BUSY today as you know being the Chef at home have to do all the cooking. My husband was kind of surprise why I have to cook lots of food when we don't have visitors. Its just us the family. Then later he said, "Oh its Easter!"
"No turkey, no ham Easter!!" It's okay we are being frugal. Frugality in times of economic crisis is much appreciated nowadays while the billionaires laughed at the low income people, laughed at all the billions of people they ripped off. No pun intended. First of all billions of people are struggling. Billionaires do not struggle because they are too corrupt to even think and feel consciousness. Sorry for being dramatic. I know you're all pissed off about the high cost of living.
What I cooked is just simple meals actually.
Then we also have crabs with veggies, red bell peppers, onions, ginger, gaylan with oyster sauce.
Barbecued beef balls and I baked blueberry/banana/carrot muffins.
Just that. It is the thought that counts whether you celebrate Easter or not it is up to you. Humans have to eat whether you like it or not.
