I'm Glad It's Already October

We're almost done with the yard work. Most of the sunflower stems or legs were cut off and dumped for compost. All the dahlias were then cut and pulled out from the ground. The tubers were sorted out, tagged and stored in 4 carton boxes in the garage > for spring planting. We have a beautiful, greener lawn this time of the year. I think my husband has green thumb. Thanks to the fertilizer and seedlings Golf Green, 911 Response and Lawn Care used for the best result in taking care of lawns. We really love a wonderful, gorgeous, healthy yard even on Autumn season. Wishing we wont experience any snowfall this year at the island.

I know how awful snow is by just looking and watching the heavy snowfall in Calgary. Yuck! To think that the Grey Cup Championship game will be held in Calgary? Wow! That could be very challenging for football players and the viewers of this sports. Who will win the Greycup 2019?

Anyway, what we have to look forward?

Two women dropped by doing survey about election (for October 21 - Elections in Canada). Actually doing personal campaign and giving information about candidates for their respective political party.
Only 20 days left to campaign and promote their agenda and platforms. Good luck!

What to do now? Be happy and relax? To think that it's first day of the month.
Roof over your head.
I was looking down at these stuff on the ground, on the lawn.

I zoomed in my digital camera to find out...  miniature mushrooms! They looked-like mini huts. Of course they are mushrooms you should not eat. Not edible.

Another type of mushrooms, not edible.

And the lone field sparrow.
