When I turned on my computer laptop today, something weird happened. I have to click the Language to be used here whether ENGLISH CANADA or ENGLISH USA. It's always been ENGLISH but have to choose now whether Canada or USA.

Hmm, wonder why. So when I started posting and typing my composition today there is problem with Key Q. The question marks wont appear as in normally as it should be. Using English CANADA has its French lingo that sometimes annoying would make the words you are typing as in wrong spelling.

Remember the story of THE TOWER OF BABEL in the HOLY BIBLE?  The builders cannot finish the tower because the builders suddenly cannot understand each other when their languages were different from each other. Confusions arise and the tower was still unfinished until now. Sort of the unfinished business.

OMG! Better use the ENGLISH USA. I know look's like they are playing a stupid game once again don't know why. Why used me for your stupid game?

I don't really like to be politicking again. I hate politics to tell you the truth. Look at what's happening at present time. The political situation in our country and the neighbor country USA are in great chaos. The Californian wildfires not finished yet and after the inauguration of Pres. D. Trump who took his job right away and signed the documents to release the January 6 Rioters who he think are not guilty and therefore must be released from jail. While here in Canada, the politicians here are busy with the nomination for the Liberal Party Leader and it seems that Mr. Mark Carney has the edge from among those candidates running for LPL. The Premiers from the provinces of Canada took the TRUMP Tariff seriously that  they already set up a plan to counter act that very vicious offensive Tariff tax. By the way, heard that Trump included China, that they have to pay 10% Tariff.

How about this folks, did you hear that China is now offering no visa required for tourists wanting to travel to China? Wow!! Is that for real? CHINA is a beautiful country with ultra modern skyscrapers and infrastructures. Of course the Chinese cuisines are tasty and delicious and the people are courteous and friendly.

TIME TO COOK. Tuesday & Thursday my schedule to cook and wonder what's my menu plan for today's lunch and for dinner? Oh, we already had lunch. Everybody's craving for pork sinigang + steamed rice and dessert: ice cream and blueberry/carrot/banana cake, so that's for dinner.
