CRAVINGS

BOULLABAISE. Yes, missed a hot bowl of boullaibaise. Too expensive to make. The cost could up to $250.00 a big pot. Wonder why?

INGREDIENTS: Crabs, shrimps, clams, mussels, white fish, scallops, fennel, cilantro, onions, spring onions, salt, pepper, saffron ( 1 tbsp. is worth $15)

EXPENSIVE SOUP.

HALIBUT. Fresh halibut is too costly! Fish without smell.

Deep frying halibut is just easy peasy!!

I'm so good at deep frying you know. lol

I've learned it from famous PAINTER'S LODGE when I worked there. It was a CLASSY RESTAURANT with ocean view and surprise entertainment from pods of whales.

It is the best restaurant in the city. However, I don't think its still owned by OakBay Marine Group. It was sold years ago. The change of ownership changed that place into----(told by certain customers unhappy about the service).

HMmm...maybe I should find out for myself.

 Sorry about that.

YUM YUM YUM!!!

CRABS!!!! OMG! Can't afford crab anymore. Too pricey! A piece of crab is worth $35 each

SAMOSAS. Love to make samosas. Problem is they don't sell the big eggroll wrappers in supermarket.

MUSHROOM filled with crab flakes and sour cream

MOUTH WATERING FRUIT CHEESECAKE.

SHRIMPS incorporated with jackfruits and coconut milk

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE is my favorite! OMG!!

DIMSUM.
PALABOK. Palabok vermicelli noodles with ground pork saute' with shrimps, spices, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, spring onions, shrimp sauce, chopped boiled eggs, chicharon and you can add calamare or chopped squid. Squeeze calamansi juice.
