What Comes To Your Mind First Thing In The Morning?

Good grooming first of course. Then thinking about clothes to wear after shower. However that's not the case. I know that I will cook something oily: hashbrowns and fried sunshine eggs. I know that I am satisfied with just half bagel and fresh cup of  hot brewed Maxwell House coffee but others are not, so have to cook something for my husband.

It's Sunday morning. Do I have to clean the house again because I did my housecleaning yesterday? I used to do my laundry almost everyday and beddings plus coordinates at least after every 5-7 days. Once a week the laundry of bedspread, pillow cases, bed cover (quilt) or comforter should be washed once a month. Curtain or drapery should be washed once a month or depends on how dusty it is. To vacuum the carpet leads me to do it everyday or depends on the texture of the carpet when I stepped on it. There are too many things to do at home. The tasks are never-ending. I'm glad that my daughter helps with watering the floral garden and the vegetable garden at the backyard. The tomato plant is growing wild. It has grown double the size since we bought it last Sunday (May 20, 2018).

Fertilizer sure helps in its growth. The cucumber plants are doing fairly well and the beans finally sprung from the ground. The zucchinis are not that 100% healthy. Swisschards are doing quite good (located in the vegetable plot beside the zucchinis and dragon tongue beans). The strawberry plants had its dainty white flowers in bloom last week and now have the green fruits hanging on its stems and fine branches.

Now let us look at those dahlias I planted last month.

I planted them at the same time, same day but I noticed that each dahlia plant bulbs has different outgrowth. One dahlia plant sprung earlier than most of the others and its stem with leaves is now 12 inches in height. It varies to the extent that my observation lead me to suspect that other dahlia plants are suffering from something out of the ordinary. They receive the same amount of water, same soil content, fertilizer, and they all receive the same amount of sunshine. Guess what? We found out that those 3 dahlia plants had visitors at night. My husband trapped them with trap food and the slugs were caught dead.

So, while am typing my entry for my blog have the time to listen to the news on TV. What's happening around the world. Next check the weather. Now have to go back to my housecleaning. Ciao for now and hope you have a great day.
