CAMPING

 I would like to continue my blog story about me and my family but don't like to expose my family to the public because they want privacy and you know we are not celebrity or showbiz family. LOL. Controversy and intrigues not in our way. 

So let us just have some other subjects to deal with. 

CALGARY STAMPEDE had started and the famous singer Shania Twain was chosen as the Marshall for this year's 2025 Calgary Stampede Festival. Would you believe that there were several group pf Filipinos who participated in the parade complete with their costumes. Calgary Stampede represents "cowboy setting" because it is about circus and rodeo, horse racing and bull rides, carnivals, etc.

I have my "Sheriff" costume too. lol just kidding.

It's getting hot once again at summer this year and almost everybody wants to go camping. I missed camping. I remember when my family used to go camping in McCreight. It was one of the secluded camping site in Vancouver island, surrounded by a thick forest and closer to the white sand beach (actually it is a lake)  and the water is warm you can go swimming, boating and catch some fresh trouts. It was such a quiet place and the only noise we heard was the woodpecker pecking loudly on one unlucky tree he's engaged with, ha ha ha!

The image above is one of my sketches in 2024: This is through my imagination of how a perfect camping site would be.  There's enough water! I love water so a daily swim or bath is favorable. You can go swimming, boating and do some gardening too. There's enough supply of food, drinking water, gas for motor boat and generator, first aid, etc. There's the presence of fruit bearing trees in the camp site. There are farm animals, fish pond and vegetable garden around the nipa hut and then across the waterfalls is the camp site. If you like to attend to the corn plantation and have selfie at the vibrant sunflower field that's added bonus. It's like being in a "bio-dome."
