However, when it comes to a sea or ocean claim what is the proof of evidence on water?

Do you have a designated map on the sea or ocean claim that the sea water belongs to that one or two countries? 

You can only claim if you have the original, ancient map. Can an AI or Artificial Intelligence finds out whose country owns the ocean within its territory? ISS? Can you mapped the ocean please.
