How Deserving Are You To Receive A Wage Increase?

It's really HOT! Super hot!! You wont feel how hot planet Earth when your house has air-conditioning unit you know when it's hot when wildfire and heatwave are already in your place or area.

Then you see flash floods and storms in different parts of the world through the screen on your television sets and asked what is really happening to our environment, to our world?

Is that unusual? It's August 2017. The climate or climatic conditions of the earth is doing a changing phase, switching from summer to autumn.

Winter time in Australia. Canada and parts of the United States of America are undergoing different phase of seasons and because some countries are almost continent in its geological or in it geographical land area that its atmospheric condition and situations vary from one hotness to coldness. It's a complicated case. Texas is known as the land of varying degrees of hot climate almost like a desert based on its temperature: hot & dry, less rain. However, this time of the year that a powerful hurricane had a landfall in Texas and its no longer a state of hot and dry but rather wet and the flood surely to stay at its land for sometime.

It's hot here too at the island of Vancouver. Wishing it will cool down a bit and the ocean will once again reach high tide and enriched with lots of shellfish, fish of all species. I love edible fish. I would rather have fish than meat, or I would rather eat seafood and vegetables.

Picking beans

It's almost back to school next week. Are you prepared? Are your kids ready for school? I don't need to worry about my kids because they are not young anymore. They are at the age when they can think for themselves. They can do whatever they want to do to make themselves happy and their pursuit of happiness is up to them. I should not worry, they have their own minds to think for themselves on what they want and whatever their needs are.

No more tolls for drivers at the Port Mann Bridge. Did you know that? How much is the toll fee anyway? Darn! Don't you think that's of great help to the Government of Canada? Do you know how many vehicles are passing through that bridge? In just 3-5 minutes there are at least hundreds of vehicles passing through that bridge and that's on ordinary day. Wonder how many cars, trucks, cabs and other vehicles using Port Mann Bridge to cross the other end... Without toll fees? Don't worry, PST & GST still is 14% and it wont go up. What will go up? The hike for minimum wage increase of $15/hour? Ha!!!!!! Wait for year 2018. If some business owners are already paying their clerks or workers up to $15/hour that's probably worker working only for 4 hours shift a day at the workplace and another worker replace that worker in the afternoon or depends where you work at. It really depends on your employer if you deserve a $15/hour wage. The employer decides based on your skills and work experience.
