I was craving for fish and my husband doesn't buy any fish from the supermarket. He would rather go fishing in the ocean, wait for the climate to change from winter to summer. It means he would rather spend $500 worth of gas, bring the 24 ft. boat to the water and go fishing for half a day under the heat of the sun in the West Coast. He said that if he catches 8 large sockeye which is equivalent to $4,000 then that's worth the wait. Aha! If there's a catch! If there will be some salmons caught in the fishing expedition one can only have the allowed limit per person. It's the Canadian Law they followed. WE could have been a millionaire by now if my husband is a fisherman by occupation. But he only goes fishing once in a blue moon.
They can't sell the fish. Only if those sockeyes are large and heavy enough to be worth $500/each (supermarket price). Fresh salmons are expensive, especially if they are sockeye or coho. Would it be nice if there are tuna swimming in the waters of Canada? Tuna the size of a whale. ha ha! That's next to impossible. Only if the ocean of Canada turns lukewarm and you'll discover that tropical fish will be swimming along the waters including sharks! My husband is satisfied watching "Wicked Tuna" on TV. I get along for the ride of watching these guys who caught humongous tunas the size of sharks. Rich tuna catchers.
Jellyfish we have to destroy them!!!!!!! At all cost!
Anyway, I first thought all the packaged salmons are gone. I dug deeper into our freezer and at the bottom found at least 6 packages, bags of salmons. So happy that I cooked two fillet of salmons for supper.
I'm no longer on a diet. I think can't keep up to dieting and exercising. How could I stop eating when I'm the cook at home?
My husband is the one doing the shopping for groceries at the supermarket that whatever he bought that's the one we have to consume. He bought a plain pizza with just cheese on top. I have to garnish the pizza with sliced chicken meat and zucchini/onions/tomatoes stir fry to complete it. What's good a pizza with just cheese on top?
That's what it is...got to play my imagination to complete a pizza with choice of toppings. And what's your favorite pizza topping aside from grated cheese?
