For your information, I blog at my blogsites randomly. Whatever I'm thinking at this very moment that's what I'm typing on this blogform. So I get mad sometimes when suddenly my blog post gets hacked or deleted accidentally because of computer glitz.
Finally, I read a post from an English teacher from the US. I haven't heard any story from her since several years ago, about 3 years maybe and then suddenly she posted a personal story of her experience as a High School teacher teaching English.
I'm not bragging but most of my English teachers liked me from Grade School, High School up to University. I was their favourite! I don't know why. I think because most of my theme writing, topic or subject of my theme were somewhat funny and "out of this world." I made them laughed so hard. I was silly, funny, ridiculous or just that my sense of humor is upbeat and made them happy. I like to entertain. It's not always that I write about suspense or mystery and scare the hell out of everyone. I am not a famous Stephen King. I'm not Wilbur Smith and definitely not Dan Brown. Those novelists I mentioned are truly geniuses when it comes to telling stories in papers. I wished I can be just like them but not by inch that I could end up like them. First, my English vocabulary is not that much of Webster's and you really have to travel far and wide, you've got to explore and have more valid, vast experiences and most of all you should proficiently an English-speaking entity that every word, every text, context, every syllables, statement, stanza, paragraph, grammar and comprehension glides smoothly and perfectly accordingly to your mind and heart's desire. Besides, my words are not demonic.
My University professor in English was once a Harvard University grad. and she's a Filipina. ? She's probably half and half. Mestiza. Never heard of her speak Tagalog. Hardvard should have been the correct word for such professor who was very, unusually strict and orthodox in the method of teaching the "old school way." She never smiles, always that very serious facial expression, her words are stressed firmly and she's very authoritarian. At first she doesn't really like me because I never look at her. I don't like looking at somebody else's face when I was in College. I don't like meeting my professor's eyes because of one thing...I don't like being called for recitation. But for whatever reason, as in always been the case my name always come up to that situation, difficult situation of being called to answer the professor's question. Sometimes, I would like to counter-act and asked, "why always me?" is there anybody who could answer the question? Anyway, long story don't like long story in a blog. However, I am very grateful, thankful that I don't have difficulties speaking the language nor write English as my second language. The medium of communication in school, inside the classrooms in the Philippines is English and in many business establishments, English is the most convenient communication or medium of conversation everywhere.
There's one thing that made me chuckled from long time ago when I was a medical representative for pharmaceutical company and one of the doctors on my list for detailing happened to ask me something and because in my kind and line of work, we usually speak in English, lo and behold found out that the person I was speaking to was actually an Indonesian. All the while I was thinking that she was a Filipina doctor. OMG! How many of them in Philippines? I mean, hello... That reminds me of so many of my classmates in College who are English speaking entities who never even speak Tagalog.
OPEN YOUR EYES! I usually heard that from my University professor in Political Science (lawyer & judge) always having the topic of discussion is about infiltration.
Open your eyes...and SEE.
NOTE: It's ok. I think Philippines like being infiltrated by other countries especially by the Koreans!๐๐
