I had completed the 5th Sketch Book and I started another Sketch Book last Friday July 17, 2026. I don't have a planned theme of what to draw sometimes it has something to do with my mood for the day or what I perceived or see that interest me or just that it is interesting or challenging.
A friend of ours posted a photo of herself on Facebook and I thought her "boat or canoe" is somewhat unique so I decided why not sketch about it. She is the team captain for Dragon Boat. This is for her. I will buy a frame so that I can give it to her.
Gladiator. How many movies have you watched so far depicting about Gladiators at the Colloseum in Rome fighting for their lives. So far had watched 4: Gladiator, Gladiator II, Spartacus and Pompeii. I like epic movies because of its remarkable story, beautiful costumes and majestic cinematography.
Kids at Play.
Artwork sometimes is what keeps me busy and occupied after housework at home and during the 4 hour "Session at the Clinic." Each one of us keep our minds occupied by doing our reading, watching TV, handicraft (crochet, knitting, drawing, painting), sleeping (nap), others brought their cellphones and laptops.
I was always asked what I do. For me and for others who are there at the Clinic, is there something that we can do aside from being at home and hope and pray to God that we can survive? I mean you want us to do the impossible? Of course I wont go for MAID. It is such a BIG NO. Most of the people there are retired and old but some of them are still sharp. They are grandmas and grand dads. There are few people younger than us. Actually there are several patients from the same city where we live. How that happened? What's wrong? What could be the problem? Is it about the WATER? There is something in the water that is contaminated ?
Hm, so weird not trying to make a controversy of such thing. Forget about it.
What happened to the NURSES UNION STRIKE? It was all of a sudden crippled by the wildfires and smokes in BC & Ontario. No wonder the nurses seemed feeling unhappy. I know the high cost of living is worse than it ever before and would come to worst because Mr. Trump will raise the tariffs to 50% for Canadian products because of the wildfire smokes carried by winds to the USA.
EXORBITANT BAD TARIFFS. He knew that's illegal. How and why nobody can stop him? If there is a movie based on his life story he would be "the notorious villain."
He doesn't listen to anybody. No leader from other countries could stop him. It is really up to American people to do what is right.
