk or coconut cream. I need it truly! COCONUT's my favorite! lol

I checked on our freezer what could be the best extra ingredients for chicken curry then I saw this bag of frozen zipperback shrimps so told myself that's excellent for curry. When I opened the bag of shrimps...

I was surprised. Beyond surprise actually because the size of the shrimps? The size of  baby lobsters!! What happened? Wrong label of shrimps. They should at least label the package as prawns instead.

Great! Too great for my chicken,prawns, pork curry. YUMMY GOOD!

Ingredients: 4 tbsp coking oil, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 1 cup of chopped onions, 1 cup grated/shredded ginger, 1/2 whole chicken cut into 8 small pcs., 4 big prawns, slices of pork, curry powder, laurel or 2 bay leaves, salt & pepper, ground chili pepper, 1 can of coconut milk, diced potatoes, diced carrots, green peas.

 So it's snowing at the island and nothing that we can do about it because at this season of the year when November ends December 2022 has its beginning for the long winter months until next year of January to February 2023. Hey, the good thing about it > is >  it wont snow everyday. The snow will stick on the ground for couple of days or at least for a week depends on what could be happening on how hot the sun would be. Or depends whether it will rain or we'll have a storm.

For now, let us be happy and extra careful out there on walking on snow or driving must be very extra careful. You probably have snow tires on your cars and bigger trucks should have snow chains. Drive slowly on highways, be very vigilant and don't be careless. There's no race when it comes to being out there on slippery, icy  roads and highways, so slow down.

TENNIS

 TODAY is just another boring day. Nothing special. However, it is very special for Canada because after 109 years finally the world's most coveted DAVIS CUP had been granted to the most talented, skilled tennis athletes TEAM CANADA for this generation (2022 in Malaga, Spain) : Felix Auger Aliassime, Denis Shapovalov, Vasek Pospisil, under the Team captain Dancevic. It's a huge win for Canada actually.

Americans and Australian had won Davis Cup so many times. Australia won Davis Cup for 28th times. This is first for Canada! THE VERY FIRST. Canada won so many STANLEY CUP but DAVIS CUP is somewhat a symbol of hmm...what's its symbolized and for what? Ha ha! Jokers. lol. Dude, don't really know. I am not really a sports fanatic. It is only recently that I had laid eyes or lend my eyes on those tennis players and what kind of game they are playing. I watched it only out of curiosity.

One Hundred Nine Years. A century. More than a century.

1900's is the end of the Spanish-American war. It was the year-era of Sigmund Freud's  book of Dreams and Interpretations. 1900 is the era of Industrialization. Modern technology seemed modern such as the invention of telephones, telegrams, film production equipment (for silent films), locomotives, even if horse-drawn carriages were still in abundance, automobiles were already being manufactured, tested and tried,  but they are slow and not too sporty. Steamed boats were already luxurious for travel and  it was only in 1912 that the most luxurious, largest ship sailed mighty on its first maiden voyage however disaster struck and failed when the Titanic had that catastrophic tragic end. 

So tell me what DAVIS CUP's as a symbol of what? Betty Davis? Could be the cup of the covenant? Cup of Davis for best tennis team of the world. Every year DAVIS CUP Championship is played and whoever wins then they are the best of the BEST in the world in the world of tennis.

That TENNIS the sports is now officially one of Canada's best sports ever aside from hockey, baseball and football. Why not? It's a highly-intelligent game.

Sunday Rants

 What's life without THE WALKING DEAD television series on Sunday night? No Vampire Academy and No Interview With The Vampire. lol.

Whew! LIFE GOES ON actually, no matter what.

There are so many movies, free movies to watch. However, they were mostly re-runs and already been watched by me. 

I should be resting on Sundays. But you know me I enjoy being in front of my computer while the rest of the earthlings are contented holding on to their cellphones 24 hrs/day even when they are crossing the roads. What the hell is going on? It's like they have to hold on to their cellphones like they are the most important thing as if they will die if they missed any message. They sleep with their phones too, closer to their cell just right there on their pillows. Totally insane. I had seen so many of these cell addicts who never stop texting and sliding, touching their cellphones even on parties. They have to enjoy the party with their loved ones and friends and families but their eyes are almost glued to the cellphone screen. Maybe they are hooked on Tik Tok or on interactive games?

What's on Tiktok? You wont believe some of them are really amusing. There are sexy women gyrating or almost showing their "    " and their butts while shaking their booty. Yup, mostly chlorinated/bleached bodies. Maybe they live inside the swimming pools to bleach their skins. But you know I enjoyed watching those smart cats and dogs on Tiktok. They are entertainers. Kudos to their master trainers.

I only chat with people I really knew on Facebook. HS friends and HS classmates from long time ago. I don't waste my time chatting with strangers. 

My sister lives here in Canada and we seldom chat or see each other, maybe on few occasions. My nieces have their own family and they live far, far from away from us. Parents are in another country and so as my brothers. Blogging is the one that makes me happy at old age. Just like those retirees who keep themselves busy blogging whatever that keep their minds busy away from dementia and alzheimer's. Blogging is beneficial to expand your vocabulary and keep your memory sharp.

There are many hobbies that are worthy to mention, worthy and beneficial for busy minds but that depends on how thick is your wallet. At least blogging is somewhat economically appreciated and wont break the bank...supposedly it wont. Whoever breaks your bank should be axed and chainsawed by chucky. lol. j/k

So, no walking dead?.. hmmm... BORINGGGGGGGG!

Saturday Musings

 ARE YOU THRIFTY OR STINGY? Question I dare ask you especially at this time of the year when Christmas is fast approaching. 

I was thinking that gift-giving no longer apply, eh? OMG! I used to hear this from my husband, " don't buy me  any gifts. I don't need anything." Wow! Do I have to tell him too that it's , "ditto." Same with me??

Of course we have to buy gifts for my children no matter what even if they are young adults already. When I was their age, it was me already who presented gifts to my parents. Why not? I have a job and I was employed earning monthly salary, although not much I was a generous human being. I always give maybe not much, I GIVE because that's my personality and that's my kind of character. Never been I am so madamot. I was stingy to some humans who have everything like they don't need any gifts at all. Would you give to somebody whose got almost everything? Or give to somebody whom you don't really like? It's a total pain, right?

Canadians are generous people. My husband is very thoughtful and generous. He loves to give me gifts in jewelries, mostly gold and diamonds and few gemstones. He also give gifts to my parents. My in-laws have the same value of generous giving. Sometimes, for some valuable reason would rather ask him, cash is better as gift. I like shopping the things I like and things I would like to use and wear. Seldom do I like gifts given to me. I am very particular and choosy about things. However, my husband has good taste and his other gifts are of good quality from computers, digital cameras, jewelries, wristwatches, perfumeries or fragrances, and appliances. I don't like him buying me clothes or shoes. His taste for clothing is not my type of clothing. I would rather have fabric or textiles that I could sew and choose the style I like. My fashion sense is more like "Star Wars." LOL. I mean,  where could I wear those costume dress/gowns of Padme and Princess Leah? Yup only for photography or just for Halloween celebration on Hallow's Eve. Recently, my favorite costume for Hallow's Eve were that of Vampire's and Witches. Of course not a witch. Darn it, don't even have a flying broom and a huge boiling wok of potion.

Opsi, they won! CANADA WON! Congrats! Canada will play Australian Team in the Finals Championship.

Never I've seen this tennis tournament with so much loud noise because of the band and megaphones from Italian Team, the fanatics. Later on Canada had their own band drumming the same beat of appreciation for the match.

 

Priority & Principles

 HIGH INFLATION. Recession. High cost of living. Price of gas and oil went up and now... the price of electricity. BC HYDRO!!! BC Hydro the source of electricity in BC went up high this month. 

Tsk! tsk! Our energy consumption, the hydro we are paying for the past months and years are just fair, nothing to scream about. Few days ago when we received the bill for last month's bill we are shocked. Hmm, what's the cause of such bill? There is nothing that add up that could lead to such surge. What could be? I know that at Fall & Winter season the hydro bill will rise up because of the use for heating the house. Did we cook and baked too much? Not really. Of course we cooked our food but seldom we baked goodies. We usually buy baked goods: pies, cakes, bread from the supermarket. I only bake muffins or cupcakes once a month. I tried to do roasting pork, chicken and grill spare ribs twice or 3x per month, mostly the cooking is done on less than 2 hours per meals. Could it be because we shower and bathe almost everyday? Lukewarm water not even hot water.  I don't know what cause the sudden surge of energy. The internet and TV don't really consume much energy. We seldom use ceiling lamp or daylights, matter of fact should be turned off if not in use. All appliances unplugged if not in use. Hmm...what could be? 

I don't know if this is what HYDRO's revenge or what because nobody seems to be in the trend of using worldwide use of EV. Maybe if every driver in Canada will avail of choosing to drive EV then the price of electricity would be very affordable or economical. You know the law of supply and demand.

Maybe we'll just skip the dishes? No more cooking and baking? No more washing of plates, cups, drinking glasses and utensils. 

Maybe no need for laundry. Just change clothes when it's really time to change and throw them away like some sort of disposable clothing. No need to buy laundry soap, fabric softener, no need to use water and the "wear and throw clothes" the next best thing? Buy more clothes then.

OMG! Maybe enough using computers, appliances, radio (don't use radio and stereo), TV, and all those that you can plug to electric outlets. 

Did you know that there are families who take pride living in hotels instead. They just pay the daily room rate and no need to pay for electricity. Some hotels also offered free continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner maybe they choose to just order from fast food outlets. I wonder how much they saved from such budget.

Would it be nice to live in a house free of any obligation? I mean living in a house without the need to pay for mortgage, monthly rent or yearly tax? You only pay for your electric bills and water bills. I know such a humongous luxuries for those people. Like you saved $1,500/monthly rent for the house, total utility bills of $400 (hydro/gas heating/garbage disposal/yard maintenance) +car + insurance + health care + maintenance for car, gas,  etc. etc. With all the savings that you should be paying but you do not pay because you are living in a house for free "FREE"  what's  that $3,000 budget savings could lead you to be leading? Maybe that amount of money could at least take you to holiday resort of your choice. Maybe all your kids are College graduates and living better lives. WOW! But knowing most Canadians live modest lives as in very frugal. That having meals on the table everyday, abundance of food in the fridge and clothing in times for the 4 seasons (winter, spring, summer, autumn) is more important than going on vacation and come home empty handed and full of debts. Yup, its a matter of priority & principles. STOP being egoist. 

Hmm, what to cook for tonight? Roast pork with gravy? lol. The price of pork, chunky pork went down today. So we are having lechon tonight for dinner.

The Powers That Be... Comes With Great Responsibility!

 Do you know what GOVERNMENT is known for? Who should govern and what the government workers and officials are supposed to do? 

You should know the history of your country first of course. How the government was formed to govern its people and what is the main objective or objectives. 

In the Philippines, before the Spanish inquisition, before the year 1521. Before the conquest. 

PHILIPPINES is an archipelago. Each barangay or territory was ruled by the strongest, wealthiest, oldest male known as Datu or Rajah. The Datu is the term for chieftain or the "king" in that island of territory. There was already form of government, culture, heritage, religion and religious beliefs. Their way of life is simple and traditional. They knew how to build houses, boats, and use their own tools. They cultivated their lands using farm animals and they knew how to hunt and cooked food, fish and catch sea creatures of all kinds. When it comes to education, they were not far behind. Ancient Filipinos had their own alphabet known as Sanskrit. They were knowledgeable in different languages spoken by the next neighboring countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, East India, Polynesia, China. They had to because they trade goods and services with each other and because of inter-racial marriages that expanded the treaty and dominion within Asia. When the navigator Ferdinand Magellan  discovered Mactan in 1521 which is an island part of the Visayan region in the Philippines, first Christianity was then officially came into power and thus the colonization process began in such a a matter of long, tedious non-stop overtaking of all the major islands and named the archipelago into La Isla Filipinas in tribute to the King of Spain. Blood compact happened in a very extraordinary way. Majority of Filipinos were baptized into Christians and thus had taken Christian Spanish names. They no longer allowed to use their native names. So if you happened to live in that time period, and your name is Kulapo that Kulapo never existed. Vanished. Dead. Reborn with new Spanish given names and surnames. Every human being in such area of colonized Christian have Spanish names granted that they  were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, under God in the Year of Our Lord. Five hundred years. Universal Language was Spanish and thus education and way of life is embedded in Spanish culture and heritage. Only then in 1900's when Universal language English came into power.

English the universal language is still being commonly used everywhere around the world, mostly by educators, politicians, economists, medical practitioners, lawyers,  educated people and people who are still with great power and influence and dominion all over the world.

At present time... no one is above the law. GOD IS THE LAW and you an ordinary human being, mortal human being... there is no forever. 

Be happy, be thankful and grateful being alive to survive, to tell your true story be happy and contented with yourself, be honest. Stop being a liar. Being honest is also a legacy. Be humble enough to owe up to your mistakes. Live the life you wish of fairness and STRIVE TO BE HAPPY and follow the golden rule. Remember DESIDERATA.

 What's new? Nothing's new actually on planet earth. it is the same old story being repeated and revised for the sake of those who study History and to make new inventions for the sake of something new, whether they are good, helpful and would benefit mankind then that's good.

The on-going soccer game in Qatar which is participated by different teams around the world is great for those soccer players or families whose sons are athletes or soccer players. I am not a soccer fan. My husband watches it from the convenience of our TV in the living room. Soccer game is one of the most noisiest, loudest game being played as the field stadium comprised of the two teams playing and the thousands of viewers maybe more than 20,000 or depends on its capacity that's why it is very loud. However, the game is tedious, long and to score a point takes longer period of time. They could play for an hour or two hours without any point on both sides and that's boring! Unlike in HOCKEY, baseball, basketball and football, tennis > the score (ing) is faster, higher and stronger. You know what I mean? I should not be so negative on this, let it be... It is not my business, sorry. Go play your own game.

Today is Tuesday, November 22, 2022. 

I was supposed to have this topic or subject of discussion on Veterans Day. However, would it be better today?

I watched the Remembrance Day celebration in Ottawa from the convenience of our TV. After the ceremony, after the tribute and speeches of the participants, after the parade, everyone offered their solemn prayers and red poppies to the UNKNOWN SOLDIER.  The lonesome unknown whoever he is, where he came from, what is his story? Nobody knows. He is the anonymous, the unknown but he is a HERO. 

I wonder how many UNKNOWN HEROES out there?

Life Is Short. Art Is Longer: MAYBE

 COLD at 3 degrees Celsius. It will be colder in the next days to come and maybe the snow drop or snow return to blanket the ground. Usually is during the winter months. At least it is no longer foggy. The ISS can choose to where the solar panels of light is focus on planet earth. It is said to believe that the North Pole is always daytime no night time because of the reflection of snow, the North Pole is always experiencing daylight and blinding bright.

I looked at the window upstairs facing the big old oak tree and someone already had cut the broken limbs or broken branches hanging from the parking area of that apartment closer to where we live. Good, I don't have to worry of any accident from happening in that place.

Know what? It was a marathon of Tom Cruise movies yesterday and today. Movies such as: Oblivion, War Of The Worlds, Jack Reacher, Minority report, etc. Did you ever noticed that Tom Cruise had so many movies and yet he hasn't receive any awards yet from Golden Globes, the Academy (OSCAR's) and other award giving body for best acting. I think action stars are not being dramatic enough or because ? Hmm, nvm. It's not for me to be suspicious of such award giving body that favors who they want to win because ...

Not with the GODFATHER's franchise. Violent movie and sequels garnered so much awards. What's the secret? Godfather dudes! Find your own fairy godfather or fairy godmother. lol.

Or maybe... some people would rather ask money for rewards not statues for awards.

Hey, you can ask that to those schools and universities whether the awardees (scholars and geniuses) would rather be awarded with $$$$$$ instead of certificates of highest honors. I think few of them would rather ask money in rewards in exchange especially if those geniuses are in poverty stricken situation, like they want to buy TWITTER or FACEBOOK for hefty sum of $55 BILLIONS. LOL. Or somebody would like to buy a STEALTH FIGHTER JET PLANES.  Somebody could receive the awards, somebody else take the money awards. Fair enough. 

The Royal Families do not take awards. They are "award giving body." There are powerful and influential families whose sons and daughters are geniuses but they don't take awards, never been given awards because they give awards such as the NOBEL PEACE PRIZE. Sure thing indeed after they profited from all those explosive dynamites ( (heh! infrastructures required explosions hopefully without casualty)). Yep! 18th Century story.  Some billionaires out there should follow the rule of giving but probably their definition of "giving" is meant for loopholes.

Do I really have to explain this situation? I don't have to. This is for the sake of humility. Ha ha!

Anyway, life is short and art is longer. ARTE!

Actually Not A Laughing Matter

 Last night was thinking of what to blog today and thinking about the fog which still covered the atmosphere until dawn. Then at about 6 AM today, this morning something miraculous happened. Wow! Sunrise!! The fog's gone. It's no longer sleepy hallow. I first thought Tom Welling had a second chance of FOG the movie or something like Smallville. Thank goodness.

NEWS ON TV:

Tons of snow had fallen in New York and other parts of the US.Sure as if that's something new? Did you know that it's already Winter? 

The new Premier of BC David Eby was interviewed by tv news host showing his modest home with two kids and his doctor wife. Looks like it was a representation of very frugal way of life. You guys should imitate their life as in "frugal modest way."

BC Premier David Eby was sworn in today as the 37th Premier of British Columbia, after former Premier John Horgan decided not to run for office. 

Federal benefit for kids 12 and under receive free dental care! Wow! Why not they also include the seniors, 50 + and above humans need free dental care too. Or at least ask dentists to lower their fees, make it affordable for low income families to have cheaper or less expensive dental care rather than having to seek dental care in third world countries. 

The current Prime Minister of Canada JUSTIN TRUDEAU attended the G20 Meeting/Conference and trade deals in Bali, Indonesia & in Thailand. President of China Xi was overheard confronting the Prime Minister and it was about "      " (Truth is do we have to care about the secrecy of what they are talking about when they have interpreters and the Media people are everywhere to cover the assembly of politicians/leaders in those venues?). Then those leaders were also asked about the missile attack that struck Poland and they don't know who did it whether Ukraine or Russia. Dudes, just check the brand of missiles or empty shells, usually brand name or maker of such missiles represent who and where and what missiles had hit the target. That's the real problem. So, just this is what clears the conflict as in wrong or error in trajectory that the ones who fired those missiles had problem with math, geometry, geography, physics and astronomy. They call such mistake as "friendly fire." That's total BS, right?

When asked how and why the atomic bomb hit certain specific area in the Pacific Ocean? You know the answer? JET STREAM.

Elon Musk in the news again. Hordes of Twitter employees moving out of that company not wanting to work for Elon. Hmm, with 44 BILLION DOLLARS the founders of Twitter can always build their own internet website platform. The more social media platforms in the internet the more competitive and the competition arises like to the extremes. Laid0ff people can find new workplaces to work without the need to feel threatened and bossed around.

By the way, Canadian ATP tennis player Felix Auger Aliassime had been defeated by Fritz yesterday's match and now the match between Medvedev vs Djokovic's playing for the semi-finals in NITTO Turin, Italy. Who wins today will play the finals of course.

Ballistic missiles fired by North Korea and what else is new? Did it enlightens your day today? The sun rises at daytime eh?

The missiles fired by Ukraine in Poland? Trajectory error. Or missiles fired by Russia landed in Poland and had two humans as casualties including a tractor that tumbled down the farm? And where is Superman? I hope he was able to lift the tractor. Weird news.

For those who are still having problems with pigeons flying around their homes and using their rooftops as "hangar" you'd better have a scarecrow on rooftops or have bigger birds (artificial ones) such as owls and eagles on top of your roof.

OMG! Please don't make me laugh.

Thursday Rants

 Third day of the foggy atmosphere at the island. Uhm, weird as it is never happened before as the fog only last sometimes for few hours but for 3 days? It's okay, have to remember it is almost winter and the mountains and hills mostly covered with snow. It is the effect of hot and cold temperature trying to fight whatever the atmospheric effect in is environment. Sometimes fog is caused by too much clouds in the sky and the sun seems never shines. In other countries with giant  wind turbines fog could be eliminated right away. Fog also appears in mountainous area or regions of the earth and sometimes when the area is closer to the coal mining sites. This situation makes people depressed and feeling the SAD = Seasonal Affective Disorder.That also adds paranoia. lol.  With the influenza becoming redundant as the health care worrying the surge about this is uncalled for? Dudes and dudettes, as if you don't have the power of control and persuasion. Common flu is common during this time of the year, as if you don't know. Where have you been? The reason for the pandemic is about PANIC. The panic and rumor mongering of flu as if it is a zombie apocalypse is what really happened. Panicky!!!!!!Mukha na kayong paniki.  Panic buying and looting. PANIC is the term that leads to all those breakouts and hoarding, lying, stampede and backstabbing.

Whatever it is... we have our electricity. Powers that be we can use of electricity for almost everything: cooking, baking, watching TV, using computer, housecleaning using vacuum machines, appliances (washer/dryer/dishwasher, fridge + +stove+ oven + microwave + coffeemaker) work and function because of electricity. Hmm... maybe we need an EV too. Ha ha! Our vehicle still is powered by gas. At least it takes only few minutes to fill up gasoline (full tank) to the vehicle unlike you have to charge EV for an hour on electric charger station.

I remember way back (1995) then when my firstborn had his electric/battery operated 4x4 toy truck at age 2 and we have to charge it at night, the whole night so that my baby can use it for a day's run. My son and his siblings always had the joy ride at the empty parking area, closely guarded by us his parents. Sometimes his Dad will take him to his office and that toy truck/jeep so that he can drive around the huge office they had with huge warehouse.  How it actually runs? It's the feeling of being inside the golf cart and you are driving it. I think have that photograph of such vehicle in my children's photo album.

Today is Thursday and everyday feels almost the same that adding more memories from the past make storytelling much better to bear, not so boring. Yup, feels like a movie...you breathe to know if you are alive!

Tonight is the continuation of the LAZARUS PROJECT tv series on Showcase, when and where everything is the same tragic situation all over again. If you can control or have the power to control what you don't like from the past or the future what will be your agenda?

 

Heavenly Power

 Today is Wednesday and once again, foggy atmosphere since this morning or probably since last night. Hey it was foggy yesterday...the whole day actually. The sun is covered with very thick clouds or maybe the earth doesn't rotate on its axis normally as it is before. Too heavy! Maybe if Artemis rocket will reach the moon then the artificial satellite ignites and there'll be light upon on this part of the planet. 

We are living in "the future" where solar panels are much needed. Artificial satellites that provide lights similar to the sun. ?

What the hell am talking about? I don't really know. Ha ha ha!

When the sun's light fades away then it becomes a star. The planet is getting farther and farther away from the system. Hmm, doesn't makes sense.

You wished the planet is flat like a square not a circle. It could be an oblong or oval shaped. Whatever.Who are we to judge what the shape and color of every planet? Who are we to decide the age, size, shape and who stays on planet Earth?

We, humans are transient. We live to propagate, multiple according to the Holy Bible, as the oldest document that we humans have to follow then for whatever reason that there are humans who are wisest, most intelligent and strongest than most and powerful and influential that also leads to following the rule of law by these people with so called "power."

No power and influence, nothing that you can do.

I'm grateful that my computer functions despite of its age and my blogging continues.

Existence

 What's the Tuesday's rants? Oh my, you know what? It's foggy this morning until this very moment at 9:39 AM. Fog spreads like a sleepy hallow atmosphere at the island. Usually is when the sun is blocked by thick clouds or something else maybe the ISS is getting bigger eh? lol.

There was a trending news about Canadian PM extending support to developing countries. Wow! 830 MILLION DOLLARS! My God! really? I first thought there are many problems in this country especially when it comes to Health Care and the Health Ministers are in dire need of help with the Health Care fund/budget.  I don't know which one to believe, what news, what channels. Maybe this is sort of fake news eh? Look, with all the billions of dollars used in the purchase of those vaccines and most of them were given to third world countries...do you think there are actually donations or debts incurred by other nations? Billions of dollars!! Given only for donation. So why Canada needs to be fixed? Totally insane. maybe that's cry for help from PM that in order for his promises not materialized you must voted him off. Eh?

It was year 1999, when I read this science magazine about the world will be full of crazy people as in people with mental disorders. Year 1999 started its millennium drama of the Y2K popularized by Microsoft that "the world will go back to the past." Hmm, is that Y2K means? It's a zipper! 

What it brought us has something to do with corporate management that will use computers as the valuable workers in the workforce and laying off people from back-breaking work of  100 employees will be taken over by one or two corporate computer wizards doing the work. The rest of the workers will just standby and do nothing but work without pay. ? Crazy right? That's the start. Depression happened when too many millions of people are out of work. War happened. Televised war, documented war in Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan. Turned out to be "hoard news of the Desert Storm." Pulp mills, saw mills closed down. Laid off workers, economic downturns. Rich people, wealthy people going broke, filing bankruptcy. It was the rise of those humans who are into Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo, Google and Facebook leading the world. They became filthy rich.  they are richer than the Presidents, Prime Ministers. Here's the fact with Apple's Steve Jobs. Hmm..nvm. You probably knew what happened to him eh? With the humans living the dream of conglomerate richness of using the most modern technology had its worst enemy. You should equip your body and mind with extra human vital organs. Be prepared to have a laboratory with excess vital organs for transplant (head to toes, heart, lungs, liver, kidney etc.). That's it. Oh, include blood. Blood is very important.

You may have all the wealth in this world but make sure you should also have that laboratory for spare parts for human body & mind  to exist.

To exist is divine.

 

Monday's Rant

 My sewing project continues and had just finished two purple colored lace fabric turning into party tops (blouse) for me and my daughter's. Yeah, with all the bundles of fabric I don't mind getting busy for the rest of the week. While I was sewing those trendy clothes my eyes and ears are also focused on TV screen watching old movies, such as THE GODFATHER and few of its sequels. The Corleone family and clan and how Italian mafia came into existence. Then the TWD or THE WALKING DEAD had its second to the last episodes. You want to know the story? Do you want me to spoil last night's story/episode? 

TWD: The whole original cast of TWD gathered at the compound of the Commonwealth under Pamela's rule and law, to seek shelter however, group of zombies already got in to the compound and some of them can climb the walls, posts and gates. This group of zombies are different from other zombies. Daryl carried Judith to safety after she was shot unconsciously, actually their group was confused where to hide and seek shelter because everywhere they turned to the zombies are everywhere. Cassidy (Alpha's daughter and her team of survivors were able to climb up the running locomotive and was extending her hand to Elijah to safety however, one zombie had smacked her hand, bit her hand and it takes few minutes to cut her hand in order for the zombie rabies not to spread. The Commonwealth people were trapped by thousands of zombies and Pamela's order of strategy is somewhat not tactical and not even practical. TO BE CONTINUED next Sunday.

INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE. Louis and his vampire niece spread darkness by causing massive death as manslaughter, murdering so many innocent beings including  their own benefactor Lestat - the original vampire/dracula. So much bloody encounters.

Monday today and the Earth rotates on its axis and  revolves around the sun. Yeah,nothing has changed. ? We are still human beings, not aliens. The viruses and bacteria are still the same creepy micro-organisms. However, it is your metabolism and how you abused your mind and body that lead to your ailments. How that happened? The bacteria and viruses never really changed. They have the same structure since they created their own existence. Their strength is based on how weak is your immune system. 

COVID is no longer a strange, scary pandemic. What is scary now are the scammers and fraudsters. So caution. Be very aware. BE SAFE. STAY SAFE.

Sunday

 I hardly able to wake up early this morning because of backache. I tried to do my sewing project yesterday afternoon and finished sewing at least 1 lacey blouse, 1 square pants (pair of cullottes), 1 scarf, and was about to start a pair of pjs but told myself there's another day. Today is another day and I have some other house-works to do.

This morning my hubby was in search for that NITTO ATP Finals (Torino, Italy) It's not on TSN or any Channel on TV. Hmm, wonder why. Sports Channels are busy on Formula 1 Race in  Brazil + Football Games. Mostly football games on tv channels.

The NITTO ATP Finals are for the Top 8 Tennis Players Only. Those who are in the Ranks of Top 9 to 20 are not even included in the tournament. So that also limit the people (audience/fans who are to watch the event). The Top 8 players were all been defeated by Rolex Masters Tennis Champ HOLGER RUNE from Denmark. Holger Rune who is a look-alike of Ivar the Boneless of famous/popular tv series THE VIKING's. Kamukha lang.

 

Last night, happened to watch the old movie DARK KNIGHT (9pm -12 mn). This is my first time to see this movie of Heath Ledger (R.I.P.) He doesn't really looked like Heath because of the amount of make-up on his face portraying the part/role of the Joker. How a younger handsome faced guy would accept that kind of role for a movie? Very challenging and did he receive an award for that? Anyway, Christian Bale's the batman in this movie. His first movie that I could remember was "Empire of the Sun" where he portrayed of an "orphan" actually incidentally left behind by his politician's parents during the war. As a young boy he was very talented young actor and perfectly delivered the part. The movie was very long that I told myself better to watch the next 30 minutes later from recording.

You know that in movies, men also are full of make -up. I noticed that Vin Zhang (Zhang Bin Bin - China's action star for the movies/tvseries: Chronicle of Life, Love is Fate and Never let You Go) also wears make-up and lipstick. So it's not a gay thing anymore. Even macho and masculine actors have to wear make-up for the sake of art.

Today is Sunday and what could be the best television shows and series to watch? 

First of course not to forget the last two episodes for the grand finale of THE WALKING DEAD. Only 2 episodes left. THE RESORT? Is the last episode for the season over last Sunday? We'll find that out later. Next VAMPIRE ACADEMY. 

I'd like to watch that HOUSE OF DRAGON but we don't have Netflix. lol

Maybe have to proceed and continue my sewing project once again.

 So many millions of people are worried and concern about the on-going election in the U.S. Who wont be? Americans are not the only people worrying about it, Canadians and many people connected with the people in America. Everyone would like to change the current political and soci-economic situation after the pandemic of COVID-19 and to tell you frankly there is no pandemic that is over 2 years. It is actually a war shroud in mystery. Just like the great Holocaust that led to World War II.

The result of the American election determines everyone's future. Your future in America, Canada, Europe and Asia. I hope you voted with a natural leader who knew knowledge about the past, present and what the future holds for them. That leader should be a great visionary, devoted, with enough vast wealth to help mankind. Someone who can rule the country towards peace and progress, with mental acuity, intelligence, compassion and kindness. A leader with true integrity, knows about economics more than politics. 

Health is wealth. You are wealthy if you are healthy. If you are not in good health as a leader you only keep others in a very depressed mode. It could weaken everyone to depression. It could lead to downfall of the whole core. Let us be honest with ourselves and let them count for integrity and honesty when it comes to political office. Anybody exploiting the rule of law for their self-vested interest should not run for office or just quit. You owed an apology to all those whom you fooled, lied about your health and in all fairness to the voters who will choose a leader there must be true check and balance. There must be age limit, health check requirement (must be mentally and physically fit) to whoever should work in Congress, House of Representatives or any seat of power otherwise the rule of law once again is corrupted. There is no such thing as somebody working for office aged 80 + and above unless of course if they owned the White House or the Congress. ??  It's the people, for the people, by the people who owned the GOVERNMENT. No one is above the law. We have to respect the elders but if the elders are showing signs of alzheimer's and dementia...  ?
