There are some politicians who were infected, there are many health care workers who had the coronavirus infected by their patients, and there are many millions ordinary people who had the coronavirus yet they don't know or aware of it. Tracking those who were infected for the sake of those who don't have the virus as a safety measure not to get it. Or tracking them so that they can freely harass them? Whatever. I think what is being implemented is the fishing charter not the charter rights for humanity.
