It's cold today at 3 Celsius only!! OMG! Why are we back to single digit when we had already double digits last week? LOL> That's what it is folks in Canada. It is more like now you see it now you don't weather situation. At least at my place, only freezing rain to happen while ice storm in Quebec & Ontario and Atlantic regions. According to the NEWS ON TV, some homes had power outages. Well knowing some of them have generators so it's alright.
I feel sorry for my neighbors who moved out days ago because they can no longer afford $2,500/month rent. You bet that rent per month is too much. You must at least have $6,000/month + income to be able to afford to pay housing rent, food, and utilities and bills to pay otherwise you'll struggle.I wish them well in their newfound home.
A friend is selling her house for $1.5 Million dollars. It's been in the market for 4 months now. No takers yet.
HOUSING in Canada especially in VANCOUVER has the most expensive price for housing, apartment and condo (rentals) compared to other provinces in Canada.Wonder why.
I asked my niece to move here in BC and she told me that it is cheaper to live in Alberta. It is true besides they don't have to pay PST on goods and everything as in they only have GST to pay. The cost and rentals for housing much cheaper. However, my family wont go live there because of the weather that can be so chaotic during winter which can be fatal. Imagine yourself in negative 15 to negative 30 temperature in Alberta? OMG! Nosebleeds! It's more like being in the North Pole as what some people informed us.
