It's Tuesday! Yey!! Don't really know what's in store for me today maybe a day for rest and relaxation and cooking. Baking? I had just baked muffins with blueberry and carrots. I usually add banana but we're out of banana, maybe next time.
Tuesday is my schedule to be the Chef at home so I'm thinking and planning early morning. I could probably prepare ingredients for Caldereta or Mechado with lots of spices. Yum.
Next, would be laundry while husband goes shopping for groceries. Yeah, so many things to do at home like vacuum carpet and floors, cleaning bathrooms, etc. The weather doesn't cooperate much here where I live. We haven't experience snow yet (ever) only the top of the mountains: Mount Washington, Mt. Seymour and all the mountains surrounding the island. People were praying that snow should only be on the mountains not on the roads and highways.Their prayers were answered.
My last Sketchbook was fully completed and was sketching on its back pages. Oh no!! How could I do that? 😲😐 😉😎Yeah, I have so many facial emotions.
By the way, you wont believe somebody had copied my blog's title! Darn it. Too many names and title of blogs that she can use why copy my blog, for what? Weird woman!!
Forget about it. Let's have ARTWORKS.
BANAUE RICE TERRACES in BAGUIO CITY, PHILIPPINES
That's right, the Banaue Rice Terraces in Baguio City is one of the world's most beautiful spot and most visited by tourists. Baguio City is the summer capital of Philippines with cooler climate, below 20 degrees Celsius. It's always Spring time in the upper mountains in Baguio city.
In other words, the weather, the climate in Baguio City is different from the weather in Manila and other provinces in Philippines.
Thinking about rice. The two sacks of rice that we had for 3 months almost consumed, but not quite and we need another sack of rice as you probably know that my family eat more rice than potatoes. My daughter likes steamed rice more than bread, more than potatoes and other carbohydrates. I can eat without rice but she cannot there must always have steamed rice for every meal. She's more like "Asian." lol It's okay, thank goodness, sack of rice is on sale at Superstore and my husband bought one sack for now. Husband also bought a gallon of canola oil, a box of facial tissue and large package size of bathroom tissue, meat products (pork & beef), 2 carton of eggs, veggies, a package of tilapia, 1 box frozen pepperoni pizza, 1 bag of Werther's hard candies, 1 bag of cheese curls (Cheese Pleasers), butter, pkg of spaghetti pasta, a bag of potatoes, 2 boxes of Tim Horton's coffee keurig cups. TOTAL= 350 $ + Free box of Good stuff.
Just finished vacuuming the carpet upstairs and downstairs. I'm now ready to rumble. LOL. I am about to cook right now. CIAO! See ya later.
