I don't mind if they replaced the government workers at BC ACCESS or any business establishments out there.
Know why? Humans have heart and brain but they don't know how to use them. They cannot even use their wisdom or do they even know what logic means?
The bots are programmed to do their jobs efficiently and effectively without showing emotions. With just the press of the task button the task is done, no question asked. Chatbot is known for its large, humongous amount of database. Your personal information on its hand like a stroke of key. Like if you want to replace an expired card, no question asked, they will do the service promptly and you may not believe it but the bot will just stare at your face, for configuration. They are smart robots specifically designed for such task.
OMG! I can't wait for these smart robots to work in the government and private business enterprises especially when it comes to personal database. At least they are not blind, not bully or racist. Program to do something good, without a heart and brain but with "conscience of the database that what is in that information is sacred."
Now you know why Elon Musk keeps firing workers at his office?
