NOT MY BIRTHDAY today but I always think about PANCIT, my favourite Chinese-Filipino food. We the Filipinos never get enough of pancit even if we have this special viand everyday.
Do I have to wait for Palm Sunday or Easter to cook pancit?
I know, the ingredients in the cooking of pancit in Canada is getting expensive, you know. Just like the making of lumpia (spring rolls)
