CHANGE OF BUYING HABITS

YOUR BUYING HABITS will definitely change in our time, new generation of Canadians. Is that good? Probably is if you are a true Canadian. You are becoming patriotic and loyal to your own country. Now you are becoming aware what is Canadian or American products.

What do you prepare and cook at home? That you'll know that you are choosing which one from the fresh produce are grown in Canada, USA or Mexico. When it comes to meat products and dairy products simply most products there in the supermarket are from Canada, hence still better to look and read for the labels. At present time, Supermarkets in Canada have the Maple leaf label for their products if the print labels are too minute to be seen and read.

Our kind of foods at home in variation, we tend to cook Filipino-Chinese foods, Canadian foods and Italian foods at home. When it comes to desserts, although some of them are baked here in Canada, some of those ingredients vary greatly and probably been imported from other countries simply there's no oranges, lemons and limes growing in Canada. Oranges, lemons and limes or any citrus fruits are imported from USA or from Mexico. When it comes to flour, wheat are grown here in Canada including Canola for oil, sunflower and vegetable oil. Dairy products we have so much of them: milk from Dairyland & Foremost or Saputo. Eggs? So much eggs from poultry farms. Meat products we have enough of meat products from all the farms in  BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, PEI, Nova Scotia, Quebec. 

You have to remember the population of Canada is only 40 MILLION in the latest Census compared to 334 MILLION in the USA (+ 11 MILLION UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS). If USA wont import from Canada there'll be scarcity of resources in the United States of America. I know they have resources but their population is so large and they also export products to countries such as Australia, Asia and Europe. 

The deficit they have are from wrongful accumulation maybe or just funding out to different countries in the world. They could probably have FREE HEALTHCARE IN THE USA if they don't give handouts to other countries. Canada doesn't receive handouts from USA. It is true that your country first and foremost when it comes to budget.  It is what any country and leader in the world should effectively and probably should make as priority. When you have surplus then its time to help your neighbors in other countries. Hmm..been informing this idea since in the 90's in Canada. Then Premier Horgan had heard of it. Opsi R.I.P. 

MAYBE the reason why Elon Musk is the new budget officer in the USA: Trying to cut funding for those outrageous agencies that don't need funding. Trying to cut funding for those fishy deals and unknown transactions and maybe once he resolved those "fly by night illegal transactions"  then USA will have FREE HEALTHCARE for all Americans. Too many Americans are sick!! They need free health care. So many of them cannot afford medicines.

TARIFFS would only hurt both countries and its people. It is a trade war. Nobody wins. It will only make products unaffordable. Maybe technology will be at lost. People will start throwing their computers and cellphones to afford homes and foods. And maybe, that's maybe that those high tech electronics that explode in World War II (Atomic bombs) re: Oppenheimer.

Most furniture and electronics come from USA. However so many of them came from China. Tariff here and there on every ports? OMG! Who can afford? Buyers and consumers wont budge. They wont buy expensive products. There are countries who are not infused with tarrif so maybe those countries will thrive during the trade wars. 

Maybe Canada has to expand their exports in other countries Europe and Asia. Too many Chinese here in Canada (4.7 % population in Canada) they probably would help Canada's economy. There are millions of East Indians they can help the economy. There are one million Filipinos here, we can help Canada's economy. Filipinos are great movers and shakers when it comes to economy in Philippines, Middle East, China and Europe. Asians brought so much change to economy.
