This is the best CRAB RECIPE that I had experimented on recently. Crab with gaylan, garlic, onions, sliced ginger, spices and oyster sauce. Yummy so delicious!!
I usually, rather most of the time cooked crabs with lots of coconut milk and slices of squash and ginger.
I also experimented on egg custards using maple syrup.
Darn it! It didn't turned out good. I think its because I used too much milk. Sometimes we don't really have to follow directions from other bakers in the net.
Anyway, husband baked fruit tarts which of course better and delicious. My husband is a better and experienced baker than me.
Just crave for foods, sure makes you happy!!🙌
