Obedience to authority still is being followed for as long as it is righteous, morally upright and within the law of command and justice. Every human being has a right, the right to live (Human Declaration of Rights). Anybody who doesn't follow such freedom and rights became a violator of the Protocols of the Geneva Convention. Even at times of War, whether you are a soldier or high ranking officer... once you are using extreme, excessive use of force to annihilate or genocidal means to cause death of thousands or millions of people you are liable for penalty. It is based on per case basis.
However, Einstein's means of control and the only last resort to stop World War II is somehow deliberately God's wrath.
