The Life Of A Plant

Finally, the rain has stopped from bugging us. Let us have sunshine for God sake! We don't need rainfall in this part of the world. Come back if the wildfires started to cause havoc again at summertime. My God! It's not really dry at the island. Only the bugs are happy with every day rain.

My bougainvillea plant leaves are falling one by one, going bald already. Nothing unusual because it happens during autumn season. The only unusual is this bougainvillea didn't bloom this year of 2021.

What is wrong? Could it be the location? It could be the air or because  when you keep moving from different house to another, the plant life can also has mood change. Well, that's Botany for you. Have you studied Botany? I had at least 10 units of Botany in College (University) and it was my favourite subject. The scientific study and evolution of plants, scientific names, laboratory tasks that include studying microscopic organisms, the stomata, the planktons, etc. We have to use microscope to to see those what we cannot see through the naked eyes.

Anyway, my bougainvillea is something very important to me because hey, this floral is a tropical plant. I never thought it will bloom or grow and thrive in Canada but it did.

However... my bougainvillea is suffering of an unknown phenomenon.

Just green leaves from the bougainvillea with no flowers whatsoever. I couldn't believe it. Photo taken January 2021 on my birthday. After that no more blooms from this exotic floral. Nagtampo sya.

That's what the bougainvillea looks like  last  3 weeks beside the banana plant. October 2021.
