I was asked by my husband Lorne to draw and paint more of scenery rather than to paint animals because some of those animals I painted looked more "cartoony or unrealistic."

Okay then, first had to sketch the scenic view Lake Louis in Banff. Then applied beautiful colors on it The turquoise colors of the lake is when glaciers start to melt.

My family had been to Banff. It was a gorgeous place somewhere in Alberta. In between British Columbia and Alberta. The town of Banff is scenic, panoramic and people are very friendly. Too many shops at the downtown area and too many shoppers too including too many tourists from all over the world of course. I noticed plenty of walking birds. Birds walk on sidewalks unafraid of people. Hmm, that's weird right? They are not aloof. Banff is at its most beautiful site to see at Winter season actually.

When it comes to some cartoony characters...

Not bad eh?

Now that I impressed my husband with this FLINTSTONES family and Barney's Family with Dino.

I have no problem with cartoon characters.

No problem with DINOSAURS either.

My children love to watch the animated movie THE LAND BEFORE TIME many years ago. It was a very educational  movie for kids.
