Weird Story Or True Story?

Last night before I went to bed had the chance the last news on TV about WASTED. What is being wasted in Canada? Is there something in particular that you know every Canadian has to be aware of?

FOOD. It's hard to believe that we wasted so much food in this part of the world. The country that provides FOOD BANKs is wasting too much food? What?

When farmers cultivated the land  and planted raw food, in its abundance there's nothing that you can do because farmers have modern machinery to do the work of providing raw food, and the vegetation is enriched with so much vegetables of all kinds. So why its wasted? You know how long you can have fresh veggies on the table, on the fridge crisper, in the market, supermarket? Farmers deliver their supply of fresh veggies and fresh fruits (fresh produce) in supermarket and how many millions of vegetarians in this part of the land who would like to choose veggies instead of having meat and dairy products? I think if you consumed too much veggies you became what you eat. You become a leafy vegetable. It's not funny. Canadians are mostly athletic, have robust bodies and toned muscles enough for them to have the strength to do heavy work, not that they consumed vegetables but they consumed meat and meat products.

Not long ago, abundance of apples and other raw food were seen drifting in the ocean. That was the news I read in Current Events when I was in High School that was 38 years ago. Is that a news until now? Well, look at those pumpkins rotting in the forest after the Halloween is over. I know millions of people are starving in third world countries and having these delicious fruits floating or thrown away in the ocean is somewhat strange. Canada and the US boasted large plantation of fresh produce and with excess volumes of the supply everything is wasted. Problem is you can have these produce and do something about them by canning and preserving them for future use, however the farmers will just end up poor and into poverty. Canning is done by those food producers who would like the process of exporting the products to other countries. Is there profit in such business? Probably the production of such product caused so much. Unless if you barter them with another important product from other countries. Barter fresh produce with textiles. Clothes and clothing accessories in this part of the land is costly. Barter or trade your food with clothing and textiles so that you don't become  a customer to millions of thrift shop. It's really better to buy new clothes and new shoes from department stores. With new fresh clothing you are not to worry about skin diseases. You wont inherit fungal infections, warts, eczema, psoriasis etc. from used clothing and second hand shoes. Less visit to your doctors and dermatologist. Think about that.

We don't pay tax on any kind of food. There's no reason because everything else is  taxable. For every thing with tax including services there's really no reason for Canadians to end up in poverty level  unless of course if you allow millions of refugees in and the Government and its people paying for their health care. And you wonder why those refugees end up the wealthy and rich in Canada?
