I was almost duped into accepting an offer in another website. The advertisement is FREE. Then on another part of the page is a sign that makes me quiver and felt that the advertiser is misleading. Why advertise that the site is FREE to anyone who would apply and sign up? Then there's that $3 fee per month after the sign up? That's crazy!
If the AD is FREE then it's FREE for the user to use that site.
Misleading the public about such form of advertisement is a form of cheating. It's a bluff , scam and a prank.

Anyway, BLOGGER is actually a FREE SITE. You don't have to pay. However, if you are selling something and you are making money from the use of the site you should pay.
I don't make money in this website. As a matter of fact, it's the following people and establishments making money from us bloggers (You want to know?)
1. Internet provider. Every time your computer is ON and you are using the internet then that's $ for your internet provider. Actually a monthly fee is what they asked.
2. Hydro company. The computer needs the power of electricity to function. How much is your electric bill per month?
3. High-Tech company. The high tech gadgets you owned and used for blogging such as computers, laptops, battery, digital camera, tablets, selfie gadgets, all these modern equipment you bought are costly and the stores are making lots of money.
4. GOOGLE & BLOGGER makes $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ? Of course! Google is a data storage of almost everything. It's the information highway.
5. You can use their ADSENSE to make money. Tell me if you can make money from it.
6. BILL GATES. He owns the Microsoft Windows. Every time you used his Windows then he gets percentage of the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. ?????????????????????
Enlighten us on this information. Am I wrong?
