Be Prepared!

Heavy downpour once again. We have a storm at the island and good to know that there is no hurricane here and no twister whatsoever. Only in the flatlands. I hate the rain, stupid rain. The wood deck outside the patio will soon get rotten because of the non-stop downpour. The mosquitoes multiply because of stupid rain. My God, hope this storm wont cause malarial spread. Some people should take a bath. Maybe that's the reason why it's raining all the time. Nothing's wrong with taking a bath or shower at least. But I know now why those humans have better skin condition...they don't really shower everyday because taking a bath everyday or twice a day can get your skin dry.

Besides if your skin is already "white" who cares if you take a bath or not. ha ha! LOL. Oopss, not funny at all. Sorry, my apology.

While we experience too much showers at the V island, the interior part of BC started having snow last night such as: Kamloops, Revelstoke,  Kelowna, Terrace, and Whistler. Good for them for an early Winter Wonderland.

I don't know for sure when the first snowfall here in Vancouver. Only kids like the snowy winter ground. The adults hate the snow especially if they are used to hot climate or they were originally from hot-weather temp. environment. Besides, winter is the most expensive season in Canada for every drivers with vehicles will have their cars, trucks, all their vehicles tune up, replace their tires into winter tires and some vehicles need to have chains on tires. Good that hubby already had his vehicle with the right tires a year ago which was very costly.

Tires and chains are very expensive. Bags of industrial salts maybe not costly but it depends on how wide the area of salting or for salting.

Just in case of snow falling within days from now... hope everyone is well prepared.
