I know some of you owned your house and you're only paying tax annually, no mortgage or rent to pay every month. We once owned a house but that was sold long time ago with all the heartaches and drama it's not nice to broadcast them here.
One thing for sure, we keep the house clean, tidy and in order whether we owned it or rent it. It's my family who is living inside the house nobody else so we might as well keep it clean all the time. I'm the cook and I'm the housecleaner and housekeeper. I wish my kids can help with the cleaning but they have their hands on their computers most of the time. I wished that my kids had their education in Philippines, know why? The foundation of education in Philippines much better compared here in Canada. Elementary foundation which gives the "strength" towards reaching High School and College and University education. However, there are knowledge that you wont know until you have a complete set of Encyclopedia, TV Knowledge, and extra information from having internet access using computers. In all these vast of knowledge you only knew them when its presented and you have the access and privelege. Problem is when all these information were actually hoarded for years and the present news were actually 30-50 years old and too late to even corrected in the first place.
Anyway, so it's roof over our heads once again. It would be nice if there's an available rancher house somewhere at the island instead of the two storey house we are staying for two years now. Then thinking of how pricey houses nowadays better stay here for another 1 to 4 years maybe. OMG! It depends actually. Is there another house that suits my taste? Is there a house that has better view or a peaceful, quiet location? Is there a home that is truly a home for a family like us? I don't think my twin children would leave us as I can see them living with us until we are old. Just like more other families out there. Typically Canadian family. Watch "Roseanne" teledrama comedy, does it feels or look more real for life as in REALITY SUCKS? Although my eldest son who happened to be too independent and would rather live on his own or on a board and lodging with another relative in another part of the country in a bigger city with millions of population and lots of opportunity especially employment opportunity.
The weather temperature is going up once again. Flood forecast were on TV News. British Columbia is once again flooded with water from melted ice and snow from the mountains. Is it normal? Every year the flood affected Cache Creek and connecting areas within the interior of B.C. which is normal situation during Springtime and the flood travels within the lowlands. Hopefully, when the weather temperature goes up to 25 degrees Celsius to 35 C. that's super hot it wont be enough to cause wildfire? However you don't know how the winds work, the extra oxygen in the environment and the kind of elements present in such environment or how dry the forest. It happened before so maybe the flood and fire control department and agency knew how to handle such emergency alert if ever. No need to panic yet. It is for this reason why Canada needs more environmentalists.
