I saved $50 by pressure washing our area rug carpet. I know that it will be hard to clean that carpet but $50 is too much for me to pay another person to clean it. Nothing's wrong with cleaning it manually, scrubbing it hard and power washed it with liquid soap and water. Hang to dry from 12 noon to 6 pm. I myself couldn't believe that it will dry under the heat of the sun for that long duration of time. Would you believe that this area rug carpet is now 18 years old?
I was happy to have it back at the living room thinking that leaving it outside the backyard would only risk it being stolen.
I also managed to manually hand wash the weird curtain for the door. The curtain or drape was made like a sail for a sailboat. I think it was designed by a Japanese. Well, I should not call it a curtain. It could be a door blind. lol. Blinds for door not for windows. Whatever.
There are other things that need to be done this September of 2018. Repainting the walls, carpet steaming/cleaning (upstairs), too many to do list that needs to be done before end of September.
It's Sunday and hope you all have a good time, and had attended the Sunday mass, listened to the sermon of your parish priest and come back home with much renewed faith.
