Wow! Thank God it is starting to cool down and the weather forecast for 7 days are more than favorable for us here in Canada. Autumn here we come as early as possible eh?
I will be very busy today cooking my favourite foods which of course my family would like to have anyway. I already baked the cake. We'll have lasagna, pancit, beef chopsuey, springrolls (pork/shrimps/veggies) and steamed jazmine rice. Add veggie salad with peppercorn ranch dressing. Dessert: Vanilla ice cream/blueberries. Pop: Fanta Orange, Rootbeer, and Ginger Ale.

Once again, the two pets: Echo (the Yorkie, 3 years old) & Raven (the Maltese-Yorkie, 9 weeks old) will be here with us until their "Dad" comes back home from work.
Good News: Two more sprouts of flowers from my bougainvillea in two different branches. The first flowers in the first branch withered already, then the second bougainvillea about to wither, but with two more clusters of flowers on 3rd and 4th branches are wonderful process of the life of this amazing tropical floral. A miracle indeed!
