Days ago I was craving for fresh bluefin tuna. I can't have tuna. Nobody sells tuna in the supermarket.
I am not in a tropical country where tuna is available everyday in the wet market.
However, I have halibut fish so that's okay for now.
Halibut cooked in simmering coconut milk with broccoli, green beans, onions, garlic, slices of ginger, salt and ground black pepper. Yummy good when served with hot steamed rice.
Then my husband craves for chow mein and I obliged to cook stir fry noodles with veggies (carrots, cabbage, celery), pork, ham and spices.
Other foods worth mentioning: Pork with potatoes + ground beef saute' with sliced squash + mussels soup.
I truly enjoyed the hot mussels soup because of its flavorful taste of thin sliced ginger in it, lots of ginger + celery and onions. Yum!
