Not To Skip The Dishes

Can you see the steam coming out from the pan? The stove is hot. I made sure that the camera I'm using wont get the steam and blur the lens of my camera.

Truth is food should be super hot when served on the table. I don't like heating the food in the microwave because it spoils the work I put into it, and some people would like to eat at the time when nobody there at the kitchen as if sneaking all the time.

For whatever reason love to re-arrange my meal as if I'm having my dinner at the restaurant. Chicken macaroni salad is best at springtime. I think now that's getting warmer the temperature is rising weather-wise, salads of all kinds are a choice to make.

Some of the meals I prepared  at home are way easy to cook because I cooked them most of the time, sort of repetition because it's the dish that my family loves to have. There are non-simple meals that I have to put much labor on it such as the preparation of  wonton soup. Know why? Because you have to wrap all the grounded ingredients such as: ground pork, shredded carrots, shredded onions, chopped celery, ground garlic, ground pepper, salt, chopped cilantro, thin sliced spring onions, ground shrimps and then mixed all these ingredients with one egg mixed them thoroughly and wrap a spoonful of it into the wonton wrapper. You have to boil the wrapped wonton in a hot boiling water for 3-5 minutes and take them out once it's cooked (as if cooking a boiled egg). Then set aside the boiled wontons and boil a chicken broth with desired veggies (brocolli, carrots, onions, salt and pepper, sesame oil). You can add shrimps and noodles it's up to you.

Sometimes, a boiled wontons would be enough by steaming them in a pot and then just have a saucer of kikoman soya sauce for dipping sauce. Simple? That's right! If you are in a hurry and you are tired of putting much effort then simplicity is good enough.
