Keeping kids in school and or University longer than it should be in Philippines feels more like corruption. Great if you owned that institution that earned so much money. Private schools especially College and University are sure winner when it comes to investment. Investing your children's future in acquisition of higher education then to add extra 2 years to earn a diploma is crucial. Breaking the bank. How many banks are broken in the past few years since the pandemic?
K1 to K12 or having Grade 7 for Elementary instead of only r 1 to Gr12 and High School another extra year for what? Would it help the students to gain more knowledge? Or will help the schools, College and University to earn more for their teachers and faculty? That's absolutely clever! That's really nice. If I'm the teacher or professor all I can say is "Why not?" It's extra years to earn money, wages, salary. For those who like the rewards and punishment that's awful or just pain in the butt. Ha ha ha! Because some teachers would probably don't want to see those hardened students who are just attending schools for pure entertainment of their own ego and just menace to the school if you know what I mean?
Truth is, Philippines would rather try to face the same jurisdiction and keeping the standard of education the same as other well developed countries in the world. That our graduates in the Philippines are capable of the "great standard" of work ethics being played by those so called "rockets."
Come to think of it that Canada would rather accept South African doctors or South African health care workers in Canada than health care workers from Philippines. Would you believe that? Weird right? They don't even accept Canadian graduates from Australia. Why? What kind of MEDICINE or medical education being studied in South Africa? Is it partly voodoo?
College or University Graduates from Philippines and other third world countries are not really valid for higher employment because the educational attainment in those countries are not up to Canadian standard. It is super duper SKY-HIGH Rocket sky high to be able to work here as a doctor, pharmacist, nurses, dentist, or any other works that require specialization that sometimes doctors from India, Philippines end up as taxi drivers, fish gutters, construction workers, janitors, department store clerk, cooks, waiters, delivery men, merchandiser, etc. If you want to be a doctor or nurse here in Canada you have to start at Grade 12. Or you wished you were born here and begin with your K1 to K12. Then to have University Education? Some students end up being broke after graduation and start again at their own beginnings. It seems like a movie, you breathe to know if you are alive. Just like that. Love the work you are in right now. Be happy that you have a job because millions other workers are unemployed and some of them would just be suicidal and join the ARMY, NAVY, tell it to the MARINES and join other dangerous heroic jobs. You want to be a HERO? Anyway, just plain bullshitting. All jobs have its ups and downs. Just fall for jobs that give you all the benefit that you and your family can enjoy. Otherwise, fake it until it burns.
LIVE. REPEAT. DIE rather LIVE, DIE REPEAT
Mayflower theme all over again.
