It is during the PANDEMIC and after  the Pandemic that the value of houses, condominiums, townhouse and apartments had risen to soaring sorry HIGH as in ROCKET- SKY HIGH. 3 Bedroom House which is normally priced at $1,500/month had risen its price to $3,000/month. Doubled. Utilities not included in the rent. $3,000/month house rent only for NEWLY BUILT HOUSES. Brand new. Asbestos free! Beautiful seaview or ocean view.

If you want to buy a house, certainly there are many newly built homes for staggering price of ore than million dollars. For those old homes but renovated homes priced at half million dollars. The price of most homes in bigger cities are highly valued no matter how rotten those century old houses (more than hundred year old) price ranged at more than millions of dollars.

Then the crisis of  pandemic instead of news of death? Had the population of Canada into oblivion. That's WEIRD you know. You mean too say many gave birth during the COVID PANDEMIC? What kind of babies? Extraterrestials? Do we have COCOONS in Canada? Who died? Who they said died during the pandemic when the population actually expands. Maybe some of them died naturally. It is not subtraction but addition and multiplication happened in the process of this very strange COVID-19. Very strange and mysterious indeed. Wow! This is for the book. I should write a book about this. LOL.

Maybe that pandemic has something to do with same story of WILBUR SMITH's supposedly a FAKE pandemic had the European princess packing instantly, out of Africa and the hunter Courtney need not to do what the princess had asked him to do as in against his moral compass asked help strategy from his uncle Ballentyne. Fiction or not but the wild animals were the eyewitnesses too bad you can only see them now stuffed and in full view at the showroom in the Smithsonian Museum. Do you think that also include the legendary Mummy?
