 It's hard to believe some people are so advance, smart or just plain members of the rat race. lol. Would you believe that it is already Easter in some blogs that I browsed a while ago. Hmm, probably they owned their stores and want to take advantage on showcasing their products. Nothing's wrong with it though. I'm happy that Canada's economy still survives even if there are demonic entities out there.

FGS. Let us watch horror movies.

However, it's not springtime yet. Spring begins on the 20th of March 2025. Today is only the 11 th of March. Before the Lent, Saint Patrick's Day first on the 17th.

Oh I know you are not Irish. Saint Pats is a patron saint of Ireland and if you are British therefore you would rather celebrate some other events.

Only 4 degrees Celsius today. I don't know if it will rise once the sun comes out or the clouds will cover the sun.  DST started last Sunday so it's only 5:55 am instead of 6:55 am. 

Oh well hope that we can see more GREEN today and the next day until Saint Patrick's Day. 

 RED almost seen the whole day yesterday because the stock market stumbled down. Who we have to blame?

 RED the movie. You know RED in that movie of Helen Mirren with other oldie actors meant "retired." But the retirees are seen more often than not in the workforce in the workplace in the US & Canada. That's why the rank and file had very slow promotions. 

Did you know or seen  retired people working in the Philippines? If you are over 50 years of age in Philippines, you are encourage to have early retirement. It's up to you if you want to work in other companies. 30 years in service is good enough whether you are a good employee or not. 

Imagine yourself working in a company where "you are the only one working" and the rest of the workers are in the coffee nook or booth chatting and flirting with each other. With the invention of computer, works that can be done within 4 hours instead of 2 days is the new norm. Works that can be done at home without the need to congest or suffer from traffic congestion on the way to work or back home. The pandemic isolation had been a reliable source of such "experiment" of working at the convenience of your home. Is that bad? Can you focus more at work? Would that be normal?

What would be the inconvenience of working at home? If your family is large, your kids bother you at work or cannot focus of some disturbance whatever that is. It would be costly if you are using your own electricity, your own machines, and office supplies. However, you don't need to splurge on wearing designer clothes, shoes and bags so that's minus from monthly budget. You don't need to be fashionable when working at home. You don't get late or be tardy because you work at the convenience from your own home. Most of all you don't need to drive or use subway to get to work. 

Whatever! WHY YOU WORK anyway? Some people work because the first answer would be to earn a living, earn wages or salary. There are so many works available if you are qualified. Certification and qualifications are your best weapon to succeed. However, is that enough? Millions been fired from work because of downsizing! How can you be different from the rest of the workers out there? What is your best shot? Merit or spoiled? Connections sometimes played in the best interest of both parties.
