It seems that there are news that are untrue but fabricated so better not tackle it. I just learned such thing from the latest television series UNDECLARED WAR. News made up to make it looked interesting and almost real just for the purpose of what? That's the question... It's hard to believe but if you are not there at the time of the event and you don't feel it and see it with your own eyes there's nothing that you can relate to with it other than it's not your calling.
The only thing that you can probably attest to such situation of grave and massive corruption is the kind of system imposed on those countries as part of sanctions or punishments.

NEWS STORY on Canadian medical students who decided to finish their medical degree in other countries (in Australia) are not welcome to work in Canada!? What the hell is that? Who are first priority when it comes to working in Canada? So weird. I hope they know the valid reason why or simply it's a matter of systemic bullying or discrimination. Bullying their own Canadian folks when it comes to employment in their own country of origin. My God! I should have not listen to that stupid news on TV.
In private hospitals or any modern hospitals, patients are monitored through computerized machines. The patient's body has all its attachments connected to many gadgets and devices. Once in a while a nurse will come in to see if she's needed or not. The only reason why there was a need for more doctors and nurses were during the pandemic or in the event of disaster.
C$196 BILLION DOLLARS budget for Health Care ONLY within 10 years. C$19.6 billions of dollars per year seems small amount and some of the health care workers are unhappy. Did you know that during the PM Harper Administration, the budget for the whole entire Canada was not even in billions of dollars. The economy under Harper's in better shape and much organized. Hard to believe that eh? Know why? Ask that question to all health care workers why C$19.6 Billions/year is not enough for them. If they know the answer they should receive bonus or incentives from the government for job well done. Or terminate their contract if they are novice for the rest of their lives. There are health care workers who are working for more than five to ten years in hospitals and clinics and still don't know their job. How in the hell they are employed in such health care facility? Did they pass the board and or had educated themselves through fraudulence? The only reason why the health care budget is higher than the budget for defense and education is probably due to different lawsuits. Hospitals and clinic hiring negligent, inexperienced, stupid health care workers sometimes are the cause of such huge budget. Paying for all those negligence, paying for malpractice, paying for all the stupidity, accidents, laziness, death of too many patients whose ailments are actually preventable. That's the cause of such huge budget in health care. You think those health care providers are too smart being the care givers that you deserve? If lawsuits are then analyzed one by one case by case there will be no clinic or no hospitals standing right now.
