As usual it will be a week of FLOOD related news in Canada. What can we do about it other than evacuate on higher grounds if you have time and the chance to save your family and valuable belongings. Wait until the flood subsides or live inside your boat if you have any. For those who live in flood zones for so many years and haven't think of moving to higher grounds then don't really know what to do with them other than calamities and disasters are supposedly can be controlled only if you are prepared or your community leader in your area of responsibility warned every families for emergency preparedness.
For those who are in the buying frenzy or for those developers who bought lands in flood zone areas have the sole responsibility of informing their clients that the land was deemed lowlands and therefore prone to flash floods, tornadoes and sinkholes. However, realtors wont divulge such information about such thing anyway right? Criminals!
Right where the building we are staying for two years now who would have thought that this place was once a swamp on the hill. At least the building is on top of the hill. I don't know if alligators or crocs were all over the swamp in the 40's but I believe there's no cold blooded reptiles in this country. Maybe in Florida and other swampy area of Louisiana, lol. Swamp and dry.
My husband waited for those neighbors to wake up and out for work before he could start lawn-mowing. I know the sound of the machine is suffocating to the ears. The loud noise is a menace and you wonder why so many of the inhabitants of the Earth are texting. Loud noises can melt the iceberg. It's not only because the sun shines so bright but because noises can break barriers especially when it is severely loud. It can also break the glass. It's not our problem though.10 AM is not too early it is too late to be lawn-mowing but you know husband and I and other neighbors love beautiful yard.

The CRA STRIKE CONTINUES. The rest of the PSAC accepted the offer and get back to work. While the strategists had created lifelike carton images of those criminals WANTED by Canadian authorities and placed them on the roads for public to see as if those criminals are in the scene together with the walkers. You don't want to be associated with those criminals on the road.
It's funny though. It's sooo YELLOW.
