Yesterday, when I opened my front door slowly and meticulously because I was only to find out if the two cats are outside waiting for my husband. Just as I opened the door, Freddie the cat saw me and was in a hurry running, so excited to see me. But then before I was able to touch the cat's hairy fur the neighbor saw me too and chatted with me for few minutes. Freddie was so happy to see me at the front porch and noticed that he was being playful and doing some kind of cat's stunts on the bermuda grass. However, the neighbor keeps on asking questions and have to take turns asking her questions (just like some curious neighbors being curious about asians) for a conversation. I found out that she was sick for a while after the young trees were cut off from her backyard. How she got sick, I don't know. First thought it was her who cut those alder trees (it was her neighbor) because somewhere down there at the backyard are nests of so many bird species (chikadees, hummingbirds, starlings, woodpecker, eagles, raven, yellowbirds, etc) perched on branches and you wonder why you get sick. Birds are sometimes the carrier of ailments or illness. Birds and other feathered creatures are also the carrier of garbage, worms, nits and lice. Besides, it's really a time when all the pollen from flowers are swept away by the wind and insects also helped in the pollination and scattering of pollen. Some of these pollen are causing allergic reactions. Observe those dandelions on the field when they dry out from too much heat of the sun. Whether your immune system is strong or weak, nobody can withstand the harmful effect of such dandies. Be prepared to have antihistamine as part of the cure and prevention of colds with allergy. What else lingers in the air? Did they start the air spray of insecticides? What Agent Orange is doing in our generation? Do we have Agent Orange? As if you don't know that eh? Study your environment and study more about Science and Environment and you'll find out that your knowledge is not enough because your mind is so concentrated in games and sports.
Planted my first florals for Springtime given by our neighbor. Thanks Sheryl. I transfered the mini-potted violas on another bigger pot and then watered it. I first thought this plant is pansies but it is viola. You know some gardeners can change the name of their floral in their garden. Just like I can rename a cat from Fred to Freddie.
Sorry, my sense of humor is so dry right now.

So, it's springtime! It's the Springbreak for most students in Canada and end of the school year in Philippines. Holy week starts on March 25, 2018 and if you are very religious a palm blessed by the Parish Priest in your community would be good enough to have before Holy Thursday and Good Friday. It's nice to have palm trees but haven't seen any tall coconut trees around the island where I can harvest the nicest of palm leaves. I don't know why we can't grow coconut trees here where the sun kissed the island entirely for the rest of the year as it lies within the Pacific ocean. Okay, I know that we have winter here and its cold but how come a rambutan tree can manage to live for hundreds of years within the island despite of its cold weather? The bark and trunk of coconut tree is sturdier, stronger than rambutan trees. Yeah it's a miracle that a rambutan tree can live that long here in the island for sure that's a miracle hard to understand. Add a komodo dragon crawling in the forest and you'll be shocked that how hot the ground is and dragons are coming out. Ha ha! I am not insulting your knowledge. I think you can have a komodo as a pet.
