Looks like the storm didn't move in to the current and swept away and had a landfall somewhere else. The rain has stopped and prayers were answered no more rain, yey! I don't really like wet, soggy, messy ground. The sun finally shines today, thank God!
Last night while changing channels on our TV, searching for better shows or series to watch, happened to see a brand new television program entitled GHOST. It's not the same as the Ghost movie of Demi Moore & Patrick Swayze. The story revolves around a couple who moved in to an old mansion and they plan of renovating it but the wife suddenly can see ghostly beings inside their "old new home." However, it's only the wife who can see those ghosts from the past, not the husband. Ghosts that can talk and butt in to their conversation, but invisible to others, so it feels like that the wife looks kind of lunatic in this series. Each ghost has its own story to relate how they died and show how they end up in that mansion.
News about Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II admitted in the hospital. She's already 95 years old! At her age she should have been resting, relaxing and being served as the "Queen" not working and welcoming and shaking hands with unmasked people. Just my honest opinion. But maybe showing her still at work, being a Queen means at age 95 she's still working and serving her country and its people.
Also we watched the old movie HOUSE OF WAX starring Paris Hilton, Jared Padalecki, etc. It was such a suspense thriller, que horror! There is so much oozing amount of wax in this movie. How many whales of fat were taken and melted and stirred and molded to form such house of wax?
Next, keep on searching shows after shows, then news, then CPAC (the Government Channel) The BC Parliament is open for Q&A. Each member of the Parliament had a story to relate, some are not even meant to be of importance but two candidates have two similar questions for the Premier of BC, Hon. John Horgan regarding those children who died of drug overdose. The Premier of BC, candidly answered the questions eloquently and intelligently. Wow! That's awesome. He should be the next Prime Minister of Canada.
It's already 10:20 AM and I'm thinking of what to cook. I don't really like having heavy meals for lunch even I had half bagel with butter and cup of coffee at 7 AM. Husband had two pouched egg on two toasted brown bread with butter. He had at least 2 cups of Van Houtte brand coffee this morning.
Last night we had the following foods for dinner:
Two beef meatloves + sliced baked/broiled potatoes + steamed corn kernels + veggies with prawns on taosi sauce.
Pork bokchoy soup + Rice + meatloaf +veggies + potatoes
Veggies with prawns taosi.
Dessert: Peach pie (SAVE ON FOODS bake delicious peach pies).
