Inconvenient Truth

 At this time of the year I'm out in the garden planting plants or flowering perennials and tending the sunflower bed. However, that's not the case at any given time or day. Here at this site, at the house where my family is currently staying has a yard but because we are renting and the owner has no plan of what to do with the yard. It is not my responsibility nor we as tenants to do the yard work. I told my husband that maybe I could plant some sunflower seeds at the front yard but thinking there are other 6 tenants who would oppose. 

Long time ago as in maybe 4 years ago, the only plants on the front yard and backyard was bermuda grass, no plants, no shrubs whether annuals or perennials no tree except the grass. That's nice though easier to mow the lawn. However, after the yard maintenance last year, as in putting and adding more top soil on the front yard and having concrete patio porch for every unit there's nothing much have been done after that. Husband tried to pull out those dandelions, stuborn weeds outside but the soil, omg, what kind of top soil at the front yard, tough soil actually, it was flattened by bulldozer that's why and the ground is full of gravel. It is not the right soil that you can freely spread the bermuda grass. Anyway, not my problem. Although I'm concern and I'm a heavy complainer. You know how much time we put in the maintenance of the frontyard and back yard where we lived before? That's what it is with some houseowners or property owners they don't like tenants to do the maintenance as in they feel insecured. For what? Haha clueless. I should pretend to be clueless. Sorry have to mind my own business.

I missed the beautiful yard in Colorado with my sunflowers, dahlias and daffodils. Hmm... the snow has stopped. Jokers! So many jokers up in the sky. lol.

Uhm, why? First thought you'll have snow angels here at the island. 

Ha ha! The snow stopped and then resumes again after 2 minutes. WEIRD! How high the snow would be at springtime?

Anyway, here are photographs and memories of my previous, beautiful garden: Year 2019 to Year 2021.

My bougainvillea thrived in that area closer to the beach because you know a tropical plant like bougainvillea likes the beach air. Don't know why. lol. Because of it's salty air. 

I keep answering my question.

The soil there is acidic not alkaline. The pink hydrangea has turned purple and blue at the mid section of the flowers.

  Note: I'm a clean freak! I go crazy when the house and yard is a mess. So living here currently in the Sixplex make me feel depress and there is no place where we can move because the price of rental houses and apartment and condos are built preferably for people whose annual income range from $75,000 to $100,000. Salary below $100,000 in Canada is LOW INCOME. LOL.

Would you believe? Great for politicians not worrying about homes because they are given FREE HOMES and FREE VEHICLES and what are they doing for greater good? Can you make a list of any politician out there doing something good for those taxpayers in the country where they live? Do you think all the people in Canada are millionaires living in expensive houses and condominiums and live through the days and feed their families using the food bank just to live conveniently in expensive homes? I know some people live inside the stadiums, eat hotdogs and watch the sports they like and wear expensive t-shirts as if life goes on the way they wish for. While those news network reporters never go home anymore because the television station is there home. Cheaper that way. Ha ha ha! Look at the life of the NCIS & FBI agents on TV, they never go home anymore, they don't have homes. THEY CANNOT AFFORD. 

The SEAL TEAM? Jason cannot afford to send her daughter to university. What the hell is that? He's a SEAL TEAM he's supposed to earn at least $150,000 to $200,000/annum including medical and dental benefits but in his portrayal of a US NAVY SEAL? The hell with everything. And that probably the world is the most dangerous place to live.

Duck, cover & hold.

You have that billionaire whoever he is and he would like to build civilization on planet Mars and recently would like to buy Twitter when he could just build a new social media platform. How hard to build a social media platform when you have billions of dollars? 

Hmm... that's right some news doesn't add up because ODD. Oddity.
