I was reading a friend of a friend's personal view of her experience at work in a workplace with different exceptional minorities and how her experience made her upset, disappointed and very unhappy. The situation, I experienced sometime when I was only 7 years old in Grade School. How her late experience of such culture of diversity, favoritism and enhancement has helped her to better apply her skills on how to tackle adversity and inconvenience.
Well, she being a grad of Psychology and that's all she experienced after a newly grad. is nothing sort of learning new skills. You are to better equip yourself with presence of mind, courage and determination. If you are to get upset with your co-workers, would it upset you more if you deal with crazy people as in people with disability and mental health woes.
Maybe it's easier to deal with crazy people because you know they are mentally challenged but to deal with humans who are smarter, narcissists, racists, gender/bender humans, god-like humans, the stuck-up, the up-starts, the nerds and geeky and the social climbers (sorry for mentioning those stereotypes) then you are in big trouble especially if you are different from them (personally, as in your personality clashes with the others) and your upbringing is somewhat absolutely different from them. DIFFERENT. Differences in opinions, ideas and strategy...isn't it it's the strength of such solution that matters?
The only thing that could lead to being acquainted with all those types of humans is to be kind, friendly, and be professional, work like as if nobody's watching. WORK and concentrate on your own idea, project, representation and mind your own business until you get to finish the job category and description assigned to you. You don't have to compare your finished product from others. It would be nice to just concentrate and have focus on your own work rather than showing of what you had done. The only compliments worth finding is from your boss, your employer, not from co-workers.
Why blogging is much better at BLOGGER? At blogger, you are the boss. I mean, am the boss, am the writer of my blogs. Nobody pleases me nor do I pleased with others to like me and my writings. I don't care what others think of me. This is my blog. I don't ask for anybody to rate me or my blog and ask for their subscription. I don't force myself nor get stress or pressured from blogging. It is challenging because sometimes I challenged myself. It feels like I'm playing a game of chess and I have to defeat my SELF. I know that's weird but I'm playing the game of chess every time I blog and how many blogs I had? Those blogs sometimes give me a heat stroke. I have to win. I have to be victorious. That other blog of mine is much better than this one have to do something to be better than the other blog. Ha ha! You think this is fiction eh?
It's unbelievably so hard to write fiction.
However, writing true stories is sometimes dangerous.
Friends can be dangerous.
