WHAT'S THE POINT?

It is when the weather is unfavorable that I wished Autumn here we come. Forget about summer! I know you wished for hot weather and I don't like it, ok? Hot weather in Canada is wildfires.

What's the point of having hot weather temperature when it can cause wildfires?

Something is wrong or something odd. The oddity of living in 4 seasons Canada.

There could be a storm you know. But knowing the storm in BC wont topple down houses and no galvanized iron roofs flying everywhere unlike in Philippines. The BC's storm kind of mild and just swaying of trees and wet grounds and wavy waves  not enough to cause panic or tsunami. BC's storms just too mild not to cause any panic, that's all. Consider just a nature sprinkler to dry vegetation and dry forests.

Nothing's left from yesterday's meal: Steamed rice + potato salad + panfried pork loins, stirfry vermicelli with veggies and shrimps. Oh there is left-over watermelons. Half of the whole watermelon untouched. So I decided to cook Spanish stew-caldereta for today.

A friend asked about the caldereta and its ingredients. Ingredients if you are curious: you can use pork or beef chunks, sliced potatoes, carrots, onions, tomatoes,  garlic, bell peppers (green & red), chili powder, celery, green peas, bay leaves, salt & ground black pepper. You can use garbanzos too if you like. The old friend said it's "YUCK!"  Oh she is not Spanish, she's Irish-Canadian. I don't think she ever has eaten Spanish foods. Their kind of food is more of Western foods.

Millions of people gathered and attended the Holy Pope LEO XIV's Sunday Mass in Madrid, Spain. That's great!

I had just watched two movies recently. The first movie was science fiction thriller 57 Seconds starring the veteran actors Josh Hucherson (Hunger Games actor) & Morgan Freeman. Quite entertaining movie story. You wished you have that kind of magic giving you 57 seconds to correct the events you don't like, erased it and correct it but it has its doom and gloom.

Next movie: Ameriggedon. War movie on how it begins and how it will end. A necessary people power unite when a war is wrong and evil and how the rise of vigilante will force the devil out from its root and point of direction. The triumph of good and evil and the winner is ?
