Did you ever ask yourself if you are the reincarnation of one of the characters in the HOLY BIBLE?
Well I think that's too much to ask and if ever how many of you real the OLD TESTAMENT & NEW TESTAMENT anyway. Not too many people read the HOLY BIBLE. Not too many as in maybe few. For one thing, that Holy Book was banned for quite sometime in the 1800's. Although in the Philippines where Catholicism and Christianity started in 15th Century during the Magellan expedition as they landed and brought Christianity, the Holy Bible was off limits to the Natives. The Spanish friars only intend to preach the gospels but Natives are not allowed to read it.The Holy Bible was actually Queen Elizabeth I's favourite book.
So the Philippines was named after King Philip II of Spain (King Felipe) and the Natives were called Philipinos changed to Filipinos. Our language changed through the years. Filipinos acquired so many languages from every race who came to visit through trade & commerce and from those who conquer the archipelago thus making them the best interpreters for the Spaniards in their many conquests through the New World. Our language was derived from Malays, Indonesians, Chinese, East Indians, Spaniards, Americans, Japanese and because Filipinos were seafarers too many additional languages were added and enriched to our vast vocabulary.
Spanish was the universal language during the Spanish Era it was because they were great conquerors from 15th Century to 18th Century. however when they were defeated by the Americans during the Spanish-American War, the universal language had changed from Spanish to English. English is spoken almost everyone in the whole wide world. It is easy and convenient to communicate in English. If only President Putin of Russia could speak English without translator or interpreter he could better be understood more than Zelensky. You know what I mean?
Why the Americans stopped their conquest over the Philippines after Pres. Emilio Aguinaldo came to power? Because they thought the Filipinos were uncivilized. Dude, Filipinos were already civilized even before the conquest in 1521. We had our own Royalty and Monarchy that was lost because the Filipinos had chosen Christianity over such affirmation that the LORD OUR GOD is the true REAL KING of all KINGS...no one else. WE BELIEVE IN GREAT TRUE REAL DIVINE & MIRACULOUS POWER.
And that's what happened.
