FYI

In the Philippines, the parents worked so hard to give their kids a better future. They made sure that their kids studied and finished their education. That when they are finished and graduated  graduated from University they can find better employment. It is up for their kids to help their parents or be of help when the right time comes. It is not a duty or obligation but a sign of respect and gratitude although it is not a life long service especially if you have nothing. In the Philippines, nobody accept age 16 or age 18 for work and employers do not accept without College or University Education. They always asked for certification. Sometimes, finding work is hard and complicated that "special connection is required." Well employers always asked for references anyway.

In Canada, the children or kids can study up to the Senior High and if they want to work at age 16 or age 18 it is up to them. Because at age 18 in High School they are required to do volunteer work or work with pay as part of the academia. Now if those kids found that working with pay is great then they continue to work. That happened most of the time. Sometimes, they love working not thinking of going to College & University because they are already working at age 18 and making money. Now the ambition gets higher and they think of College and University Education. There is no age limit in educating yourself in Canada. You can go to College even if you are age 60 or 80.

People who started working at age 16 have more job experience. Let's take for example my husband who started working at age 16 in his father's business in the logging camp. Then he went to College in BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) with the Course in Forestry:  Pulp & Paper Products which was very in demand in those years. The Pulp Mill was such a great industry for British Columbia, for the whole Canada. He worked for the Pulp Mill in Prince Rupert as Supervisor then worked as Manager in Stevedoring Company that load shiploads of pulp, lumber (logs), grains: wheat, barley and crops for shipping. My husband had loads of work experience in his resume'.

However, what happened from 1995 to Year 2000? The politics getting wild and crazy... the world was changing at faster rate by the minute, HIGH TECHNOLOGY, the boom of COMPUTERS had reached the so called generation X (?) or the Millennials and the PULP MILLS< SAW MILLS including the MINING Industry had SHUTDOWN and millions of Canadians were deeply affected. How many hundred thousands of families were ruined? How many lost their jobs? How many couples had divorced and turned their families  into dysfunctional? How many houses were sold due to foreclosures by banks? The boom of Computers had too many working in a white collar jobs without pay. Looked so promising. They looked like they are working in Technology and then so many of those software engineers had catapulted into millionaires and billionaires its because some of their workers worked without pay. The prestige, the honor that kind of feeling being in a concrete jungle of working in front of computers!! Who are really benefited? The Electric Company, the Computer Industry, the Software and Electronics Company, the Cellphone makers. Do you really need cellphones? Do you think the kids need cellphones?

Now what? LOVE THE WORK YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW.

The world is full of trickery, deceptions and deceivers. Remember DESIDERATA. With the TRUMP TARIFF THREAT the world of work will change from good to worse. It will create chaos. It would be TRADE WARS. It would be heartbreaking for most families who will lose their jobs and will eventually greatly affected every family here in Canada. It will be devastating and horrible. But wait... how are we to change the pattern of wrong to being right? Not all people are evil. Not all people are capable of wrongdoing. Not all people are crazy and insane! There must be people out there who are capable of DOING IT RIGHT. The COURT OF APPEALS found that TRUMP had violated the Constitution and imposing humongous exorbitant tariffs is ILLEGAL, UNLAWFUL  & EVIL. Darn , how come you are too slow to state the error? It is common sense when something is WRONG IT IS BAD! When its bad it is WRONG. For God sake!! Where are your brains?

Here it is folks... you don't need to have an education TO HAVE CONSCIENCE!

And according to the famous actor MIKE MYERS :

"CANADA IS NOT FOR SALE! ELBOWS UP!!!!"

Lastly...  CANADA DO NOT BE AFRAID.

ARTWORKS : More artworks

I was surprised when Joan (Jo) asked me what's the latest news about Trump. I can't help chuckled. This reminds me of my teacher in HS, Mr. David. I don't know for whatever reason every time he came to our IV-1 Class room , with his thunderous voice, " Verdad!))) Where's Verdad? (Me? Trying to hide from behind my seat because every time, every morning he usually asked me about the latest news. He thought I'm a walking newspaper!!

Hey, Congratulations Jo for winning in the Dragon Boat Race Tournament in Quebec!! Yey! πŸ™ŒπŸ’“Her daughter also won in the Dragon Boat Championship in Vancouver months ago. CONGRATS TO BOTH OF YOU!! Well deserved! Canada's Dragon Boat Team Paddlers also won so many medals and awards in Germany. I wished Dragon Boat Race will be included in the next Summer Olympic Games.

By the way, had finished more artworks yesterday. I have to take photos of them and will post them here. The long wait happened because I have something important to do. Darn it. Yeah peeps, have to give Echo a warm bath in the tub. I almost broke my hip and back. Echo is such a big dog now and heavy that's why. My husband had given Raven a bath too, two days ago.

Our TV is so noisy today because my husband is watching that Rugby : Fiji vs Scotland. Scotland (17) is winning & Fiji (10) as of now. Have you seen the New Zealand Team (Maoris) cheer leading squad? I mean their rugby team know the world over for their "haka" a pre game ritual to play-mock the opponents.OMG! They are so loud but that makes rugby so exciting and fun. It's more like a celebratory game.

So here are my new artworks.

In a hammock in a slumber... whatever it is ...like reading books and fall asleep. Then realized have to cook. I'm the chef today and tomorrow. Husband had cooked chicken/pork curry + rice yesterday's dinner. I should have a recipe book because what we are cooking are just repetition, almost same viands most of the time.

What about just a cup of chicken noodles soup with boiled eggs and peas for lunch for a change ( we still have left over food from last night)  Something so simple. I don't want a big lunch today.

Then for dinner? Everybody would like cheeseburger/mushrooms/tomatoes & fries.

Dragons? More dragons...

Bravehearts! May the force be with you all.

SUM OF ALL FEARS

Did you notice in the BLOGWORLD that so many of the authors or writers would rather reveal their identity instead of being anonymous?

GREAT! So good to get to know you! Why hide? I think you can better protect your BLOGS by not being anonymous. Look at FACEBOOK idea of getting to know one by one by posting TRUE REAL NAMES. Where they graduated from Schools & University and where they work. Well with the usual question of WHAT'S IN YOUR MIND.

Did you know that MARK ZUCKERBERG is a BS PSYCHOLOGY graduate? To graduate in Psychology you are to provide research works and thesis.

When my friend Josie was about to graduate in Psychology ( I was to graduate in AB Eco, and also doing my thesis) she asked me to accompanied her to a "rehab facility" somewhere in a secluded place in Philippines. where those particular patients are rehabilitated, she conducted a question and answer documents for the patients to answer while I walked around the secured facility, high walls where patients would have problems to escape. Anyway, we've been there for almost a day until everything is finished. At least we did not visit the Mental Hospital. I don't know if I will go with her if she ever wants to see the Mental Hospital in Mandaluyong. lol. I mean, if you are an FBI like Clarice trying to interview Hannibal Lecter... that would be gross.

But you know what? When you are young, before age 18 to 25, before age 30 your mind thinking is more stronger, as if you have the strength of a Gladiator. You don't fear anything. You have the courage of an invincible and the conquistador. YOU TEND TO HAVE NO FEAR! It is more like an adventure.

Then those fears get stronger if you have a family and more when you have children of your own. SUM OF ALL FEARS? Look at what happened to those kids in the Minneapolis. Is that a factual story? Is that a true life story? Is that just fabricated or connect the link story? Kids don't lie. ? The story was narrated by kids who witnessed the tragic event. ?  Gunshots heard (thought it was fireworks)  and they ducked for cover. What happened when you close your eyes in 5 minutes? You missed the "real situation." A lot of things can happen in 5 minutes. Who the assailant? Did you notice that every murder rampage happening in the US, the suspect had its final goodbye with suicide. How and why the murderer had done such horrendous terrible massacre in the church and in school? Can you ask the dead suspect? Nope. The dead cannot answer any question.

There you have it folks. Why kids here in Canada were always taught in schools not to trust strangers. Do not trust anybody that sometimes installed in their young hearts and minds to have fears. That so many of them would rather stay at home, secured and safe in their own HOMES.

If my parents had told me to have so much fears about strangers and not to trust anybody... there is that possibility that I would just stay at home 24 hours a day, wont go to school, college or I wont work and wont go abroad because there is that humongous FEARS that we should avoid once and for all.

IT TAKES COURAGE TO CONQUER FEARS & PHOBIAS.  Have you read Sigmund Freud's book about GROWTH?  Why teachers in Canada usually asked student's strength and weaknesses.

What's your strength?

Why are they always OBSERVING STUDENTS when they should just TEACH?

Ask that to yourself.

Know what they are not VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED.

THURSDAY RANTS

It was such a very busy day in Willow Point don't know why. There was a traffic jam wondering what's the occasion or is there an on-going highway constructions? Maybe. Then I realized its gonna be a long weekend (Labor day on Monday) so families have enough time to keep their kids happy with whatever outings or holidays they are up to.

We had pork loin roast yesterday with mustard + steamed rice + scalloped potatoes+ corn on the cob. So we had lumpia for lunch with chili sauce and tonight we'll have panfried tilapia + rice + veggies (stir-fry ground pork/shrimps with zucchini, carrots, onions, mushrooms).

Wrapped 100 pcs of lumpia for storage in the freezer.

Why we always have fish? Fish is actually a healthy diet for everybody. Meat is fattening you know. There's more cholesterol in meat: pork, beef, chicken.

Don't you like going to the wet market? There is no wet market here in the city where I live. All the fish are frozen and sold in supermarket. In the wet market you can touch those variety of fish. You can see and touch the gills and stare at those fish eyes if they are fresh or not. You can smell those fishes too. In the Philippines there are so much species of fish such as: milkfish, tuna, ling cod, rock cod, red snapper, kingfisher, pompano, bass, herring, anchovies, biya, sapsap, halibut, trout, mackerel, too many to mention. Its like we eat fish more than we eat  meat in Philippines. Protein rich fish actually + omega oil. Fishes usually give omega +.

For whatever reason my husband loves tilapia more than the salmon. lol. So be it. It's fine with me and tilapia is too easy to cook because they were already cleaned and fillet we just have to thaw them and dip them one by one on beaten eggs then sprinkle with breadcrumbs with salt/ground pepper and fry on hot boiling canola oil. Yum!

We're back to babysitting Echo & Raven. Mia has returned to UBC, Duane's back to work and by the way, thanks for a bag of fresh plums and pears.

My bougainvillea bloomed on 8 different branches, however the color of the flowers is plain pink don't know why. It could be the air, the soil and because we never take the big pot outside the yard. Its okay, Autumn 's soon  approaching as early as much anticipated.

SPHERE

I was thinking about this for such a very long time, actually since when I was in Grade Six. Just like you wonder if the Earth was really round (Sphere) or just Flat.

Okay I was in my Science Class with Miss Carolino, our Science teacher. She's a very smart teacher. She saw me looking up the ceiling and why I cannot stop my eyes from looking at those special extraordinaire balls made to appear like the nine planets in the Solar system. Miss Carolino's science classroom is like that of Astronomy setting with thousands of stars and the hanging balls with strings made like it's the Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus, Pluto then the SUN at the center of the Solar System. It's spectacularly amazingly beautiful with all their colors. The air sometimes blew each ball to move or circulate (planet) that made me think and wonder how those "planets" can stay in the orbit even if they move 24 hours per day. Planets rotate in its orbit and have revolution around the sun. How could that happen eh? It's almost like magic or just plain technical and mechanical. Why planets never ever get tired? Why it is in motion for the rest of our lives and if ever we all die why still planets continue to have its rotation and revolution? Why we never have a fall from Earth down to the abyss of unknown?

Well, of course we studied the LAWS OF GRAVITY & THE LAW OF PHYSICS. We studied motion and all the mechanical and technicality of almost everything. We gained knowledge and we gained and earned experiences. We usually gained knowledge and experiences from the past and from people who are the experts and older from us from home, schools, from books,  and from the workplace. There is nobody in this world who was born full of knowledge.

If all the planets are Flat, do you think there is a rotation in 24 hours? Or there is revolution around the sun in 365 days? It is more like mathematical. If the world or Earth is Flat then the calculation of rotation and revolution would be different and imperfect.Think of the calendar and how the moons take it shape from full moon, half moon, crescent, quarter moon in certain particular day. This is how and why I think GOD IS GREAT!! Everything that he made, created and think is perfect and up to perfection. If the Earth is Flat, there will be uncontrollable floods.

Think of how the ISS or International Space Station is built in space. The ISS is made of metals connecting tubular metals and hard plastics. It floats there in space for eternity. Why it stays in space for as long as takes without falling? There must be water surrounding deep space. Could it be that every planet in the Solar System is surrounded by special kind of fluids or water that could make planets float? GRAVITY is like the invisible hands of God, don't you think so?

SUM IT UP: EARTH IS A SPHERE so that you'll have Atmosphere (Air) to breathe life. It has Geosphere (Land), Biosphere (Life), Hydrosphere (Water).

You know the weight of the EARTH? According to old Encyclopedia, the weight of the Earth is in SIXTILLION. I don't know now. With the billions of people and billions of animals? With all the buildings and houses? With the tons and volumes of garbage? The Earth weighs more than sixtillion.

I LOVE SCIENCE. You as a Human  being should love Science. Science is a fundamental law of life. Religion without Science is blind.

Well, wont lose my sleep on this wanting to know if the Earth is Flat or Round. I hope God will reveal the answer to me in my dreams.

Few more days before BACK TO SCHOOL that every family wants to use time wisely for their own kids to enjoy FUN IN THE SUN, fun at the beach, lakes and river. Summer vacation will soon be over!

HAVE FUN & GOOD LUCK!

FAT TUESDAY AGAIN?

I was having my D at CDF when my sister Emmy and her hubby Romy, then Cathie my niece and her hubby Rob came to visit. Surprise! They brought a medium sized fresh salmon. They went fishing at the river, they probably caught such a plenty to give us one salmon. lol. Great! For a change, we'll have salmon instead of tilapia, milkfish and pompano fish. They came all the way from Edmonton, Alberta traveling by car. Rob is a Canadian soldier (Canadian Armed Forces) and thinking of retirement. Hmm, too young to retire.

I asked my husband how he's gonna cook the salmon. He told me that he wont cook the whole fish. Darn! Ok, ok... so lunch for today would be: steamed rice + pork stickers + egg noodles with gaylan, onions and tomatoes sauteed in oyster's sauce.

Dinner will be steamed rice + pork chops/onions. The salmon could wait maybe days because my husband Lorne stored the salmon inside the freezer.

A friend of mine, Loretta finally was able to recuperate after a life-threatening procedure of having a pacemaker! OMG! Her story made me nervous. I wont divulge the whole story here.

Opsi, do I have to post their real names here?

I happened to read a very long article about JFK Family & Clan. Very long story of how their clan became famous and how the tragic death of JFK, RFK, JFK Jr had brought their clan together but the tragedy also brought them into many scandals, curses, addiction stories of few members of the clan, no holds barred as there is no secret with their clan, no hidden names, they blurt every names of every member with much ease no hiding names they say it as it is. They are the families and clan with "wide open history for public viewing and scrutiny."

What now? Have you read the SECRET OF SECRETS by DAN BROWN?

I don't know who the true real characters of Dan Brown's in his novels: DA VINCI CODE + ANGELS & DEMONS + THE LOST SYMBOL. Usually the lead character is Robert Langdon who is a symbologist and professor at Harvard University. He is a code cracker, religious maybe or just that his curiosity had led him to unravel mysteries of the Secret Society. Maybe Robert Langdon is actually Dan Brown.

Well, do you think I'm also a code cracker? πŸ‘ΌπŸ˜€

THE WORLD OF WORK. THE WORLD OF BLOGGING

Early morning, pet Echo was able to visit us for a while only because Mia will be looking after them (Echo & Raven) for a week before she goes back to resume studying in UBC (University of British Columbia). Mia is the smart daughter of Duane, has the ambition to become an educator (teacher). Great for her. I like people with ambition, with the aim in life... for the future.

I'm glad my son Ty is already a Grad at SFU (Simon Fraser University). I love people with high ambition, with the great aim and purpose in life. People who are worthy and useful. The world need smart and useful people.

Are you being useful? Or are you the one who keep using people? To tell you the truth it is the RICH & FAMOUS who are using multitudes of people for FREE.  Think about that.

Did you know too many here in the blogworld were retired teachers? It seems that they continue education here through the net. It's like everyday is going back to school, making lesson plans for the kids. There is always a subject to study, for scrutiny, to be analyzed and peruse.

I was a student-teacher when I was in Primary School and when I was in High School. Then in College had to do research works for oral reports. Be the teacher for that particular day. Too many research works and oral report with visual aids in Economics (Marketing, Statistics, Finance). I know how teachers work. I learned to make my own lesson plan for students to learn on daily basis. What makes it enjoyable to study and what not and what is so boring. Of course a subject should be interesting for both teacher and students, something that trigger debate.

Being a blogwriter is almost the work of educators or teacher. Every blog post is a "lesson  plan" for the day. In other blogs, the writer offers space for their friends to comment. There is that inter- action (interaction) from writer to friends/visitors to talk about what is being discussed. The platform is more like a class room. Not in my blog. Blog comment is off. LOL. Sorry about that. I know for sure that my friends & relatives are reading my blogs. If they have a say or comment they will let me know.

Recently my blogs are becoming political. I posted before that I wont get too political in my blogs but sometimes it calls for attention and I cannot help it. When I see, watched and read something that is wrong and not fair can't help to be opinionated. Are you just like me? I always want to make things right. I think every human has the right to do something good so that that one human being or demon-like creature be punished for everything that is so damned wrong. You cannot live in a society that reward wrongdoings. How can you? That is not what God likes and the faith that you were born with. Look at what's happening in the US. It's horrible! Who would have thought that the Americans would be terrorized by their own elected officials. Worse of all what's happening in their own land is more like PURGE the movie and its becoming like a reality. While here in Canada, more wildfires, wildfires here and there and everywhere as if there is a Sodom & Gomorrah happening everyday. What the hell...

Have you seen those mature angels yet in your surroundings? LOL.

Lunch: Chicken/egg noodles soup with mushrooms and carrots

Dinner: Salisbury steak + rice + steamed broccoli

Dessert: Blueberry/carrot/zucchini muffins + vanilla chocolate bars

DAYS I CANNOT BEND MY KNEE

It was Thursday morning when all of a sudden my right leg bothered me. My right knee was in pain especially when I moved it abruptly. Whenever I bend it I can't help screamed in pain. This is the first time it happened to me and I thought I had osteoarthritis. I can walk there's no problem but I was limping. It's okay when my leg is just in straight position and if I don't move or touch my right knee. I was able to get out of the house on Friday but walking awkwardly and I cannot bend my leg.

Thinking of many reasons and cause of how and why my knee suddenly was so sore, in too much pain. Why? Did I eat something that caused it? I did not suffer any fall or had an accident. I took one Tylenol capsule. I fell asleep for an hour. After an hour search through the internet of what to do. I tried the leg exercises and hot water therapy. Saturday, I was doing leg exercises. Every hour have to do those required leg exercises and showered in hot water. Now, this morning the pain is almost gone!! Yey! My leg and knee are back to normal. MIRACLE!!!! Thank God!!

Maybe my knee joint was just dislocated or something. Thank goodness I'm good now.

Today is Sunday, cooler breeze early morning. Cooler breeze at 20 Celsius. Wow! How that happened? Looks like it will be a sunny weather today. But you know how unpredictable weather is just like how winds help in the spreading of  raging wildfires.

Watched early morning news: Canada's PM was invited by Pres. Zelenskyy of Ukraine on their 34th Independence from Soviet Union (1991) (Chernobyl Nuclear disaster in 1986, 39 years ago).

Well, it's nice to know that Pres. Zelenskyy is wearing a traditional embroidered polo shirt for a change. (almost like the Philippine's Barong Tagalog). Looks like portraying a better future for Ukraine.

Canada has at least 3.5% of Ukrainian descent or of Ukrainian ethnic backgrounds meaning there are at least 3,500,000 Ukrainian-Canadians here in Canada. I remember when my family traveled from Prince Rupert to Campbell River to visit my in-laws, there was a department store at Shopper's Row wherein Field's the retail store was selling mostly Ukrainian products. I bought at least 3 blouses with embroidery on its necklines. I didn't realize they were of Ukrainian's ethnic logo or identity because I also remember that I asked my sister to embroider my V shaped blouse with flowers and butterflies way back in 1982 because I like wearing those kind of blouse with beautiful embroideries. Then one of my classmates in University (FEU) asked me, "Where you from Verna?" Huh, I was stunned. I told her I live in Fort Bonifacio. Then she asked me again, "Are the people there wear the same kind of clothing?"  Wtf?! I almost asked her, why can't you speak Tagalog? We are in the Philippines, duh! I'm a Filipina, who are you?  You keep talking to me in English. Akala niya taga ibang bansa ako. Akala nya the way I dressed I am not a Filipina. By the way, the University where I graduated had too many foreign students: Americans, Canadians, Chinese, East Indians, few Japanese and Koreans and few Iranians - mostly enrolled in BS Medicine. Iranians wanting to be doctors! Far Easter University is the best University if you want to enroll in Medicine and Engineering. Of course Economics is also the best of the best. The former Pres. Corazon Aquino was also a grad. of Economics in that University. There were two VIP graduates of Harvard University who were my professors in Psychology & in English (Literature & Technical Writing). Do I still remember their names? Ha ha ha! πŸ˜„πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡I should... you know they always called me for recitation and oral report. Classmates told me that it was easy for our professors to remember my family name that's why.

At one time, my subject in University -  Pilipino professor (Mr. A.V.I.) asked me, "Are you the TRUTH and nothing but the Truth so help me God?" The whole class laughed. When did my family name become a laughing matter? The next day, Prof. A.V.I.'s nephew handsome guy, mestizo, met me and introduced himself as Theophilus San Pedro. He told me, "Verna, know what? "My uncle "was once a priest" that's why." And I can't help laughed. LOL.

Note: If you are not a Filipino, you wont find that funny. If you are not religious you wont find that funny either. But you know what? My professor was a highly intelligent human being, honest and kind, humble with great sense of humor and had a Doctorate in Philosophy (Doctor of Philosophy). He should have been an Archbishop if he didn't leave priesthood.

So many memories, so many long stories.

Once again my flashbacks coming out of ying- yang.

HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!πŸ™

Dinner: Broiled/baked chicken drumsticks + steamed jazmine rice + omelette with mushrooms and zucchini + Panfried milkfish (marinated in vinegar/spices) and smoked milkfish

Saturday Once Again

Sometimes love being in a hammock swinging until I fell asleep. Or being in a hammock while reading my favorite novels. Would you like an early AUTUMN? The spectacular colors of the foliage and leaves falling on the ground because of the cold wind kissing your warm skin.

Daydreaming on early Saturday morning. We have Raven to look after and knowing her she likes the convenient of the soft lawn grass when she stumbles and frolic, run-around, she plays alone this time because Echo and Zoey (Siberian husky) still sleeping in their respective homes. Sometimes to catch this tiny cutie-pie you have to have to trap her with a blanket using it like a net. lol. I know that's funny. Raven runs in a speed of a squirrel.

I created a small piece of shirt for Raven so that we can see her better. She's very tiny but cuddly. Her stuffed toys are bigger than her. She likes looking for sticks on the ground something to nibble on, she thinks she's a panda!

I have to think of what to cook for lunch, no left over, darn it. For a mother like me, planning meals for lunch and dinner is the hardest part because you don't want repetition and you want the whole family to appreciate the foods being cooked everyday are up to perfection.

Maybe menudo for lunch and pork barbecue for dinner. Both meals need to be served with hot steamed rice. For veggies? Chopsuey would be the best option.

Bye for now and have a happy weekend. CIAO.

NAG

Dictionary
Definitions from Oxford LanguagesLearn more
nag1
/naΙ‘/
verb
annoy or irritate (a person) with persistent fault-finding or continuous urging.

Let us have this word NAG. I think this is very appropriate in this time and age.
Do you know of anybody who is a nagger?

I heard this word NAG or NAGGER on soap drama series wherein the unhappy woman keeps on nagging about her husband on almost anything such as financial, unhappy home, unhappy marriage and unhappy dysfunctional family life. Nothing is right with what her husband is doing to make her happy. The wife or the woman is not perfect. She's not that smart, not beautiful and that maybe the reason why the constant nagging. SHE'S IMPERFECT and she knows it.

How about in friendship. Is there a friend of yours who is such an annoying nag?
Do you know how to stop such persistent fault-finding and irritating nag from obscure malingering nagger? It's almost like BULLYING.

I know of this kind of rampant nagging which I think have to categorize as BULLYING.

Or we could have it called as OVER ACTING.  O.A.
"Over Acting" sometimes is deliberate acting of the nagger when she thinks that she can manipulate people around her. Sick!

I think when that human starts to do it everyday and constantly she needs a therapy or have a consultation with a psychiatrist  perhaps that could help her. Because there is no reason why such a human being exist to justify her wrongdoings almost like criminal or PSYCHOTIC.

I had read one blog about this constant nag of an elderly woman towards the blog writer Doug. I don't know what he did to stop the aggression but his friends are standing by his side. Good. You cannot reward nagging as good because it's almost like a torture. It's verbal assault. It is a verbal abuse!!

LET IT BE KNOWN

I had a visit and read another blog writer in the  internet. She lives in Hawaii and had traveled to Japan and had visited shrines and temples and found a shrine devoted to those young men who had performed Hara Kiri. I think the way of the "hara kiri" was performed by members of the Samurai as they did it in order to atone their lost or failure to win the war. For whatever deepest reason to perform such horrible way of suicide is unfortunately an abomination actually in modern times and Japanese families do not want their young ones to follow such wrong ideology.

I think the best way to have your lives be worthy is just to remain fighting until you die. Better that way, BE A HERO rather than cowardly kill yourself.

So that shrine now was now been vandalized by erecting a fascist image and had degraded their cause. In Modern Japan, such hara kiri is no longer their way of life. Japanese had been modernized, highly educated and can face atrocities as they were peaceful loving people showing more respect and dignity to whoever need them. Japan is the most visited country in the world. Tourism is now their number one economy booster.

See  time changes everything. Education also breeds familiarity that could change your old fashioned nonsense. Hope those warring countries will soon come to senses. All what they need are mass of  their own people to rally and protest for PEACE. Peace wont come from other people to do it for them. Each country has millions of people, their own population who should demand PEACE. I don't know why those millions of people from those countries at war do not demand peace instead of war. Can you fathom that? It is mind boggling. Then a stup. ass  told you to mind your own business. Right! You people, you countries at war should not include other countries with your war! That's how we mind our own. DO YOUR WAR BUSINESS WITH YOUR LARGE EGOS & DO NOT ASK HELP FROM OTHER COUNTRIES & OTHER PEOPLE!

LET IT BE KNOWN:

I don't think it is wise to sacrifice Canadian soldiers and American soldiers in those stupid wars. They must solve their own problems. Their criminal acts should be their WAR CRIMES and it is not the crime of Canada & USA.

SPECIAL KIND OF GORGE

Have you seen the movie THE GORGE yet? It is one of the thrillers that will keep you at the edge of your seat. Action packed. Mystery, horror, suspense. This movie is highly recommended.

Well if I will have an imagination of a gorge better be a very "useful one."

My kind of gorge would have all the tactical to practical supply of weapons, supply of food and water and fuel. It has helicopter pad. It must have runway for plane. It has the ROVER, Army Jeep, must have motorboats, all kinds of vehicles and motorbikes. It has radar and modern electronics, computers and AI, drones and high security fence all over the place.

The getaway? LOL. OMG just kidding. I'd better write a novel about it.

How to escape boredom? I know so many of you are so bored about everything. You live to know if you are alive.

Is that how you feel?

Too many had already tried the MAID as an escape to another life. I hope you think twice about it because that's not an escape. Please be brave enough not to commit suicide. To die when it is not your time and decide to die according to your own mind thinking is insanity and following the rule and law of Dr. Kavorkian way of dying is a great sin. BE USEFUL. Use your life to something worthy and not waste it by committing suicide. You are more than a burden to the family and friends  if you find yourself in a "woke!" You made them feel guilty of your own cowardice.

When it's your turn IT WILL BE YOUR TURN. You don't have to kill yourself to get away. That is not the answer. BE BRAVE.

I don't need to be religious and preach you of what is best to do but THINK TWICE. THINK WISE. Don't be an ass!

BIG FISH FOR DINNER?

There are so many multitude of stories to tell and time and space is just the essence of what life is all about in different perspective. It is true that you can tell more stories from going out, traveling to many countries in the world. True, so true but are they really good? When you can have so many stories while working in different companies and working with different kind of people from all walks of life?

Rather, how about living in one house to another in different parts of the city? How many neighbors, how many people in such community from one another or working in a hub or working inside a covered mall where multitudes of people come and go. How about working in a University with tens of thousands students or working inside the airport where people also come and go. Well you probably haven't work inside the military camp, how about in hospitals and clinics? In a workplace where there are hundreds to thousands of characters there are gazillion of stories that might fill up journals and books.

The study of human behaviour and mental capacity is about PSYCHOLOGY. The study of human consciousness and the unconscious through paranormal is not only Psychology but another field of SCIENCE. The skills you are trained with through the years added so many burgeoning life skills and will of course educate and trained you more to the next depth of learning from expected to the unexpected.

TODAY, The white House will have to welcome the delegation of Zelesnky together with European leaders after the POTUS had met Pres. Putin of Russia. Zelensky & European leaders Vs.  Putin-Trump in the meeting TO END THE WAR. ? Do they have to end the war after 3 YEARS?

THEY HAVE TO or they will end up in HISTORY as crazy people!!

Maybe it's about time. Why not? What do they gain from crazy war? WAR should be two warring countries without help from other countries. You know it so damned crazy to include other countries from all your giant egos.  That should be the proper way to deal with or duel  between two hardened war freak  leaders. Giving weapons of wars to a country without weapons (?) in billions of dollars when they could build instead of destroy. How weapons are passed through hands of another humans. But you know... war sometimes in disguise. It might be a story of how to accumulate weapons of destruction for storage. Keeping weapons for future use.  They have to demolished and rebuild? Somehow would be difficult when the land is occupied. When WAR broke, people fled and became refugees. Much easier that way? Refugees fleeing their own to survive in millions MILLIONS seem unfathomable in our time because surely the country adopting MILLIONS OF PEOPLE could lead adoptive country into economic downturn unless if UN> UNITED NATIONS will provide the needs of the refugees. For RUSSIA TO ADOPT UKRAINIANS DURING THE CHERNOBYL NUCLEAR DISASTER, 4 MILLIONS OF THEM, seemed unreal. That's almost  a disguise INVASION. But RUSSIANS didn't see that as invasion. They were helpful with the Ukrainians. As what Putin said they are his people too. They didn't consider that as Trojan Horse. Years passed by, how many of those 4 MILLIONS NOW IN 2025? 39 YEARS had passed by. Why Ukraine wont like the return of those 4 MILLIONS UKRAINIANS? Ukraine is not ready? They have to destroy all the buildings first?

I read WORLD HISTORY and ancient HISTORY wherein invasion doesn't necessarily be forceful. Sometimes invasion comes in-disguise in the form of  pilgrimage or pilgrims, large religious festivity, mass concert, sports crowds, rally and protest, infiltration or blending in with the crowd. Remember the "OCCUPY MOVEMENT?" after the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games? And would you believe in epidemic or pandemic when suddenly a low populated country has doubled its population due to pandemic. How influx of refugees or illegals can come in without much notice? They have people working inside the government that allow their "safe passage."

Wonder where all these stuff came from? Well, you can study PSYCHOLOGY, HISTORY & POLITICAL SCIENCE and all these stories are not enough to peruse. There are lot to learn.

Anyway, who are the people of Ukraine after the Chernobyl?

RUSSIANS & UKRAINIANS had so much in common. Can you differentiate Ukrainians from Russians? If you cannot...

This is the same scenario when the North Vietnamese and South Vietnamese were in a bloody battle in the War in Vietnam. Then the US soldiers and allied forces arrived in Vietnam and they end up the victims of both. They landed on Vietnam to defend the Vietnamese and they become the invaders. Worst of all, PENTAGON had the platoon accused of war crime. Also NIXON was impeached and OUT of the White House.

Don't you like fish for dinner?

CRAVINGS

BOULLABAISE. Yes, missed a hot bowl of boullaibaise. Too expensive to make. The cost could up to $250.00 a big pot. Wonder why?

INGREDIENTS: Crabs, shrimps, clams, mussels, white fish, scallops, fennel, cilantro, onions, spring onions, salt, pepper, saffron ( 1 tbsp. is worth $15)

EXPENSIVE SOUP.

HALIBUT. Fresh halibut is too costly! Fish without smell.

Deep frying halibut is just easy peasy!!

I'm so good at deep frying you know. lol

I've learned it from famous PAINTER'S LODGE when I worked there. It was a CLASSY RESTAURANT with ocean view and surprise entertainment from pods of whales.

It is the best restaurant in the city. However, I don't think its still owned by OakBay Marine Group. It was sold years ago. The change of ownership changed that place into----(told by certain customers unhappy about the service).

HMmm...maybe I should find out for myself.

 Sorry about that.

YUM YUM YUM!!!

CRABS!!!! OMG! Can't afford crab anymore. Too pricey! A piece of crab is worth $35 each

SAMOSAS. Love to make samosas. Problem is they don't sell the big eggroll wrappers in supermarket.

MUSHROOM filled with crab flakes and sour cream

MOUTH WATERING FRUIT CHEESECAKE.

SHRIMPS incorporated with jackfruits and coconut milk

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE is my favorite! OMG!!

MEMORIES...Memories

BREAKFAST: Glass of warm milk, bread with fried egg

LUNCH: Steamed rice + Chicken/prawns curry +Pork saute' with bokchoy

Family loves the meals and so as Echo & Raven. Raven like nibbling on 2 pcs. of bones with meat. She hasn't learn to dig the soil and bury the bones yet. Remember Echo's habit of burying the bones inside the pot of soil where the bougainvillea and banana plants are planted.

I haven't cooked gourmet foods recently. Most of the foods I'm cooking are comfort foods or easy to cook meals. You know not  those  gourmet specialty foods that you can order from restaurants for fine dining.

Who would like to cook specialty foods everyday? Well maybe if the price of goods are lowered and there's no more inflation and maybe if the high cost of living finally comes to an end. I wonder when that is possible? Long time ago I cooked so many specialty foods, restaurant style even if there is no special occasion. It gets so tiring sometimes. That's why probably other people would rather have dinner at different restaurants just for the pleasure or that's their lifestyle.

I remember when we had our coffee shop at the mall (year 1996) and most of the patrons were old people. Everyday, those old people would gather as in groups almost occupying every tables at the Food Court. They stayed there for hours and hours chatting with each other. Some groups waiting for members of their groups to arrive before they take orders. Actually what our cafe offers are just coffee, tea, pop/soda, cappuccino, latte, espresso, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and baked goods. We thought of expanding to selling Italian foods (but husband said no). The rest of the Food Courts stalls sell #2 Chicken, Ribs & Fries, #3 Mostly Saute' Meat & Noodles #4 Chinese Foods, # 5 Mostly all kinds of Sandwich #6 Burger & Fries.

Some of those older patrons just happy with cup of coffee! I remember one old lady who was so friendly asking me to visit her at the Home for the Aged. There were so many good kindhearted old women and old men but there was one snotty old woman who talked like a witch. She was always grumpy or always unhappy about almost everything. I wonder why.

To tell you the truth with just short period of time of having cafe at the mall had me known so many people from different walks of life. There were Indigenous people, members of the First Nations & Me'tis they are very friendly and good- natured. Para lang silang mga Filipinos. One lady was always there, my number one customer. She owns a business making Indigenous cultural drums. The Indi looked at me as if I'm Pocahontas! LOL. The Indigenous Native Canadians most of the time sit by our tables.  Then there were a family of another First Nations, the whole family always came  in group, all members of their family having lunch there order burger and fries, or chicken and ribs but they usually ordered soft-drinks and coffee from our cafe and ordered desserts. Actually they were our tenants (when my husband started working as Manager for Townhouses & Apartments after we closed down the cafe). Once in a while students from nearby schools will drop by and have softdrinks, ice cream and or fresh frozen yogurt. There was one beautiful female student who was a standout, she looked more like young Theresa Palmer (actress) always ordered her favourite frozen yogurt. Then there was an Indigenous Native Canadian who likes our jumbo muffins. Oh well those are few stories of the many multitude of stories coming out of ying-yang in my memory.

I must admit that having that coffee shop at the Food Court was memorable. I get to know what kind of people living in my community. What gossip and rumors float around. Ha ha ha! No kidding that was so much FUN!

DINNER for tonight: Beef Balls sauteed with onions and mushrooms + Rice

DESSERT: Chocolate Vanilla bars

SUCH A PLENTY TO LEARN & TALK ABOUT IT

CHARACTER & PERSONALITY TRAITS vary within time, age and status in life, from  educational background to workplace and life's experiences,  to all the people whom you talk with everyday, your family, friends, relatives including strangers. The hindrance to growth? Too many of them, such a  plenty.

Life is full of challenges and obstacles. Without these challenges life is boring and not worthy. However if life is full of obstacles what kind of life is that?

Nobody lives to be a burden to anybody that's awful. That somehow you have to be at least useful or has value for your family and the people around you as they have their own value too as human beings. Give & take process is a huge thing it is a good thing.

No country in the world would like its people to be a burden for as long as it takes for the whole world to carry upon their shoulders. There is no case like that. ?  Each country must govern it s country and its people as sufficiently possible and deal with their own problems. A weak country is being helped by other countries to stand up is a good thing it's like helping a newborn to succeed its progress of growth.

AS WE GROW OLD. Old people need more help than anybody else that's true. You grow old, retired and when you grow old ailments get in the way. How many of you are bionic already? Hip replacements, knee replacement with titanium. In Canada, too many people have disabilities. Nobody is immune. Is it the environment and the climate that we have to blame? Or because all these problems were similar to other old people in other countries just that their Health Care and pensions much higher than here in Canada? Oh darn, really?

The Europeans once said they have better Health Care in Europe: Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, UK, Germany, Norway, Italy.  ?  Because they live longer.

Uhm, don't know for sure. I haven't live in Europe! I am not European. Maybe they drink too much aged wines.  j/k

CANADA is still the best country in the world despite of its news of wildfires!

Let us all pray for the change of weather and climate. It's already August and Autumn season will be felt to change the foliage, change the hot breeze to cooler breeze. Make it fresh not smoky toxic air. We don't need environmental hazards and keep adding up health worries.

CIAO. Have a good day everybody!

TIME AFTER TIME

Is it cold this morning? Well that's the plan. I would rather have cold or cooler breeze than hellish weather. We have more sweaters. jackets and coats than summer clothes. Wearing summer clothes in Canada feels like "showgirls." LOL

Canadians are not really fashionable. They like wearing comfy trendy clothes. Canadians like wearing casual clothes even if they are to attend parties they usually wear clothes that wont cause annoyance or distractions. When I first arrived here in 1992, most women like wearing clothes in black or gray colors. Only few wear bright colored shirts, dress or sweaters. It is always in solid colors of black, gray, white, brown or sometimes burgundy. I felt out of place if I wear bright colors such as red, orange or yellow.  ASIAN people love colorful clothes.

However I realized that black colored clothing was such a fashion trend because it slims down your figure. Aha! LOL. Then went shopping from the only one department store ZELLERS with few retail outlets SAAN, REITMAN'S and a Vietnamese Store. My friend Iris told me there is that fashion boutique where she shops for stylish dress. OMG! The cheapest dress is worth $350.00. and she likes to order from Victoria's Secret. She loves expensive clothes. I decided to just order from SEARS. But I remember having tailor-made dresses from Philippines that suits me well. They are patterned from Vogue Magazine. Two of my party dresses were styled and patterned from Princess Diana's dress collection. Yeah, Princess Diana is my fashion idol. Sadly those beautiful dresses wont fit me anymore for they were size #2 only (32-24-33) wont even fit my daughter. I remember having to shop in Divisoria (the place for tons and rolls of textiles, thousands of volumes of fabric and accessories). That's the place for largest rolls of  textile dump from all over the world.

I LOVE FASHIONABLE CLOTHES. I am not a fashion model but everyone has a taste of what clothes they have to wear at home, at work, church, at parties or for every occasion. Time changes everything. Age is a factor of what clothing is appropriate for your age and status.

Nowadays, simple clothing and simple accessories are just fairly good enough. Whatever is comfy for one's taste and where you are going.

I tried to learn how to sew in 1993, experimented on hundreds of fabric given to me by my Mother-in law. My first project was a blazer. She watched me with watchful eyes until I was finished sewing.  WoW! Then sewed PJ's for my husband. Then next were maternity dresses. I got tired and started new project: crochet baby blanket, then later on handicrafts.

There is always something to do way back then. Hours passed by so quickly if you have something worthy to do.

LUNCH: Creamy Sopas (Hot soup with pork/chicken with veggies, onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, spices)

At this hour, August 14, 2025 the smoke from wildfires in Port Alberni  (Vancouver Island)  linger in the air. It's suffocating. OMG!! The hazy film in the air, the smoky toxic smell it's unhealthy. At about 12:30 noon, almost feels like 6 pm. HEALTH ADVISORY was sent by the Ministry of Health, rather by ENVIRONMENT CANADA. Wear face masks outside. Then it rained. lol

Dinner: Panfried tilapia and smoked milkfish jazmine rice+ veggies

HONESTY IS A GREAT POLICY

There is nothing that you can erase from WORLD HISTORY. You can  erase history from American History but only just for few period of time, the ORIGINAL content and context still will be very visible in another country or countries that believe in JUSTICE &  TRUTH PREVAILS.

TRUTH COMMISSION is when no graft and corruption could touch it. Let us be honest and trustworthy.

PEOPLE die for the whole truth and nothing but the truth. People die for equality. Why waste human lives to achieve truth, justice and peace?

Human intelligence and conscience lead to fair judgment. Selfishness, greed, vindictive acts or  abuse of power has no power in the highest seat of the land.

Most of all HATE CRIME is a crime.

HEATWAVE & METEORS

I apologize for so many flashbacks in my blogs. Certainly that's part of blogging and memories keep unfolding just because it calls for attention. I don't have PTSD just in case you are wondering.

FLASHBACKS are involuntary vivid thoughts of your memory but you know sometimes things happened and in blogging flashbacks are really good just as in many movies, series and novels that you had read provide flashbacks. Be very aware of that from now on.

You probably know a lot of blogwriters here in the net or web and of course they are awesome. Flashbacks here and there in their blogs? That's OK! Nothing to worry about. And if you don't have flashbacks in your blogs? You are too boring for me. Ha ha ha!!! LOL.

So you want the continuation of my story? I don't think so. I have more artworks to do and post here. It's already 32, once again and the heatwave is suffocating, I almost passed out yesterday because it was hotter 33 felt like 40 Celsius!

Feeling like we're in the desert and there's not enough oxygen. OMG! I am wishing for Autumn or Winter as soon as possible.

Know what? Tonight the ALIEN: EARTH television series premieres tonight on FX Channel.

Then don't forget to watch the sky tonight for PERSEID METEOR SHOWERS!! Hundred meteors per hour according to Science Network.

FROM PSYCHOLOGY TO ECONOMICS

WONDER WHY I love PSYCHOLOGY as a subject in my blogs? Listen, I have a very long story to tell you...rather written here so just keep on reading.

AT VERY EARLY AGE something very extraordinary had happened to me. I wont tell you that. That's a SECRET.

Here is what I have to tell you instead. I love the study of Human Behavior, love ESP or Extra Sensory Perception. I was already studying Human Behavior at tender age of 6. Having to study and learn Humanities is nothing but observation, taking down notes, more observations, analysis, assessment, and perception. I always have a pen in my hand. If I am not into drawings I will write anything based from observations. That's why In Elementary my handwriting is almost equivalent to High School. I like visiting my parents working in the military hospital, and everyone there are part of my observations. Everything including the famous "White Lady. "  Unfortunately, I haven't met her. I include the American Cemetery which was also part of my term paper in University under my Philosophy subject. I know my Philo professor found it hard to appreciate what I had written calling me, "Eusebia...tsk! tsk!." Too mental for my professor's mind to absorb  depths of paranormal. The odd name had sparked laughter in the whole class. My classmates didn't know that I have two names. They only knew me as "Verna."

"Life is a limpid pool beneath a star showing reflections from afar."

Oh well. How many ghosts she had seen in her real life? Maybe nothing sort of. I had encounter with ghost-like creatures! I just don't know if they are aliens or angels. Sixth Sense movie is nothing... I had seen a ghost!

Why we study Psychology and why we study Philosophy and Humanities? Is that sort of commercial or just extra advertisements to pay in University? Hmm... It's a very challenging subject worthy of studying and learning.

You know, first thought when I graduated in High School and received 94% NCEE (National College Entrance Examination) Test result and had good marks in HS opted to take exams in UP Diliman (University of the Philippines) together with my awesome amazing classmates:Violeta (our HS salutatorian, now working as Anesthesiologist) , Cynthia, Josie, Me of course and Carmen (our Valedictorian, Marine Biologist in Australia). However seeing how huge and acres wide UP and buildings far apart from each other I was reluctant then. I took exam. I passed but because I had chosen to enroll in the BS Psychology which is a Quota Program and there are many students who were enrolled earlier! Wow!! Really? How that happened? Anyway they offered BS Veterinary Medicine course which is NON-QUOTA PROGRAM. BS Psycho Course is FULL. Tell me why Psychology majors way too many in Philippines? Is there great demand?

Why would I like Veterinary Medicine? Why would I like to work in the ZOO or Farm? Why oh why? The only pets we had were cats and dogs. Do I like horses? Do I like cows, pigs, goats and farm animals?  In the 80's there is no Veterinary Clinics in the Phils. You don't take pet dogs and pet cats in the Clinic. They seem to never get sick. They ate the same food that we eat. Nowadays, look at the million of dog treats in variety available in supermarkets. Pets are treated like royalty and have to have check-up every 3 months by Veterinary doctors. Vaccines too much costly vaccines for pets! the good thing about the pets nowadays are they are free of rabies.

I enrolled in FEU. I asked my friend Josie that we should take BS Psychology then while waiting and waiting for the long line of thousands of students queuing at the registrar's office (paid tuition fees for First Semester- 1981), no subjects were left available for the intended Course in the line where Luz & I  end up having with few choices and end up taking subjects for AB Economics. Darn it!! What the hell just happened?  Yeah, yeah that's after watching the popular, famous movie STRIPES of Bill Murray. Regrets? I have few regrets. I felt like disappointed my friend Josie whom I asked to take a course in BS Psychology with me so that we could be seatmate again in College.  Josie & I were seatmates in High School because we are seated alphabetically. Our family name starts with letter V.

TO BE CONTINUED.

WHO KNOWS?

Too early and yet the weather temperature is high as 25 Celsius already. The forecast today would reach 31 Celsius just like yesterday's temperature. No wonder there are wildfires in Kelowna, part of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Ontario. Everywhere there is wildfire and some of these wildfires are uncontrollable. Hard to believe.

Why there are more wildfires in Canada than in other countries? I wonder if this kind of calamity the same as in the year 1925? But you know what most of the wildfires happened in the forest, into the woods or forest area. Could it be that those smokes are just  part of the kaingin system or that's a "procedure" before those forest trees are cut for logs and lumber?

Or the smokes are just signal for "evacuation process" which also include the influx of mass immigration? The population of Canada is the fastest growing country in the world, when there are no babies being born rather you can count in maybe just barely hundreds of babies per year. Mind-boggling eh? Just the pandemic alone had the population of Canada increased in numbers.

WHY THE SUDDEN INFLUX? Are they REFUGEES? Canada is always the recipients of refugees from war torn countries during the Serbian War (Yugoslavia-Croatia-hercegovina War), wars in Syria & Afghanistan, war in Ukraine, war in Iran.

WILDFIRES probably another name for population explosion. ? Maybe Canada is so rich that they can afford to give free homes to refugees but cannot give homes to its own people?!

Why? Because there is no such thing as blaming lightning the cause of all the wildfires. That's very suspicious already.

By the way, today is LION'S DAY according to those who celebrate "lions -the kings of the forest."

By the way, our neighbor bought a newborn puppy and she is cute with icy blue eyes and I was like , "OMG! She's a Siberian husky!" You know those dogs trained for snow sled? That breed must be one of those expensive dogs. They have to travel more than 12 hours to fetch her from the cross breeder of Siberian husky. Now there are new  playmate for Echo and Raven and her name is River.

What a Siberian husky looks like?

A HOME IS NOT A HOUSE? Who said that?

I like it when somebody said she likes to visit some people's homes because it made her see the character and personality of the owner. Sure does eh? I was like that too. Later on just ignore it because you cannot just judge the book by its cover and content inside.

Every owner of the house wants a very organized, clean, perfect in order home however due to unfortunate circumstances that wont happen when you have members of the family that don't practice order or cleanliness. Cleaning supply is getting more expensive than food and clothing. However we can all just sweep and dust without using electric machines.

There is always imperfection. There are homes which  are spotlessly very clean and order, that's right for they never really cook or do anything in the kitchen as they always eat outside in the restaurants. Some people just sleep in their own home and get out to work and back to sleep. Some of them have cleaning ladies to clean up their mess.

I remember we live in a huge house and all I can do is clean, clean and clean. There are too many mirrors and glass to clean everyday. The shiny floors should always be cleaned with swiffer duster if not the mark of your footstep marks visibility on the floor and it is quite  irritating.

I'm not a lazy person. I clean my house everyday. I cook everyday. I don't really have to tell you what I do everyday. For I will ask you what you do all day, every hour of the day to keep you busy and not a menace or burden to society. I KNOW somebody somewhere wont like what I had written here on my blogs. That I know someday those hackers will do something against me. One of them had death threat on me. First was attack on RACISM. Yes THEY DID already!! Are they so happy now? By the way they are VISIBLE NOW under surveillance by FBI, CIA & NBI.

Do you know how many journals I had written within a span of just one year? Wilbur Smith would probably rise up from his grave. I could write a book that could have more than ten thousand pages by now longer than the Great Wall of China and longer than the Nile River.  I have a very long, long, longer memory.

Modern homes have modern features that new homeowners wont like as it also invades their own privacy not only the guests they have.

You would rather live in regular normal homes instead.

This house we occupied is like a labyrinth puzzle.

The enigmatic door is one of those features that will enchant you. If you are a novelist you can use it as a "trapezoid door."

When the sun's shining the spectrum of colors start to pass through the door and if you're hit on your face suddenly it feels like you are hit with laser.

Everything in this kitchen should be cleaned properly or smudge or prints of your hands will be visible on the counter tables, on the fridge, on the mirrors, on the floors everywhere. LOL.

We stayed here in this house for about 2 years before we moved in to the renovated home (Mom & Dad's Home) with cherry blossom trees at the yard.

I'm glad we are just living in a smaller house this time and easy to clean and manage although it is imperfect and smaller for my family we had get rid of some of our furniture for it wont fit inside the 3 bedrooms. Some of the stuff or boxes that should be in the garage are now in one of those bedrooms. Yuck. The house we are currently living has no garage and no workshop.

At present we have two dogs to babysit and train and our living room is their living room. Oh, our house sometimes smell dog treats! LOL. We need Febreeze.  Too many boxes and bags of valuable nutritious treats for Echo & Raven. The only humans who can understand that a house is a home are those who owned adorable pets.

And because me and my husband cook 3x or 4x per day, the house smells of food that sometimes we have aristocats by our door steps. Hmm, reminds  me of Freddy the cat who would rather stay at our home.

That's what it is folks, if animals love your home and your family love it too what is there to ask for?
