Baking & Cooking

 

Cinnamon rolls, hubby bakes cinnamon buns perfectly. 

Banana blueberry cinnamon loaf bread this is my specialty.

Chicken breasts with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers, + celery broiled in the hot oven 

Hot munggo beans with broccoli + mushrooms lots of ginger

Chowmein (pork, veggies, mushrooms) farkay noodles

Roast chicken + gravy + Veggies + Boiled potatoes + Corned beef with lots of onions

Beef steaks + Baked potatoes + steamed broccoli + steamed jazmine rice + veggies

Baked potatoes + Bbq pork marinated in soy sauce and lime + rotini pasta with beef

At home, when we don't get out and just spend the whole day watching TV programs, vlogging, and doing household chores that include of course cooking and baking.

Then watch Stanley Tucci travelogue to Italy on how he walked and drove through many restaurants and pubs interviewing Italian chefs and he gets to try all those exotic foods and wonder that's it? He gets all those food for free just because he is famous or because he includes them in his television show as part of promotion rather promoting those kind of jobs and their expertise in certain work as the preparation and the making of mozarella and cheeses, tomato sauce, pizza making, and how guts of certain animals are prepared with specialization they learned from their ancestors.

I once worked in a pharma and my kind of work is product detailing to medical practitioners also about "promotion of pharmaceutical products" and giving away medical brochures, medicines for free for doctors and needy patients. I am not a saleswoman. I don't handle the buying and selling of medical products because the pharma I used to work for have professional salesmen and they were all tall physically, healthy men, good-looking handsome men, mostly mestizos. Would you believe that? Yeah, those guys usually MADE FUN OF THEMSELVES BY CALLING THEMSELVES AS VIVA BOYS! lol. Not kidding they could land a job in showbiz or Hollywood. 

Anyway, I truly enjoy cooking and baking. I don't know why. A friend of mine suggested I should open a restaurant. OMG! There you are... my aunts, my cousins, they are into that kind of business. Maybe our lineage or our ancestry has something to do with that line of work. I first thought we are in the line of duty. ha ha ha! J/K.
