Duane our neighbor came to see my husband Lorne, showing pictures of puppies on his laptop, they are newly born. Duane asked if my husband would like to babysit the newly born puppy if he ever bought it? Lorne was surprised but he said "Yes!." Why not? The puppy is so cute!
It was last Thursday when the baby puppy arrived. OMG! She's so cute!! She's a combination of a yorkie-maltese with fluffy black hair and a white V streak on her face, legs and back of the tail. Duane named her "Raven." What? Her name should be Markie Maltese-Yorkie combi. But because Raven 's hair is black and her white V mark on her face looks like a beak of a bird... so Raven could be appropriate.
Picture to go with this introduction of Raven? Maybe tomorrow. I'm still compiling my artworks and some other photos to go with the picture folder.
Once again it's so hot today at 27 Celsius but feels 32 Celsius because of humidity.
I baked a large cake for my son Ty's birthday. It's a blueberry/carrot/zucchini. I was looking for raisins to go with it but looks like my husband Lorne had used the package of raisins for his butter tarts. It's okay because the cake tasted so yummy the way it is. Delightfully delish because of those fresh blueberries.
For tonight, my family will have steamed rice, steamed broccoli, and pan fried tilapia. My husband likes the tilapia fish rubbed with beaten egg covered with breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Fry on hot boiling canola oil on frying pan until golden brown. That's what it is for dinner.
Echo and Raven had pulled pork and small pieces of green beans + blueberry cake with melting butter on top. I love cake that's hot fresh from the oven! 💝😁
Quite busy for us because of the two puppies who are always asking for attention. I'm so happy that Raven is not a fuzzy eater who eats on a plate unlike Echo who eats if you feed him by your hand. Seeing Raven licking the plate after she consumed all the meat and beans made me laughed. Thank goodness!
