Cough

 My cough has returned! WTH!!!!!! Arghhhh! My cough was actually caused by allergy to pollens, dust and some fragrances including lotion. It can trigger my immune system. I had the X-Ray result and everything is OK, nothing to worry. 

I KNOW. Nothing's wrong with my lungs. I don't have colds, no fever. Just that my sense of smell is sensitive that if I smell something toxic... I coughed. Strong odor. Strong scents, strong perfume scents or laundry detergent with very strong scent just like GAIN. It's ALLERGY in the making.

Nobody believes it's allergy. I don't know...because they are not professionals. They are not specialists. They need extra special training or higher education.  

This time, the cause of my cough was the newly washed clothes, bed sheet and pillow cases. GAIN- the fragrant laundry detergent! The scent of this laundry liquid detergent smells so good but it is very toxic and it really bothers me. I have to rewash the bed sheet and pillow cases again maybe just with plain water and no scented fabric softener. I don't know if GAIN has poison ivy in it. ?

Did you know I am not alone in having this kind of problems? So many Canadians are having such allergic reactions with scented stuff. There are humans who applied lotion, perfume, colognes that are intoxicating. Why? Why they have to bathe their whole bodies with perfume? Please STOP! You can only just have light swab on your wrist. You don't have to bathe toxic cheap perfume! You know if I coughed on your perfume it means your choice of perfume is toxic and CHEAP.

PERFUMES produced from flowers ylang-ylang, camia, from fruits, roses, bark of sandal woods are OK  but perfumes made and produced from orchids are toxic.
