HAPPY CANADA DAY!

How are we to celebrate CANADA DAY without fireworks?

Would it be formal or  old fashioned? Will the weather cooperates?  What would it be? Do you think it would be for the books? Good for short story novel? Would it be exciting and new? Oh darn suspense and mystery?

No. It's not a Murdoch Mystery darn it!

I heard that there wont be fireworks in our city where we currently live and reside and that's so sad. For the first time no fireworks. Really? Wonder why. It could be fireworks are banned to avoid wildfires and to save money. Year 2000, fireworks that last about 30 minutes cost about $50,000 so probably this year 2026, fireworks for 30 minutes viewing would be $150,000 +? Who knows? It's okay, maybe just a simple entertainment such as singing and dancing on stage are good enough. Any cultural club or group should have their own way or form to entertain the public for free. Food stalls to earn extra money for the community would be helpful. Anybody who is a relative of a celebrity should invite their celebrity brother, sister or cousin and have a surprise appearance on stage for the sake of fun and enjoyment of the public. Or use the park as entertainment venue for surprise concert.

What to see, what to hear? Street performers are welcome such as jugglers, magicians, a simple small parade of costumed little girls and boys.

What to smell and taste? Are there exotic delicious foods in the food stalls?

A Photo Booth for everyone to participate by donations is a must.

Well, know what? The City hall's event coordinator should have all these planned in advance so maybe they already did and hopefully tomorrow is the best day for kids, young and adults to enjoy the fun of how Canada celebrates its 159th Birthday.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA!🙌
