Manifest

Do you like going to a cafeteria in your neighborhood? Or at least a walk-in to the nearest wet market where you can browse through those glass display case of different trays and platter of cooked food (viands) they have for sale? It is common scenery "street food"  in asian markets, not in western part of the world.

That's why I enjoy viewing bloggers posting with that kind of  authentic aura described in photographs, aunthentic exotic cuisines so inviting... photos of different food that is similar to Asian street food. Great! But not so great at this time of the pandemic!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, not those classy, gourmet food intended for those high-class socialites. There's  a place for them in five star hotels or first class pub & restaurants. I can't blame them if they want french cuisines... the small portion of food on a plate.

One blogwriter who take a walk every morning and walked home with plastic bags of cooked food with them or stayed at their local cafeteria and had their breakfast or lunch sometimes. Wow! That's how life in there. Easy life. No need to worry about what to prepare and cook for lunch, dinner and breakfast. That's nice! Good for two people or a couple to economize that way. However, if you have bigger size family you really have to cook bigger portion of meals and hoping there'll be left over for tomorrow's meal.

For our dessert:  Banana fritters - turon is my choice for today. Homemade.
Fresh ripe banana (in slices) wrapped with eggroll wrapper and deep fried in hot, boiling cooking oil.

My computer is acting up today. I have to use this second computer laptop for now, for the time being when I don't need to be perfect. Perfection is not the key to blogging simple story. I tend to be a perfectionist when I was younger. However, at this age and in this time of the pandemic who else is perfect? NOBODY!

You tried to be perfect and then suddenly the manifestation of evil arrives with a vengeance.
