Happy birth anniversary MOM! Wherever you are...probably in heaven because you are the most kindest, generous, thoughtful, loving and caring Mom and Mother-in-law in the world. You are my children's loving and caring grandmother.
If Mom's still alive today, she is celebrating her 99th birthday. What I remember most about her is her good-natured loving kindness, friendly, cheerful, smart and her humor is something unforgettable. She's a great cook. She treated us with the warmest welcome in her home all the time even if doesn't call for any particular occasion. I truly missed her. My whole family missed her. It took us quite a while, years to comprehend of this kind of loss. We've been mourning of her death since 2005, my husband, my children and I were affected emotionally. It was depressing to lose someone we love so much.
Death is something hard to forget. Birthdays are meant to celebrate life to the fullest no matter what those memories will live up to its expectation. Birthdays are always meaningful, joyous and happiness abound. Birthdays lift up good spirits and leap up to moments of truth. Wishing you MOM JEAN the best birthdays wherever you are, with us in spirit...with the GOD the CREATOR and with Dad BOB in Heaven.

| TURNER FAMILY @ CHRISTMAS FAMILY DINNER |
Shown here in the picture above: My husband and my children, 2 sisters-in-law, aunt , father-in-law and MOM JEAN standing by the table wearing gold and silver party dress she made for herself. She was a very talented dressmaker and great at crochet too. The crocheted table cover featured on this photo was created by her. Where am I in this photograph you may asked. As usual, I was the photographer for every memorable occasion in the family.
The most unforgettable memories with Mom is something I would cherish my whole life through. From the time that I first met her in 1992 to her last days on Earth. She taught me so many things that remind me of my ever-loving grandmother Honorata. The way she drives at age you thought how an old lady drives with confidence and assurance that you'll be safe with her through traveling on the highway. She was age 73 that time and drove her car until age 81. Her funny humor and her laughter that is contagious. The way she guarded me when she wants me to learn how to crochet and sew a winter coat using patterns we bought at the local fabric shop. She was there with me in my weakest moment when I was sick until I recuperate. She was there when I had my first born Tyrel at the hospital. She was not religious but she believed that there is God and her faith is stronger than most. She believed that God is everywhere and I believed her. Thanks for the good but wonderful, beautiful memories and I will cherish the love you gave to my family especially to me, my husband and my children. Thank you for all the gifts and all that we received from your generosity we are truly gifted!
